I'll call you tomorrow, I promise." He told me that on 3 separate calls but he never called me back. No other rep would help me. They said only Juan Carlos can help me. I asked for the Manager and was told Juan Carlos was the Manager. At that point, I cancelled my AT&T account and went back to xfinity because I refuse to be treated so disrespectfully. Xfinity has Juan Carlos to thank for me being a return customer.

Unfortunately, he seemed completely unmotivated to help and didn't provide much useful information during the process. I ended up ordering the phone to be delivered to the store because I was told it would arrive faster and that they would call me when it got there. AT&T's tracking showed the phone was delivered to the store two days later, but I never received a call. After five days of hearing nothing, my dad went to the store to pick it up and was told they didn't have it. Later that evening I went in myself and spoke with another employee (a man with black slicked-back hair). Even after I explained that the tracking clearly showed the phone had been delivered, he was very dismissive and insisted it wasn't there. He also told me they were closing in 30 minutes and that there was nothing they could do, and that I should come back another day. His tone was rude and not very professional. I then went to the post office and they provided me with a photo and timestamp showing the package being delivered to the store. When I returned to AT&T, I spoke with Luis. After actually listening and looking into the issue, he was able to locate my package -- the same one that other employees said was never delivered. Thank you to Luis (and Javier as well) for actually taking the time to help and figure out what was going on. They were both professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the earlier interactions with Nelson and the other employee made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. It took three separate attempts before someone finally found my phone. If you visit this location, I recommend asking for Luis or Javier. They were the only ones who took the time to properly help.

They're a small local business who offers Internet responsibly and fairly. Had a recent interaction with Najib K which reminded me how much I appreciate the service as well. Najib was wraping up a service call for another customer, and I happened to catch him on the street with a quick concern I had before he drove away. He was able to give me friendly, professional advice, and gave me his card to follow up if needed. Really appreciate them!

After scheduling an installation appointment that was already weeks away, I waited the entire month only to receive a call on the day of the appointment informing me that it was canceled. Not only was the appointment canceled at the last minute, but Sonic couldn't even provide a new installation date. Their answer was essentially, "We don't know when it will happen." The most frustrating part isn't even the delay itself--it's the complete lack of communication. For over a month, there were no proactive updates, no realistic timeline, and no effort to keep me informed about what was happening. If there were permit issues or construction delays, why wasn't that communicated earlier? Why was I allowed to wait weeks for an appointment that apparently couldn't be fulfilled? What makes this even worse is that Sonic offered no temporary solution whatsoever. If fiber installation was delayed indefinitely, they could have suggested an alternative service, temporary internet option, or any kind of stopgap solution. Instead, I was left completely in the dark and without internet service. When I called customer service to get answers, I didn't get any new information. The representative simply repeated the same explanation about waiting for a permit over and over again, without providing any timeline, updates, or accountability. Delays happen. Permits can take time. Customers understand that. What customers don't appreciate is being ignored for weeks, having appointments canceled at the last minute, and then being told nobody knows when service will actually be available. At this point, I'm left with no internet, no installation date, and very little confidence in Sonic's ability to communicate with its customers. Extremely disappointing experience.

    I took 3 beautiful but very dusty vintage cassette decks to get serviced (2 worked OK, but 1…read moredefinitely needed repair). When I went to pick them up, they were still filthy. I tested the broken one in the store and it still didn't work. The guy behind the counter said that maybe the technician (Rashid the owner) forgot to do some of the work, so leave them and come back next week. I came back the following week, but it appeared that still nothing had been done! WTF. Again they said leave them and it will get done right this time. These machines are very valuable, so I didn't want this guy touching my decks again. I took them home, opened the covers and saw that at least one of the drive belts hadn't been replaced and the decks clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was no way for me to tell whether they had been tested, lubricated, calibrated, etc, but the broken one was still broken. I had paid a 50% deposit when I first brought them in. When I took the decks home I was mortified by the work (or lack of it) but at least I thought that I had only paid $500 instead of $1000. At least it wasn't a total rip-off, right? Well when I got my next credit card bill, I saw that they charged the other $500 (without my authorization!) weeks ago while they still had the decks and before I picked them up. Again WTF. I still can't comprehend the incompetence and/or lack of veracity and integrity of this shop. I really really don't understand how they have such great reviews from other customers. Maybe Rashid is a great TV repairman, but just plays an audio repairman on TV... All that said, I should give credit where credit is due. This was my second time I had visited their shop. The first time I had a great experience. Rashid told me that although it would be very expensive to have him repair my subwoofer, I could easily do it myself, and told me where to buy a new driver and how to install it.
