I am glad I chose Dirt Buster all services to complete dirt-free of my rental property. The window team are great to make my windows spotless and shine. The carpet deep cleaning team is super duper wonderful to remove all the dark stain color, that make me really happy so that I don't have to put the new carpet. I was having issues with my bathroom exhaust fan in my home. I called up Dirt Busters and they were able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. I received email and text alerts reminding me of my appointment and on the day of, I received texts that let me know the a tech is on their way!! Mike Salas arrived on site and was very personable and helpful. He was also very respectful of my home and took the time to wear shoe covers/booties when entering the house (I'm Asian and I'm down with that! lol). Anywho, Mike began troubleshooting the ductwork and exhaust fan unit to find out what the issue was. He thoroughly inspected the vent, vacuumed out all debris and gave me his professional opinion on what I can do to make my exhaust fan perform better. You know what? He didn't even charge me a single cent for this visit!? Seriously, who does that nowadays? I really appreciate your professional work, integrity and kindness Mike!! Dirt Busters did a great job cleaning the carpets in my living room and dining room. The carpets are ten years old and have never been professionally cleaned. We emptied the rooms for them so they were able to come in and complete the job in approximately one hour (almost 500 sq ft). I needed someone to come in and help clean the construction dirt and dust. Mike has a great company here. Lupe is amazing. I have filtered through many other cleaning companies who just won't go the extra mile. The other companies want to barter with you like a swap meet talking about maid ours for this and that. I simply told Lupe what needed to be done, and she does it every time. While I called over 4 cleaning companies, in the end, I decided to go with Dirt Busters due to Mike's professionalism and customer service skills. Mike was always friendly, polite, and attentive. I can see why this company gets 5 stars. They do it all with professionalism! I called in and was able to schedule air duct cleaning and house cleaning the very next Saturday. They suggested to have our air ducts cleaned before the house so we set up our schedule as such. They give you a 2 hour window of when they'll come. Then the day of, they text you before they are on their way. We had our air ducts appointment from 8-10am and they came before 8:30. We had 7 air ducts and they finished in 2.5 hours. We were able to pay with our credit card on the spot. They showed my boyfriend the before and after pictures and there was definitely a difference! The house had a dog and a cat that lived there before so we really needed a deep clean since my boyfriend is very allergic to their fur. They did an excellent job and the house really did look, feel, and smell clean! They walk it with you afterwards too so if they missed anything and you point it out, then they'll take care of it! The cleaning took 3.5 hours for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and 2 living rooms. As for the timing for the house cleaners, there was a schedule issue twice but they did call me ahead of time to work it out each time. I received an email before the services of the hourly rate I was going to pay and at the end I was charged differently. So we left a voicemail to the owner. The very next morning, he sent an email with the invoice with the rate I was originally quoted! I was able to pay with my credit card online. Things happen, people make mistakes, but I wanted to make a note that they handled it without any issues. That's a real 5 star company! We would definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

We recently moved to the area and into a rental. The previous renters had not taken very good care of the place and it was filthy - covered in a layer of grease and dirt from cooking and not adequately cleaning.
