A terrible 1st time experience! The 1st cheese quesadilla I ordered to go was burned. I returned it and the 2nd one was brought out to my vehicle. I should mention that it was in the same container the 1st one was in, which is disgusting. The 2nd one came out with the edges burned in the tortilla raw. Again, I returned it and spoke with the owner, Dino. He told me that he was not a Mexican restaurant so he didn't know how to make it where the edges were not burned but the tortilla was cooked through. Why have it on your menu then if you don't know how to prepare it? So he returned my money. I used my bank card and his employee was new. She returned all of my money and then she recharged me for my daughter's meal. Because there were so many transactions is a very short amount of time from the same establishment, my bank only released a partial payment. I was told that I still owed Dino $4.00. I didn't have cash on me and didn't know what was going on with my account at the time. I thought that I had ISF and would now have a $35 fee. When I asked him who would pay that, he pushed my receipts at me and told me to leave his restaurant. When I asked for his information, he told me that his name was Dino and he was the owner and would not provide me with any other info. Again he told me to leave and walked away from me. He did get upset with me because I left a negative comment on his fb page. The food was inedible. The service was terrible. Unfriendly and ignorant. That was my firts and only experience with this terrible restaurant and disrespectful, arrogant, obnoxious owner. You would think that during a time when many businesses are forced to close because of everything going on, this guy would appreciate ANY business coming his way. Not Dino. He believes that you should eat his food whether it is tasty or not. I wish I could leave zero stars. read more

We have been going to Dino's for 7 years and spent countless amounts of money there. Today we ordered 30 mild wings for dinner. When I opened the containers I told my husband I thought they made a mistake and gave us plain. Upon further inspection I noticed there was some watery sauce on the bottom. I tried shaking them up and pouring it on top, but it didn't stay on the wings at all. They were ok, but tasted completely bland. We didn't have time to run back out or wait for a delivery, so we decided just to eat them. Halfway through, with 4 of us eating them, we opened the 3rd and 4th blue cheeses and they were both rancid. At this point I decided too much had gone wrong with our food to not call them. The person who answered the phone was sympathetic and said she would transfer me to the manager and they would figure out a discount or something for us. The manager was anything but sympathetic. He made a lot of excuses for how everything I was saying couldn't be and said that I would have to bring the food in or he'd send out a driver, but otherwise he was unwilling to do anything. I explained to him that at this point in the evening we didn't have time for either option and that if they see who my husband is, they'll recognize that we order from there weekly and have never complained before. I told him I'd bring them the bad blue cheese tomorrow. I did take a picture of the completely bare wings that I could show him. I didn't expect a full refund since we did eat half the wings before I said anything, but I can't believe they were unwilling to do anything when taking into consideration our patronage. We will never be ordering from them again. They just lost hundreds of dollars a year over a bad $30 order that I didn't even expect a full refund for. read more

My family and I order from Dino's whenever we want pizza or feel like taking a break from making dinner. The pizza and calzones are better than most of the other numerous pizza places in Plattsburgh to choose from. We've never had problems when sitting at a table inside the establishment and have enjoyed our experience. . I have noticed a decline (almost gave them 3 instead of 4 stars) in the last couple of months in the pickup-service and unfortunately the quality food. I shouldn't have to make it a rule to always check my order before leaving to make sure I have the right pizza or food order. The salads used to be large and well put together. Lately they have had far less ingredients and my last antipasto salad was barely edible. Disappointed. That being said we will still order from Dino's but I hope the takeout/pickup service will improves to what it was before. read more

I have never ordered from here before, but live kind of far out, and it's tough to find a good delivery spot. I ordered pasta Alfredo, and mozzarella sticks. I'm not very picky with either of those. But the Alfredo sauce, I'm not even kidding, tasted like water and a crap load of parsley. I had to dump some jar sauce on top of it that I had in my pantry. The garlic bread is just bread, with some garlic on the crust. The mozzarella sticks were super doughy, and tasted undercooked. This place is somewhat unknown, which is a shame. I consider it the best pizza in Plattsburgh if you like NY-style thin crust. Their wings are also fantastic, and one of the few places locally that makes saucy wings. The one thing this place is lacking just a bit is the service. Everyone working there is friendly and helpful, but they're severely understaffed. There's usually just 2 people working, who are trying to answer the phone, wait tables, and process take out and delivery orders. Because of this, they're fairly slow and I've had orders get messed up, but they're always apologetic about it. If you can look past them being understaffed, they have great Italian food at reasonable prices. read more

Was close to closing, we rode into town late and were pretty hungry. Found them online and placed an order that would of caused them to deliver past closing. The service was awesome, the food was great for the type of restaruant they are, and the person who delivered it acted as he was the owner he was so polite. Maybe he was the owner, I don't really know. He even went back to the store to bring us paper plates that we neglected to ask for causing a second trip and he was happy to do it. They get 5 stars from me and we are ordering there again tonight as they have a fairly large menu to choose from. read more

When this place opened it was good... My husband and would go there often and it was the only place we would get deliver from for a couple years. This place has gone downhill FAST!!! We ordered two orders of barb b que wings and the sauce was gross full of salt. We also ordered a Philly cheese steak and it was the worst sandwich I have ever seen! The "meat" I use the word loosely was GRAY we couldn't even eat it! Don't get me started on the poutine it was RANCID! The homemade fries were made from rotten potatoes and the gravy was bad! My husband got sick from the few bites he took before realizing it was bad! So I called to say that it was really bad and the person who answered the phone said oh we can send another one out to you but we chose not to push our luck and she said oh I can give you a credit so we were fine with that. Now we wanted to try it again and guess what they don't have the book for credits... Well if you have to have a book for your credits of bad meals that's saying something. Then she said I remember it was for 10$ I said no the person said for the whole order over 30$ and she oh no then was rude and pretty much called me a liar!
