We needed service for the boiler ASAP because we have a 4 month old in the house and the response we got was they are only going out for contracts. So when we asked if there is anyone else they could recommend to help she responses with "yea I don't know what to tell you, you'll have to figure it out yourself" then hung up on us. You don't want take the service call because we're not under contract, fine but here is no reason to be rude and unhelpful to your loyal customers when we are asking for help. We have small children in the house, we needed your service. It shows the Caliber of people that company is willing to hire.
