If you come often enough, the rewards in their reward program is totally worth it! Ding Tea is a chain boba place which has its perks like making drinks fast, always having boba, and great consistency of boba texture. Overall this is a decent place to get boba although I would say they don't make the tea as strong as other Ding Teas I have been to, however still have good quality products. Parking here is easy and plenty and is located in the shopping center across from ALDI. For recommendations on drinks to get I go with the strawberry green tea for something fruity and a classic milk tea on other days. read more

Ordered the usual classic Iced Milk Tea with Boba. It tasted very watered down. I could hardly taste the tea. I went back in to have them remake the drink and was told that it tasted watered down because the tea was still warm and that melted most of the ice. The drink still had a good amount of ice in it. Their solution was to give me an Iced Milk Tea with Boba without the ice. Really???? The flavor of the new drink was all there and it was on the cool but not cold. I don't know what they did to make the first drink but I should have just gotten a refund. I just didn't feel like going back and forth with them. Disappointing. read more

Ding Tea is pretty good. I've only been here once as of writing this review and I got a large strawberry green tea with boba. The drink itself was decent but the boba was what was really fantastic. It was exactly how I like it and was soft and chewy and not hard at all. The staff was very friendly. No one was in the front when I arrived so I had to go on the side to notify them, since everyone was in the back They were extremely apologetic and it wasn't a big deal, but I think they should have someone in the front all the time or install one of those bells that notifies you when someone walks through the door. So why am I not giving them 5 stars? The price. I found the drinks here to be very expensive. I paid $7.40 for a large with boba, which is just ridiculous. I've pretty much visited all the boba shops nearby, and I've never paid that much for a large boba drink. I wonder if Ding Tea will last long i they keep their prices this high because there is a ton of competition within 10 minutes of them. So while the drinks and boba are good, I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon because of how expensive they are. read more

Needed a new spot to take a break from the other boba shops in the area. I saw that there was a Ding tea spot now in Murrieta. Having already tried ding tea going towards San Diego, I already knew the quality was 10/10. From an outside perspective, it doesn't really look like too much is going on, but once you head inside the place is big and spacious. The decor is nice and minimal yet brings lovely elements for photo opps and boba picture taking. The staff is also very down to earth which gives people a chance to chill in the atmosphere. The music selection that was playing at the time of visiting was great, from old school RnB to melodic edm, which enhanced the experience even more. Definitely will be returning for another visit. I had to give it a try since it is new. Prices are definitely higher than in San Diego. The Regular milk tea cup is $5.50, then they charge you extra for an upgrade in size .65 and .65 for each toppings. The drink with tax comes out to be like $7.00! I don't think I will be coming back to this place when there are other places around here that are way cheaper now with all the places opening up. read more

Conveniently located around the center of Temecula/Murrieta, this location has a decent amount of parking and is fairly easy to find. Due to covid, there isn't many seating options available but I'm sure once things get back into better shape, it'll be a nice place to hang. The store is pretty spacious compared to other boba tea shops in the area. Very clean and inviting. The staff was very nice and friendly despite being busy. I ordered 2 peach green teas and a taro milk tea at full sweetness and they were all great. Not too overbearingly sweet and you could still taste the tea - the ultimate Asian compliment! That being said, if you don't like your drink, be sure to ask if they could adjust it. Everyone's tastes are different so just cut them some slack and ask politely. I'm sure they'll be happy to help. I'm sad to say though, while they have it on the menu, this location currently has no plans to carry red bean topping due to the demand in the area. Honestly I'm a little disappointed but considering the area, financially it makes sense. Either way, the drinks were good and I'm happy this place exists so close to home. We have been anticipating this open for I don't even know how long. The wife and I are definitely boba and milk tea addicts. I have to say the interior of the shop is really nice and I love the digital menus. As for the milk tea I do have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. I appreciate the flavor of the oolong tea but for my taste it was a bit bitter and too early from what I'm used to. The wife ordered the same thing and she ordered the boba with that, I love the texture they achieved with a boba not too chewy and not too hard just right like the 3 bears. The kids ordered their usual strawberry milk type of drink and that was pretty good I feel like the sweetness was at a good level and not overly sweet like other places do it. First of all I don't steal anything, I redeemed a reward for being a returning customer and your employee refused to give me the drink. Your employee refused to honor my free reward that I earned but she ended up making the drink wrong. I ended up throwing the two drinks in the trash for being upset with the way I was treated. I don't why you would ban me, it's funny because I always go there. You should train your employees better. Train your employees right and let them know how to apologize to customers instead giving the customers a bad attitude and giving them anxiety. 04/16/2022: I was excited to try out Ding Tea of Murrieta and am happy that there are more Asian desserts in our area. Having visited the Mira Mesa location a plethora of times I had some expectations. The service was great, and the place was very spacious but seemed too spacious I am unsure of how busy it gets but a couple more tables to the left side of the business would make it look less empty. The flavors of the three drinks were good but not amazing. Originally I would have given 4 stars but due to the "lid" of my taro milk tea not being completely sealed I had to knock it down 1 star. My family and I have been going here on and off since their soft opening. I've noticed that sometimes the drinks are really good, and other times we come in, the drinks are super watered down. Even when asked for less ice. We recently went on Saturday (4/30) and the drinks were so good. Ended up going back again yesterday (5/5) and I ordered the same drink that I had ordered on Saturday and it tasted way watered down. The other drinks we had ordered yesterday, were all also very watery. I usually really like ding tea in other locations. I was craving a monster latte today and decided to head over to Ding tea to satisfy my craving. I also bought a signature milk tea for my son. On my way out to my car, I had accidentally dropped my drink and exploded all over me. I took that long, sad walk over to the dumpster around the corner of the building to throw my drink away. It's super unfortunate to have to write this review because I absolutely love their brown sugar latte! It's delicious. However, the lack of good customer service has me never wanting to return. I've come to this establishment at least 5 times in hopes they improve, but every time I come in I feel unwelcome and that I'm a bother to the employees. All have been extremely blunt and lack enthusiasm entirely. I try to be kind to get someone to crack a smile but it never works. Give your money to other local boba shops such as Monsta Snow or ShareTea. Much friendlier staff who value their customers. Especially tipping for bad service with such high prices?
