Second, I'm not only satisfied with it but also I would like to introduce to more people. Third, its service or quality is too bad and I think my review can help others to make decisions whether to buy it. Obviously, this review was not for the last one. I repaired my car at the Conner Brothers at 736 Grove Road in Midlothian. If you're interested in this story, continue to read next paragraph. I bought a new honda civic several months ago and unfortunately was involved in a collision accident. I sent my car to Conner Brothers in the weekend. I used their service once and was happy with them. The shop was closed but luckily I came across with Kevin near the shop and he was nice to send me home. Several weeks after, I was very happy to get my car back and it looks like new! However, something unexpected happened five days later. I was driving on the highway and one message popped up on the dash board saying that water temperature hot. I was a new driver and didn't know it could be a serious problem, I was thinking of finishing my personal issues and drove back to the shop. After driving for several miles, more messages popped up and then my car shut down on the road. I called police, contacted Geico and Kevin. Kevin drove more than 20 miles right away to tow my car to his shop and also rent a car for me. Kevin told me the reason that the bottom hose was not attached correctly and he offered me two options immediately: one was getting my car repaired, another one was buy me a brand new car! I was shocked and also impressed with his honesty. Kevin sent my car to a Honda specialist shop to repair. He always keep me updated in time and gave me enough time to make the choice. During our conversation, Kevin always think of my interest and safety as the first priority. He wanted me to feel relax and comfortable in driving and was willing to offer me a new car. I considered for several days and decided to receive his offer. Kristine was kind to assist Kevin with buying me a new car from Honda dealer, now my car looks exactly the same as before and it is brand new! I was highly appreciated with what Conner Brothers have done for me. Now I'd like to talk about why I choose Conner Brothers. My car got some scratch and I searched bodyshops in my area. I read some reviews for bodyshops and chose two with five star reviews from a third party website. I went to Conner Brothers and WIll did cost estimate for me. I can see the whole process with my eyes, quick and progress smoothly. Although I barely knew about cars, you can still judge whether a person was familiar with his business from many aspects. Then I went to another shop with good reviews. The estimator asked me to wait on a large and comfortable sofa, he entered into a small office. I've been waiting for almost 30 mins and I regret not to bring a book there. Before I almost fell asleep, I had my answer but I need to confirm. He showed me the estimate, did same thing as Will did, explained the general process and answered some of my questions. But I thought Will was better. I compared with these two estimates, more than 90% of the content was the same, but maybe the less than 10% thing was essential. I did search again, Conner Brothers had more reviews, including quality and customer service, it also have constant updates on education, training and etc, the other one has very limited resource to search. I think showing consistency in study, education or training is very good, which indicates a higher probability of good quality. It applies in any industry. Another highlight was Conner Brother provided a more reasonable price. Someone may question about Conner Brothers made a mistake on repairing my car. In my opinion, you make mistakes if you are human being. The point is the probability of making mistakes. If the shop was always doing good and providing professional service but made only one mistake in many years, it was forgivable. I have to reason with myself, my car wouldn't shut down if I would be more alert and stopped immediately. One thing I especially cherish more is commitment. Kevin made a lot of effort to keep his promise, never changed. He tried to resolve my problem in the quickest manner. He provided any help to make my life easier and left some problems for himself to fix. I knew the whole process was time-consuming, money-consuming, energy-consuming, all consuming. Kevin made his maximum effort to let his customers feel happy and comfortable, and he did it. I would still choose Conner Brothers if one day I need to. read more

OKAY...the truth is, I have been associated with parts, equipment, service and body shop work in the heavy duty truck industry for 40 years.I have somewhat of a feel for the business. I damaged my wife's Nissan Murano on a post at a corner of a driveway recently. I knew of several shops in the Richmond area and had several estimates done on the car. I had the choice of spot painting and hope it would blend or have the car properly repaired. I had a range of prices from several shops. I chose Conner Bros. on Chester Rd because because of they were honest, explained your options and results of your choice of repair. They did not try to bullsh*t me in any way. They do very little advertising and most of their business referrals are from other people who have used their services and post reviews. The results were outstanding, the car was repaired and they even explained they had missed a couple of items on the estimate and in good faith did the repair at the quoted price. Not many people would do that in this day and time.I expect they had a little wiggle room in the estimate which is normal. I give them 4.75 out of 5 only because it took a day or two longer, which doesn't surprise me, but my wife complained, only because she doesn't understand. She is very happy with the repair. I had heard good things about Connor Brothers in the past, but certainly hoped I never would have the need to use them. Well, that suddenly changed a couple of weeks ago when my daughter was involved in a collision. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but her car was significantly damaged. I did not hesitate to call them and let them know I was having her car towed to their Sheppard Street location. The communication was just awesome. I got a call letting me know my insurance company had called and started the ball rolling, I got another when the car arrived with an initial assessment. Then a day later, I got the call that the car would most likely be considered totaled and a detailed description as to why. I don't think they make a penny on totaled cars, but you would never know it the way they responded. They really went overboard with customer service when my daughter realized her work ID was still in the car and she needed it for work. She could not get there before closing, but the manager, Tim Martin, said he his route home was near my residence and he offered to bring the needed ID to me. Just amazing service and communication. I hope I never have the need to have collision work done on my car, but there would be no other place I would ever consider going by to Connor Bros. Listen. No one ever wants to have their vehicle stolen, only later to be found deserted by the police vandalized, dented and trashed! My elderly mother had this happen to her and I had to live with the guilt that the theives were able to accomplish the dirty deed, in large part, with my set of keys to her car! After having towed the recovered vehicle to an unnamed auto body shop (tauting that their the biggest and best in RVA) and being treated rather dismissively (they said it would be over a week before they would even provide an estimate); so we asked to have the vehicle towed to Wes and his staff at the new CHESTER location @ Conner Bros... BEST MOVE EVER!! Wes and his staff were AWESOME! Immediate and professional attention was applied to my mother's plight, and I couldn't be more happy! Even during the snow storm, there were no delays and excellent customer service never wavered. Wes handled all the insurance paperwork and communication with the dealership in regards with replacing her car ignition with new keys. My recent experience with Conner Brothers spoke volumes about their customer service and character as a company. I took my car in to have a side-mirror replaced that was clipped while I was parallel parked in the city. Starting with my very first phone call, i could sense they were going to go above and beyond to ensure I was absolutely satisfied. When I first went into get the mirror replaced, they had to call and let me know the dealership had sent the wrong cap for the mirror, and had a new one expedited so I could get this fixed ASAP. Upon my second visit, and once again, to know fault of their own, they realized they once again, were not given the appropriate pieces to complete the job. Because of this unfortunate mishap, they personally came to my place of employment and fixed the mirror right there in the parking lot so I would not have to inconvenience myself by coming in for a 3rd time. My fairly new car was rear ended on Mother's day of this year. The person who hit me had a no name car insurance, (Trexis-High risk drivers insurance) and they tried to get me to settle and go with one of their rinkeydink back woods body shops, which I declined. After becoming frustrated with the process of finding a body shop, A co worker recommended Conner Brothers. Guys let me tell you, From Start to Finish, Todd and Scott were amazing. They kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car as well as the turn around time. Well after a few weeks, I picked up my car last Friday and it looked as if it had just came off the showroom floor. As pretty as the day that I had bought it. The next day, (Saturday) I happened to be scheduled for my first inspection at the dealer and no one could tell that my car had been in an accident. My husband and I had over 150 dents on our truck due to hail damage. We anticipated the repairs taking a long time and worried that we would be able to see the "spots" that had been fixed. To our surprise the work was done ahead of schedule and you cannot even pick out one area that was fixed. The truck was well taken care of (just as clean as when we left it). To repair the roof they needed to work from the inside of the vehicle, everything was as it should have been...no mess, no dirt, the headliner and all trim pieces were in place as before. We were regularly updated via email on the status of our repair. My husband is extremely "picky" and even he couldn't find anything to complain about!!! Someone scrapped the side of my car NEW car and left a trace of black plastic (from their side mirror) down the side of my vehicle. It looked really bad and of course I had a horrible night's sleep. The next day, I stopped by Conner Brothers Collision Center in Chester, Virginia where I was enthusiastically and professionally greeted by Todd Stanley. He took a look at my car and said "I think we can sand buff this out. Let me get one of my guys to pull it around back." They buffed out the scuff in less than 15 minutes and had my car looking new again. HERE'S THE KICKER ........ Then Todd said "It only took us 15 minutes so forget about the $90 estimate I gave you before. I can't charge you for 15 minutes of work." So, I agreed to work out of pocket with the family that rear-ended me in January. They were super responsive and cooperative throughout the whole repair process, but I also had to account for some additional things that I wouldn't have otherwise if I had just gone through insurance. Todd and the rest of the team at Conner Brothers offered great advice throughout the entire process even before I agreed to get the repairs done through them. I got my car back this week, and they did wonderful work (they even went as far as washing it and vacuuming/cleaning the inside). I highly recommend Conner Brothers! read more

What a great place with knowledgeable staff, friendly and very helpful. If you ever need a body shop or a paint job done, this is the place to go. A friend of mine had her car worked on after an accident and she had no complaints about how she was treated and the excellent work they did and raved about how beautiful her car came out. I went to Conner Brothers for them to look at my front bumper that was pulled off by a parking curb I parked too close to. Not only did they look at it, but they popped it back into place and secured it with a screw, for free! They also cleaned off the tape residue that was on there as I had taped it to hold it in place. As luck would have it I wrecked my truck again. The Conner Brothers that I used before no longer exists on Hull Street. They now have only one location in Chester Va. I can tell you it was worth the drive from Midlothian down to Chester. Scott, the manager, has moved from Hull St to the Chester road shop and they are still doing the same awesome work that they are known for. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop. My wife bashed in the side of my truck - rubbed it against a telephone pole and flattened one side of the bed. Took it to Connor Brothers on Chester Rd, got the estimate in the morning, insurance OK in the afternoon, took the truck in the next morning, and got it back in a couple of days looking brand new. This is a new location for Conner Brothers and I was excited to see them working with Chesterfield Fire and Rescue. The fire department was there cutting up cars and when they were done, you could hardly tell they were cars at all.
