    Forged my husband's signature on a contract. Never signed anything or even SAW a contract. Would NEVER do business with Dish again.

    Just got the Hopper and a Super Joey and I can not believe how cool it is. I waited two weeks longer than I needed to and it is awsome.

While trying to establish a service here in the boonies I was excited to find this service on Yelp. I called them and scheduled an appointment for a survey. When the day came I took the hour long drive to the site only to be called late and told that they could not make the appointment. We rescheduled the appointment and this time someone showed up. The tech found a clear line of sight due east of my place. Unfortunately all the antennas on that tower were pointed either North or South. He said he'd see what they could adjust on the tower and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called them again and asked them if they had found a solution. The tech I needed to talk to wasn't there. I was assured that they would call me back that same day. They didn't Months later I found an unlimited mobile hotspot service that's faster and less expensive. I'm guessing they have too much business heading their way and just can't handle all the demand.

I was a customer for 4 years and had enough. My grace only reached so far. We wanted to help out the small business but ultimately it just came down to poor service all around. They never held themselves accountable for the untimely and spotty service. Management must be pro dodgeball players because whenever we wanted to elevate an issue we never received a call or email back. Save your money and time. Go with absolutely anyone else.

    I've been lied to by every Xfinity service rep. For example:…read more1) When we signed up over a year ago, the salesperson said if I called a year later, I could renew our discount for WiFi and TV service, turns out no. 2) When I called to get the renewal, I was told that was not available and that our monthly service cost would increase 25%. When I said what I was promised a year ago, I was told ok, same cost. What she did instead was to eliminate lots of channels. 3) When I called again, I got a guy in Egypt who said, he could keep our services and costs the same. Turns out no, when I checked online, it was going to be the higher rate. 4) When I went to our local store last week, I was told if I keep just the WiFi service only, for 5 years, we would pay only $71.54/month. 5) Went to the store today to cancel the TV service and keep the WiFi service, they said no, it is going to be around $96/month, or 34% higher. So disappointing. We moved here from L.A. County last year and I miss the clean, pleasant service we got from the Spectrum/Charter store. The Xfinity store here is in need of repair and the employees don't have a dress code, so you are not sure who actually works there and when you do get help, the employees seem disappointed to have to help you.

I loose service and call them and they have no information and promise to call when they do, but of course never call, no apologies, no refunds, nothing. Any other service I've had where that happens, they can't apologize enough and refund you more than the value of what you lost. When I decided to cancel them, they informed me that I still have to pay for 30 days! This was apparently buried somewhere in tiny print in their contract. There are NO utilities/services I have ever dealt with in 40 years that don't allow you to cancel their service then pro-rate the amount you owe up to cancellation. I would counsel anyone thinking about getting this service to look elsewhere.

    Update: after being told that there would be a $180 early termination fee I was then changed $606…read moredollar. This company is a joke. Take your business else where. We did not have many choice in internet and so this was the company we got. The service is awful and we were left without internet often. Despite them telling us we would have enough bandwidth to run our smart TVs we did not and apps were constantly buffering. Half our house does not have internet ( it's not that big ) and they paced the router and said we would have service though the whole house. We are now moving out do the area and when I called to cancel service I was told we had 2 year contract and there would be a fee to cancel. We new we would not be here for two years and I specifically asked the sales rep for a month to month contract. All and all an awful company and experience. If you can't get another provider I would recommend calling your cell phone company and getting a hotspot. It'll be much more reliable and cost-effective.

Additionally, I hired them to take care of a home w/ a guest house in Napa, and the guys dialed in that property too. Getting them great coverage through the main ranch house and then running a trench to wire up the guest house in the back of the property. 5 stars!

With our…read morenew FM phone system, when Shelter-In-Place was issued we were able to pivot literally overnight, to have the majority of our staff working from home the next day. Staff simply took their desk phones home, plugged them in to their routers, and got back to serving our patients without missing a beat. We are a mulit-office pediatric practice. Families rely on our call-center receptionists and our telephone advice nurses. In Feb 2020, we eliminate our relationship with our old phone service (one of the giants) because the cost was criminal, and the service was poor. FM was very hands-on helpful during implementation, setting up our new equipment, phone queues and autoattendents exactly how we asked. Then in March, the world changed. But our staff adapted immediately, largely thanks to our new FM system. With care-giving staff in the office, and everyone else at home, our internal and external communication continued seamlessly. And most importantly, we were 100% there for our patients to reach us, even during the most trying times. Fastmetrics has truly been a game-changer for us.
