Hello, I am writing to share my experience with a recent order placed as a Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered a Fucking Fabulous Eau de Parfum Set, marked as a gift, and intentionally did not open the box upon delivery because I wanted to keep the factory packaging intact for Christmas. Since we are traveling for the holidays, we decided to exchange gifts earlier -- and only then discovered that the contents did not match expectations and the presentation was completely disappointing. This was meant to be a special, thoughtful gift, and unfortunately the experience turned into a very upsetting one. Opening the box together should have been a joyful moment, but instead it caused real frustration and sadness. I understand mistakes can happen, and your support team has already confirmed that a refund will be issued, which I appreciate. However, I feel it is important to share how disappointing this situation was. When purchasing a luxury brand gift, especially at this price point, you trust the brand completely -- particularly when the item is intended as a present and marked as such. I did everything a customer reasonably could: ordered in advance, did not open the package, trusted the brand. Sadly, that trust was not justified in this case. I don't typically shop luxury brands and live a fairly modest lifestyle, so Rodeo Drive already triggered my imposter syndrome to rise. That said, I saved up intentionally to purchase something special for my partner's birthday. I did my research ahead of time, reviewed the item online, and walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. What I didn't expect was the complete absence of a greeting. Or acknowledgment. The store was staffed with several impeccably dressed employees, wearing expressions that suggested smiling was not part of the dress code. After waiting a moment--perhaps to see if this was some sort of minimalist customer-service performance art--I eventually sought out assistance myself. When I finally asked about the item I had already researched on their website, the interaction felt more like an inconvenience than a sale. While it was briefly amusing to live out my own Pretty Woman moment (minus the iconic shopping montage), the novelty wore off quickly. For a $500 purchase, I expected at least a baseline level of courtesy and attentiveness. Happen to buy a 7,000 tuxedo with a shirt etc etc for my daughter's wedding in a Paris boutique Tom Ford store (for full price)!When they didn't have enough time for alteration prior to my flight back, they assured me that Tom Ford on Rodeo Drive will gladly do alterations for me, which would be covered Under the cost of $7,000 tuxedo. The staff and manager at Tom Ford store on Rodeo Drive have just turned me away, saying that the Paris store does not belong to them and they shouldn't be making such promises to people shopping there. The customer service is terrible and BE AWARE THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED. I bought a belt in store that had a GIANT scratch on the emblem. The next week I brought it back and asked if I could exchange it because the belt they sold me had a freaking scratch on it. The young gentlemen in the front told me, "I'm really busy, just give me a minute." Then, another gentlemen looked at the scratch on the belt and said "same size?" Don't EEEEvvvveeeerrrrrr order online from Tom Ford. They have the worst service. When you order online, your order is supposed get filled by a store who has the item you're ordering. They didn't work so well since your order can go to any store. Which means there's no timeframe or update about who or when your order will be processed. Also if the item your purchased online is even available anymore. Items sell out and they'll still be available online. Canning customer service is such a waste of time. This store is beautiful and has a great selection of items, but I have found the employees here to be not the friendliest. I love Tom Ford products and have bought a few pair of sunglasses here. Last two times The staff has seemed dismissive and rushed when I ask for assistance. With the last time in particular being especially disturbing. The salesmen told me the glasses were probably not what I wanted, stating they were "over $500 and most people dont like the way they fit". He then went on to tell me there is no return policy and that I should make sure I really like them. This is all before he even removed them from the display case. My brother bought a tux from this location and they took measurements, asked that he come back to pick up his suit in 3 weeks (My brother lives in NorCal) the weeding is set for 2/14/2020. My brother went to pick up his $9,000 suite and also bought shoes only to find out that his pants were not hemmed from the bottom. My mom opened the suite and checked and she noticed the unfinished work. My brother called and the man helping his verbalized that he forgot and he had overlooked it on his tasks. Beverly Hills is the closest Tom Ford boutique to me. I spoke to a woman who tried to get a Men's Associate to help me. She later replied that all of the Men's Associates were busy and if I could leave my contact information and they would call me back. It has been over a month with no follow up. My own wedding is coming up and I have the exact model of tuxes, shoes, and accessories picked out for myself and the groomsmen. I was hoping for better service as my wedding will be in Malibu and Beverly Hills would have been most ideal. If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove for 40 minutes to buy a pair of shoes that were on sale and when I got home it turns out they were 2 different sizes. The sales associate should have checked both shoes before selling them to me. I had to drive another 40 minutes in traffic to the store and all they could do is refund me my money. They serve champagne in the dressing room. Yeah, TF is really as good as it gets. With ultra luxe retail, one might expect the employees to be a bit stodgy or stiff lipped. Not here! The guys who work at TF, especially Christian are easily approachable and great guys to chat with. I picked up several suits here over the years as they are simply the best made on the current market IMO. I typically go early on Friday mornings (I park in the garage directly across the street as the first 2 hours are free) and there is typically only a few other customers so I get plenty of attention from the sales people. I even brought in a TF suit that I bought second hand and had the guys tailor it for me. It was not cheap (a flat $395.00 tailoring fee for any garment not bought at the store) but it was well worth it. They even gave me one of those nice cherry wood hangers and a personalized garment bag free of charge. And their tailoring work was simply exceptional, as expected. The store has a well curated section of most of their current menswear offerings and the staff is very good at explaining different fits and styles. Out of all the stores on Rodeo, this is probably the most fun to visit. Would definitely recommend! read more

Came In looking for my husbands gift was welcomed right away and asked if needed any help I told them exactly the type of wallet and belt I wanted. I was introduced to Sasha he showed them to me and I told them I'd take them. The belt I wanted was not available on my husbands size but he gave me options from different belts. Sasha also showed me a few pair of jeans in which I took a pair as well. 1st experience was great while I was waiting for them to wrap the gifts I was offered water, juice or champagne! Very attentive. I also went to the women's department upstairs where I was followed to everywhere I went which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. 2nd visit for the same transaction. I went back because my husband did not like the pair of jeans. Sasha was not working that day and so I told them I needed to return a pair of jeans. They transferred me to three different persons. Until someone finally helped me took them at least 10 minutes to find someone to assist me. After 5 minutes of waiting the manager comes and tells me that they had not enough cash to give me for my return. How is it that a store like this does not have enough cash for an item that they sold? They told me that I could return it another day and they would call me once they had enough cash for my refund of $745.66 or they could mail out a check which would take 2-4 weeks. The store manager, Charles is great and so helpful with a pleasant attitude to top it off. I called after many failed attempts with Tom Ford corporate to locate a padlock for one of my heels that somehow fell off. Charles helped me within minutes, located a replacement lock for me and directed me to the nearest shoe repair store that specializes in Tom Ford items. After the most hectic week trying to find a resolution, Charles saved the day and now my heels are brand new again. He didn't have to go over and beyond but he did! The best advice corporate could give me was to purchase the $1,500 shoe. Glad I tried my luck with the Rodeo location before going that route as what I needed was a relatively simple fix. Endlessly Fascinating. The only reason why I really came into this store is for the fragrances. The Tom Ford Private Blend collection has some of the most unique and interesting niche fragrances. My personal favorites are Champaca Absolute, Arabian Wood, and Neroli Portofino. The Tom Ford scents are very rich, complex and mysterious. They remind me a lot of the pure fragrance oil "Attar" shops in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. The beautiful scents alone make this boutique worth checking out on Rodeo Drive! read more
