Would definitely recommend this place. Came here to get my iPhone screen replaced which was totally shattered. The guy told me it would be about 20 mins to repair my phone. So about 5-7 mins later he called me over(I thought it was to put in my password or something) but the phone was done and working perfectly. Looks like a brand new phone. I had my screen fixed here a couple months ago and they were friendly and speedy. This AM the screen popped off and I was going crazy because I was out running errands and I was on call for my job. They could call me any minute. I cabbed it to Direct Repair and they needed my receipt. I obviously didn't have it with me and when I told Uti (sp?) the predicament I was in with being on call he fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes, free of charge. Excellent service provided: i took my ipad air there with a shattered glass and had it fixed an hour after. The only issue was that at first someone told me that it would $130 for the repair. I was not expecting such high price after reading all reviews but didnt comment about it. When I returned to pick up my ipad another person told that it would be $80 ALL (including the yelp discount). Maybe it was my mistake not to ask the first time, it just didnt feel good on the first impression. They were able to replace a phone speaker adequately. This is a clean establishment that does what they say they can. I would say do your homework before you come and they may want to give quotes to customers before taking your product in the back. Direct REPAIR saved me!! I just purchases an iphone 4s and drop it and totally jacked my screen. I was so devastated especially since I just purchased it 4 days prior.
