Came home from getting a Korean lash lift and even my husband complimented me! If that isn't a testament in itself than I don't know what is lol Alysia was the technician that got me covered and she did an amazing job! I was hoping this would become my regular studio for lash services, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I am a lash artist and esthetician myself, so I'm very aware of placement, application, and overall technique. That said, I'm not unreasonable - I understand that all artists start somewhere, and studios are often where newer artists gain experience. With that in mind, when I booked my first appointment, I explained my background over the phone and specifically requested to be scheduled with a more experienced artist. I was assured I'd be booked with an Elite artist. After the appointment, I was mostly satisfied with the results, but I did notice some concerns. The mapping made my lashes appear one length across, despite requesting a cat-eye style. I also asked to keep the inner corners light and not fully lashed, since my natural lashes are very thin, but they were lashed anyway. As a result, my inner lashes frequently fell into my eyes, which was irritating, though manageable. When I booked my second fill, I gave the same explanation and was again assured I'd be scheduled with an Elite artist. I reiterated that I typically get a cat-eye style, which the receptionist seemed surprised by - she believed my previous set was a doll eye. This validated my initial concern that styling preferences weren't fully considered during my first appointment. During the second application, I noticed frequent stickies. I felt a lot of pulling and tugging, which caused my eyes to water -something that never happens to me during lash appointments. The following day, my lashes felt unusually heavy. I also noticed the bases were boxy and very close to my lash line, to the point where they poked my eyelids whenever I closed my eyes. Over the next few days, the discomfort increased. I quickly realized multiple natural lashes were stuck together. I could feel tugging at the root, so I carefully removed some of the grown-out lashes myself. I found that 2-3 natural lashes were attached to a single fan, and in some cases, multiple fans were stuck together. The fans looked like they were made with .06-.07mm lashes, which explained why they felt so heavy. Mega Volume fans should be made with .02-.03mm lashes. At that point, I didn't want to risk further damage, so I removed the set entirely and had my lashes done elsewhere. Overall, the in-studio experience itself was pleasant--the staff was kind, the space was clean, and I even fell asleep during both appointments. However, I strongly feel that the standards and expectations for an "Elite" artist need to be reevaluated. After my appointment, I received a text to book my 2-week fill. I shared my concerns and was told I should have reached out within 4 days for adjustments. I was offered 15% off with a different Elite artist, but by then I had already had my lashes redone elsewhere. I explained that I wasn't looking to rebook, just to provide feedback. A week later, I received another call asking if I wanted to schedule a fill. I again explained what had happened and was offered 50% off. During that call, I was told the issues may have been caused by having lashes done elsewhere prior, which wasn't true, as my previous set was done at this studio. That explanation felt dismissive and frustrating. At that point, I made it clear that I didn't plan on booking again. Ultimately, I think this studio has potential and may be suitable for clients who aren't familiar with proper lash application. However, as a lash artist myself, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning unless the artist tier system and quality standards are reassessed.
I can honestly say Alysia is the best lash artist I've ever been to. I've tried multiple places, multiple businesses, and multiple artists over the years, and from the very first appointment with her, I knew I had found my person. I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted years ago, and she executed it perfectly. She has an incredible eye for detail and artistry, but what really sets her apart is her retention and technique. Whatever products she uses and whatever her process is, it works. My lashes last through showers, the gym, and even saunas. The structure, placement, and durability are unmatched. I've had lash extensions in the past that started falling off drastically after just a few days. With Alysia, that has never been the case. I come in every 2-3 weeks for fills, and even by the time I'm due, my lashes still look good. The retention is hands-down the longest I've ever experienced. On top of her skill, Alysia has such a sweet, calming presence. She's professional, consistent, and genuinely cares about her work. If she's booked, I don't go to anyone else - I just wait until she's available. That alone says everything. She is truly a star in her craft, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality, long-lasting lash extensions done by someone who actually knows what they're doing.
I had my very first lash lift done at Dior Lash Studio, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I called, they were so accommodating and managed to get me in for a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. The salon is clean, calm, and beautifully relaxing--exactly the kind of atmosphere you want. A special thank you to Kristy, who did an amazing job on my lashes! She was so gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I absolutely love how my lashes turned out--natural, lifted, and beautiful. Also, a big shoutout to the receptionist-she was beyond friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending Dior Lash Studio to everyone I know!
Ashli did my eye lashes 1week ago and eyebrows tint lamination today! I'm absolutely in love with both. My eyelashes are natural, but look full and my eye eyebrow tint lamination made me actually look like I have eyebrows now! She made me look beautiful! This salon was a life saver!!! I had a botched lash lift done at a lash lounge at the crossings in corona. My lashes were overprocessed by the other salon, and they were crimped, curled back to far and crisscrossing in every direction. I could not even wear mascara. I went into this salon after learning about a keratin lash lift and how they can safely reverse a bad lash lift. Unlike most salons, the keratin lash lift actually can help strengthen and improve the appearance of the eyelashes, which is exactly what it did. Gloria performed my lash lift reversal and they no longer look crazy and I am able to wear mascara again! She was super sweet, and extremely gently. She was able to get every lash straightened out, even the broken shorter ones and ones that were so crimped and curled back, which I didn't think was possible. Unfortunately my lashes were ruined at this studio. I got a lash lift and at first my lashes were curled so much they folded onto themselves and they were literally crunchy. Couldn't even use mascara. Then I went back and they attempted to fix them but that only lasted a couple days and then they were a mess. I waited 3 more weeks and still this is how they are today. I called att this week and they wanted to charge me $80 to reverse the lift. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

UPDATE: 7/2/18 "Selena" the owner of this place contacted me here on yelp regarding to my situation. She said it may have been the glue they used on me since they have 3 different ones depending on the patient. She was really nice about the situation, very professional and offer me to please go back to have my lashes done by her to fixed them for free & see what was the problem, plus a refund if for any reason any of the glues didn't worked on me. At the end of the day I was really pleased with the solution she offer me & I'm happy with my full set of lashes, I feel bad now for the review I put up since I was upset like any of you girls would have been at the moment but I should of contact her first. I had the privilege of getting my lashes done Fri. by Selena, I love the shop's atmosphere but what did it for me was Selena's personality....sweet& beautiful inside&out. She made my visit comfortable&welcomed. She did exactly what I asked for, she never made my session feel like It was just a cash transaction. Extra service's we're not sneaked in to increase cost, that has been an issue with other lash shop's, they give you a price and halfway through session they tell you that they have to pay for more services to get the look you want even after they quoted the lower price before you began. When it was time to check out, they are advertising 20%off promo on Yelp, I COULDN'T FIND IT when it was time to pay! I was holding up the line, the beautiful receptionist took my word and honored the 20% THAT'S GREAT SERVICE!! Of course I found it as soon as I got home. Just paid 149 bucks for this hot mess. I mean i just got them done. This was supposed to be a volume set in fairness to Londie my lashes were short and damaged. I thought they would have looked better than my 6 dollar strips though. I will wear them until after the holiday then I will remove them. The shop was clean. The table was comfy. They played loud country music late in the evening so I could not relax. This was my first individual set. I am dissatisfied and will not go back. Update! Once I post the review I was given an option to have the owner fix it or have them removed and my money refunded to me. I chose to have the owner Selena do them for me. I've been coming here now for over 2 years consistently and my eyelashes are perfect everytime. I won't let anyone do my lashes but Esther. She is honestly the best. People always tell me stories about how lash extensions have ruined their natural lashes but I haven't gone a day without lash extensions in over 2 years and my natural lashes are exactly the same and she is still always able to get them full. This was my first visit here and it's very pretty inside. Also to note this was my first time getting lashes done and I had no idea what to expect. Upon arriving they took my temp which I appreciated with the pandemic going on. Very friendly staff. For my lashes I had Tania do them. So as I mentioned this was my first time getting them done. Tania was great at explaining her steps as she was going through them so I knew what to anticipate. Alysia saved the day! My lashes were in a terrible state of sadness and luckily I was able to get an evening Appt with Alysia. My lashes look amazing and feel amazing. Woke up the next morning and haven't shed a single lash which to me is always a good sign. Everyone at Selena's are professional and do a great job. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you love your lashes. My only complaint is that it's difficult to get an Appt with a consistent artist if you don't book in advance. Currently I've booked appts in 2 week increments through January to ensure I get the artist I want. Worth it though for the quality of work! read more

So i needed a last minute appointment, the girl at the desk was awesome I called she said they had no opening but she'd take my information Incase someone canceled. Not more than an hour later she called me back with an opening. So I went in the Girl was great with telling me how everything worked and dos and don't for a first timer like myself. So I was the last person there and I guess I didn't look at my lashes close enough because within five minutes of walking out I could tell there was a issue. My new lashes I just paid $200 for after a $20 tip and their cleaning stuff to maintain the lashes. My lashes we leaning making my eyes look weird, then on the inside and outside of my left eye they were hardly hanging on and were glued to my lashes no my lid. I tried calling that night I was still in the lot I knew they were inside still but no answer so I left a message and it's been two days and nothing and I go back to work tomorrow and at this rate I'll be looking like an idiot because of these ugly lashes. read more

Hello Aileen, we do have two glues we use here at Dior Lash Studio! Both are safe for pregnancy :) We have our regular black glue and clear glue for those who are sensitive and have any allergies.
