Wow!!! Better than I expected! Having a 5 year old daughter, and having play dates in the house can make a mess. Especially thru time, soiled stains on the couch and carpet becomes more evident. Not until my daughter spilled pink nail polish on the carpet, and tried to hide it but to only discover it 30-40 minutes later. It started to cake up. We tried to remove what we can with different remedies from personal and professional, but stopped as it may start getting more embedded into the fibers of the carpet. That's when I contacted Mike. The first available appointment was a week away. He says not to worry about it drying up that they should get most of it out with the steam cleaner. Having them come over, we may as well have our sectional sofa cleaned too. I've used Mike before when he was with another company. The team then that came in did a good job, I was pleased. But, the team that Mike sent today, Fabian & Julio was so much better! The carpet was clean, nail polish stain removed without any discoloration or any hint of red/pink, microfiber sofa looked almost brand new, they moved furniture out to clean and moved back inside. The team from the other company worked around the couches and did the sofa cleaning inside. Nothing was moved/cleared for proper cleaning. Fabian & Julio did an excellent job, was professional and friendly. They even wore shoe covers inside the house! My family is enjoying the clean carpet and sectional couch, and especially my daughter is relieved that it's all clean! I would not hesitate to refer them anyone else. NOTE: I referred Lyn F. Submitted an online request Wednesday morning and got a call back in about an hour and was able to schedule an appointment for Friday morning at 8am. I met the cleaner (Mikes sister) who did a walk through before she grabbed her supplies and vacuum. I then left to go run errands and I came back about 2 hours later to find my bathroom absolutely sparkling!!! She managed to get 3 years off soap scum off of my shower and tub and the chrome looks brand new. The toilet looks like it was just installed and never used. The sink plunger which I thought was permanently etched and discolored is perfect after her work. There was a stain on one of the bedroom walls behind my old night stand where something got spilled, we're guessing red wine that she couldn't get off. She even took photos and sent them to the office to see if they had any advice after she tried different things, bleach, magic eraser, etc.... Who has cleaners that get a second opinion??? I used Dirt Busters to clean my persian rug. At first I had a bad experience, but they responded quickly and solved the problem, even giving me a discount to make up for the mistake. They had scheduled an early-morning pickup and didn't show up. It was a mistake on scheduling on their part. But I was really impressed at how they stepped up and made it right. They cleaned the rug, it looks beauitful, just like new again and it smells great. They did a very nice job. They include free pickup and delivery too which was great. Had my services today. I rate the upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning a 5 they did a great job. They cleaning unfortunately I'll have to rate a 3 because they did not get the details cleaned I asked for they house appeared tidy but not completely clean. The cabinets were still visibly dirty and they did not clean my base boards like I asked at the beginning. They girls were very nice and friendly and had great attitudes. These guys are amazing and VERY professional. I work at a nonprofit organization, so funds are for carpet cleaning are hard to come by. We hadn't cleaned our carpet in over 10 years. I called about 10 companies in the area, and The Dirt Busters picked up the phone on the first call. Mike was very friendly and set an appointment for a free estimate right away. While measuring two of our offices, he was knowledge able, and only measured the square footage withOUT furniture. (some of the other companies gave us an estimate even with out tables, which doesn't make sense because they weren't going to move them) He even pointed out a burn in the carpet from us moving furniture and let us know it wouldn't come out. They gave us the cheapest quote by far and were the only company to offer drying fans. On the day of the cleaning they came right on time, and were ready to go. My hubby and I are getting ready to sell, and we needed every inch of the place spic and span before our open house. And - I hate to admit it - we aren't the best at keeping up with cleaning the place. Wah wahhhh... Enter...Mike and Wendy! They were friendly, professional, did a complete walkthrough of our place, and told me exactly what they were going to do. And then did it! It was easy to schedule an appointment, friendly and professional customer service, reasonably priced, carpets look great! They were delayed for my appointment (they were down a man) but credited my bill for it. It took about an hour to do a hallway, walk thru area and a living/dining room area. After the carpet dried, we noticed some spots we still there. I called them up and they came back out to remove them at no cost. The cleaners that came were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them in my house. I am happy with their work and will use them again when my carpets need another cleaning. We recently had our office cleaned by The Dirt Busters and I couldn't be more satisfied! During construction, our contractor had no regard for our carpet, leaving drywall dust all over as well as oil-based stains. Before we heard of The Dirt Busters, we tried multiple runs with rug doctors and vacuums, but still had certain spots that we couldn't get clean. We no longer have those spots! They are gone, the rest of the carpet looks spotless and they even put some protection on the carpet so we won't get any residue or stains. We JUST finished our first experience with Dirt Busters. Mike is great and calls you during your time window to give a more accurate time which was much appreciated when I had a busy day! The cleaners were fantastic and very thorough! Our apartment smells like a magical clean heaven! They even vacuumed my couch due to the dark material and our beige dog who sheds like crazy! They cleaned from top to bottom like promised. I am a very detailed cleaner when I clean but due to a party we are having and the crazy week I had I really needed the extra help. The only very small issue we had was we were quoted for 2 hours and it ended up taking 3 even with 2 cleaners so we are charged for an an extra hour BUT I will say they did a great job and all 3 hours were definitely needed and appreciated. We were happy they finished versus only working 2 and stopping without finishing so I can't even complain! I will definitely keep them in mind again for semi regular cleaning as they were fantastic. Best cleaners I have ever hired!! They got to my apartment right when they said they would, and came in and were very nice and friendly. I told them what I needed cleaned (it was for a move out clean). Because Im moving out there was stuff EVERYWHERE, and I told them to just clean around, which is very annoying as a cleaner I'm sure. Then I left and went to work. Once they were done, within 3 hours which was quicker then I thought, I received a phone call, paid and that was that. Five stars is not enough. I signed up for the house cleaning package plus carpet cleaning, for a 1300 sq ft townhome. The home has two levels with a combination of tile floors, carpet, custom tile bathrooms, and a teenager's messy room. Every inch of it has baseboards. Holy smokes, these guys & gals were up to the challenge! I've used cleaning services before, but Dirt Busters beats them all. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I also liked the way the cleaning crew would check in often, making sure I was satisfied with the work, then move on to the next room. They got behind cabinets, over the furniture, and in-between everything. And cleaned two years of pizza spills from inside the oven! The house cleaning team needed an hour more than they estimated, because our house hasn't been deep-cleaned in two years-- but the price was right and worth every penny. I like the way Mike includes the details for each line-item, how much it will cost per hour, with estimated times, anticipated Total Cost; and then sends the information to the customer using both email and text. I had my house cleaned today by Dirt Busters and they did a great job!! I called Friday and received a return call Monday and the were able to schedule me for Thursday the same week. They took a pretty dirty house and made it spotless in short order. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen that had been neglected because life got busy and they cleaned it from top to bottom and left it smelling so fresh clean. They were a little more expensive than others and took an hour longer than quoted over the phone but I am okay with that for the first cleaning. I also had the carpet cleaning service for my stairs as I have a puppy in the house and it looks like brand new carpet.
