We show up along with vendors and the manager told us we could not come in til 9am. She was very rude and not pleasant to have communication with. She did end up letting us in around 830 but the air was so thick with tension it was so uncomfortable for all of us setting up. It is not like it was a bunch of kids that were there. It was the birthday girl who was minding her own cause we knew they weren't open. She then asked if he could go play and we informed we don't want her to get yelled at so she would have to wait. The party was a success but it started out on the wrong foot and did not leave a good taste in the mouth. If you need a place to have a private party I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

The problem is the way the lanes are oiled. Even though they use an oiling machine the programming is messed. Every week the shot has been inconsistent. While bowling in leagues we all averaged between 195 to 215. We dropped out of the league due to the late finishes in the evening. We keep our own averages & everyone has dropped to the 180's. This does not make the experience enjoyable to the average or below average bowler. This should be addressed. Personally I have been around bowling for over 30 years and have never seen such inconsistency.

When I asked for a little grace since I had just found out about the change, she refused and condescendingly reminded me that she "didn't have to" refund me for July, a payment I had made less than 24 hours earlier before being told about the schedule change. Meanwhile, my husband took our daughter to class the same day we were told about the change, and no one said a word to him in person. I paid $250 for two classes, got zero flexibility, and was made to feel like I should be grateful for a partial refund they never should have taken in the first place. They clearly care more about squeezing every dollar out of parents than providing good communication or customer service. Completely unprofessional and borderline scammy. Beware. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: Your response is a perfect example of the problem. You claim to "do your best," but the facts tell a different story. You asked for payment before disclosing a major schedule change, then gave us just two days to use makeup tokens for classes we had already paid for, all while refusing any flexibility when I requested a simple extension. Offering a refund after collecting money under false pretenses is not a favor, it is damage control. You also did not offer to save the makeup tokens for future use. I specifically asked for that and was told no. And no one mentioned a word to my husband in person during the next class, which shows how poorly communication is handled across your team. Petting and holding the reptiles really made the experience fun for the kids. The stacked habitats were too high to see what was in all of them. The lower ones were good enough for me to peer into..... Hairy spiders. The aquarium side had a huge jelly fish tank that let you change the colors of the lighting with the press of a button so you could see them glowing in the different colors of the water. There were sting rays, small sharks, axolotls, unique looking fish and much more. It's jam packed at every turn with creatures big and small and for all ages to enjoy.
