I once spent literally 3 hours in the chair just for a haircut (new stylist talked so much and would stop cutting while talking) so it took forever. Another time I had specifically discussed the color I wanted to have done but when I went it she wasn't ready and didn't have the color we had talked about weeks before. I had even shown her pictures weeks in advance. She never bought the color products for it, so when it came time for my appointment she ended up having to convince me to do something totally different which is not what I had wanted, not my style and I was disappointed.
