I was able to get a same day appointment with Alysia. The front desk was so sweet and helpful & also recommend their lash serum called lash food. This is comparable to latisse and works amazing my lashes are growing and staying strong even with extensions. Don't even get me started on the retention! What I can say about this establishment is that the Ambiance is amazing . I love the Vibe that was giving off while I was getting my lashes done . However, it took my last tech roughly 3 hours to finish my set.. & laying down flat while pregnant.. Do Not mix!!! Let's talk about prices, I felt that my lashes were Very expensive to only have last me 3 days . On Day for it looked as if I wore my lashes for at least a month . I believe that I paid 169.99. I do like how the establishment provides a complimentary lash touch up . But if you are traveling from Perris like I am & a mommy of three .. who has time to go back after 3 Days .. Third update , so yes they offered to fix my lashes but I decided not to come back , I recently went to amazing lash studio in eastvale and wow what a complete difference, the girl who did my lashes could see that the previous lash specialist from Selena lash studio (not Kay) she moved ,poorly glued my lashes and some were damaged not only that most of the clusters had fallen out all I will say is that I will never be back if you want quality go to amazing lash studio in eastvale ! Period also I was told I barely had any classics and it looked like they girl tried to shorten her work load by adding more clusters ! Someone really needs to refund me the money I paid for the fill and upgrade fee smh read more

tldr; a really solid lash studio with some talented technicians and friendly staff. great policies around scheduling and lash touch-ups. decent prices. I've been going to Selena's for nearly a year now (before the pandemic and now) and I like it! Pros: * communication from the Studio is great! they send appointment reminders, and follow-ups and are proactive about offering earlier times if they become available. * they take note of your specific lash set! this is really what keeps me coming back to Selena's -- no matter what technician I get, they know exactly what I got last time and what I prefer. There's some variation depending on who I get (see cons) but this is something I haven't seen another studio do. It's very customisable - I like natural classic sets with a fan or two at the edges for a subtle cat-eye look (picture below -- OG set by Kay, refill by Alexis, both did a great job) * appointment flexibility: with so many technicians, there's a bunch of times and dates available. I can only do weekends, and I've always been able to book last minute or in advance. * post-lash policy: they offer to do free touch-ups if your lashes don't come out the way you want them (I think it's up to three days after). that's a great policy when you pay so much to look good, and they make it very clear that they offer it by calling or texting to check in after your appointment Cons: * location is not the greatest. While conveniently right off the freeway, it is a bit dodgy looking from just the parking lot. Inside is nicer, though. * variation in quality of lashes: I've rotated through several technicians over the last year or so since I've started going here, and some are better than others (and not necessarily according to the Master/Elite breakdown they have up). This is all preference though - I like a technician who is gentle, very tidy and asks me what I want before just jumping in. I've had great appointments where I've nearly fallen asleep, and other where I was on the edge of my seat. I read reviews about Diana and booked her at the beginning of February a few years ago and I'm So glad I made that choice. I'm still her returning customer. Diana is hands down the BEST I've been to! She's very professional, friendly, sweet, and very gentle. She makes sure you're comfortable before she even starts her work. She communicates with you about everything she's doing. She even accommodates my back issues and remembers to raise the bed for me before I get off. Every Single visit! I'm 150% Satisfied and have been going back for fills every two weeks, but I really don't need a fill that soon. The lashes stay on, they look very professional and I get so many compliments! I give them 4 stars because when I left this place two of my inner lashes were already falling out and they still are I just have to keep putting it back in place all the time. Other than that they are very friendly. I think it's a little overpriced I payed $140 + tip. Thought it would be cool to give a review after I've been going for a while! I started going to Selena's lash studio for lash lifts! My favorite lash person is Gloria, she always gives me the result I want where they are super long and pretty. The front desk ladies are also really nice and let me know ahead of time whenever I have an appointment coming up! There was one time where my stylist didn't want to do my lashes because they weren't ready yet (lashes weren't fully grown out) which I actually really appreciated since it showed the place actually cares about the outcome of their lashes and isn't just in it for the money! I've never had my lashes done professionally before and my experience here was really nice. The employees were very comforting and polite. Everyone wore masks and were socially distanced. I had received a lash lift, and my tech was very informative and her work was beautiful. My only note was that they had said to wait in my car and they said they will call me in when my tech was ready, but never called me. I was waiting for 45 minutes before I decided to walk in and ask. They mentioned someone must have forgotten. Overall, I was really happy with the results of my lashes. If you're looking for a good quality place to get a lash lift done, I definitely recommend. I LOOOVE this place!!! I'd never had professional extensions before, but had gotten them a few times at a nail salon. They were so harsh on my real lashes, that I decided to pay the difference, and go somewhere professional. Everyone from the front desk, to my regular tech Aliza (along with the other techs I've had) are WONDERFUL. They are super informative, they will walk you through the whole process and really care about how satisfied I am with the result each time. They don't push products on you, but will gladly explain the benefits and I can honestly say, their cleansing foam keeps my eyelashes from coming out, even weeks later. I went on Saturday, and found myself laughing a lot with Aliza and the front desk assistant and thought to myself, "I actually enjoy coming here every few weeks." Couldn't even use mascara. Then I went back and they attempted to fix them but that only lasted a couple days and then they were a mess. I waited 3 more weeks and still this is how they are today. I was new to the Riverside area and looking for a place to get my lashes done. After researching several locations Selena's lash studio what is the one I selected to go with. They are very professional they take Covid precautions (temperature, pre screening form, masks, etc) the environment is clean & hygienic. Staff is courteous & professional. They send out booking reminders, overall a good experience the few times I have been there. The first set of lashes I got had great retention, but on my second round, classic fill, after one week I had significant gaping in my extensions & had to get a one week fill (which cost me an additional $29.99, when just 7 days prior I had spent $59.99) so I'm hoping that was just a one time, flukey kinda thing. The only con for me were that they didn't offer a complimentary spooly or lash wand to brush out lashes afterwards. But I recommend this establishment and see myself continuing to go here. read more

This salon was a life saver!!! I had a botched lash lift done at a lash lounge at the crossings in corona. My lashes were overprocessed by the other salon, and they were crimped, curled back to far and crisscrossing in every direction. I could not even wear mascara. I went into this salon after learning about a keratin lash lift and how they can safely reverse a bad lash lift. Unlike most salons, the keratin lash lift actually can help strengthen and improve the appearance of the eyelashes, which is exactly what it did. Gloria performed my lash lift reversal and they no longer look crazy and I am able to wear mascara again! She was super sweet, and extremely gently. She was able to get every lash straightened out, even the broken shorter ones and ones that were so crimped and curled back, which I didn't think was possible.
