Then, said she needed to talk to her manager about changing it. She speaks to her manager in Spanish and not talking good about me. I asked what it was, she said it's the tuna sandwich you asked for (which also had burnt toast). I responded I don't want it like this and you didn't take my order. You said you needed to speak to your manager. She cuts me off and says well what do you want? At this point a refund because your customer service is horrible. I know this is not the norm because the way the workers were looking at her and apologized to me, I knew this was out of character for this establishment. Within two minutes, another manager handled it the way it should have been, an apology for a burnt burger and an immediate action to remedy the situation (refund). That is the only reason I will return, but the server and the manager speaking bad about a customer in Spanish, is a poor look for this place. If it happens again, I will know better, and have a lot more to say because I won't be disrespected, but I will return for now.
