    I've used DML&S for 4 years and i would recommend them highly! Very courteous will come in an emergency and the price is always fair.

    Absolutely the worst company servicing central air conditioning units. Last year i used them and…read morethe technician came and serviced my 3 units. Did a great job, clean filters clean units thumbs up. I used them again this year and made an appointment to service the same three units. The technician comes, does nothing but look at my units for $325 and then gives me 5 invoices of what he recommends that needs to be done. The estimate invoices ranged from $3,000 - $8,000. I called up and got the service manager. Asked what did the technician actually do when he was here? His response was visual inspection. I told him that the technician i had last year was wonderful and changed filters, checked my units on and off and did cleaning. His response was "yeah he was fired for giving away "free service". I said that doesn't make sense. You fire a great worker because he made your customers happy and satisfied. I asked how did i go from last year thumbs up on my units to this year estimated invoices up to $8000. I dont use my units all year round and how could this many things be wrong? (My units are only 10 years old). His response was last year you received estimated invoice for things to be taken care of and i didnt do them. I NEVER got any invoices last year and once again he said that's why the tech was fired. I asked the service manager to send me estimated invoices from last year along with the tech's name. He tells me he doesnt know who the tech is because he is only with the company for 3 months. So my response was you are only there three months you dont know the tech i had last year, but you tell me he was fired for "giving away free services" and he can not supply me with the estimates from last year. How do you know the guy was fired, you don't even know him, and to boot you were not even employed there. Needless to say yes i did tell him he was an a@@hole about 5 times during the conversation as well as told him he is full of sh@t and said i am giving them a bad review so they dont screw other people. For your reading entertainment this is the email i recevied from the service manager "Given your behavior during our recent phone conversation--specifically the use of profanity, insults, and threats--we will not be facilitating any further direct communication with you. Any further attempts to contact our office will be considered harassment and will be reported to the proper authorities." CLEARLY HE DOES NOT KNOW THE HARASSMENT LAWS , nor the proper authorites but decided to push this off as if he does. His "harrassment email", his total lies of fired techs, the "maintenance schedule is only for a visual inspection" is all a big joke just like this company. BE WISE AND DON'T USE THEM!
