Axel rocks! Warm like the cookies and accommodating

Felt dirty after our Vietnamese dinner, saw this tempting newly opened cookie shop. I still can accommodate a little sugar treat so we decided to go give them a visit. Love my chosen free cookie "the muscle" and it perfectly complements the small scoop of vanilla swoon ice cream I served it with once I got home. Too bad they do not have the sugar-free cookies at the moment but I would go back and visit them again just for "the muscle". I added a quarter of the cookies and cream to sample it, it's just okay, can't beat "the muscle" in taste and texture. Love these warm stuffed cookies, a new place here on Potranco, a new option for my sweet cravings. Axel, the young gentleman who attended to us was very warm and welcoming and very patient enough to answer all my questions. After we paid, he still honored the free cookie I got just for signing-up, I just scanned the QR code and I got the extra free cookie. The young lady with Axel is a bit timid and looks like she's still learning how to garnish "the muscle" my free cookie but she's also nice. Glad to paid them a visit, the place is clean and well-kept, hope they maintain that should they get busier...hopefully soon.

10/10 again. The cookies were so good we came back for a 4pack this time. After tax I believe it came out to around $16. The cookies are big enough to cut and share. (If you wanted)

Food: 4 Service: 5 Ambiance: 4 My only wish was that the cookies were smaller so I could have more variety in one sitting. The cookies are absolutely delicious but all are rather rich and decadent which only allows for you to have one or share with others to sample more. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at sharing. :-) I put a whole cookie down because they are too good not to. Kind of like a chip...bet you can't have just one bite.

Heyyyyyy friend!! Want a cookie?? I do lol. Let's head on down to the dirty dough and get us some cookies filled with GOODNESS!! Ok? OF COURSE Bestie!! Ok this is a new new place.. new for me and NEW for you!! It's located in a large shopping area... you ask why is it large? Well bestie I will tell you... because HEB is there!!! Now you KNOW it's in a HUGE place BUT the parking lot STAYS crowded so cudos to them for putting that location where the people shop baby!! The place is ALL white in the inside...pretty cool. Reminds me of another place that sells cookies lol BUT that's ok!! Now I am VERY bias so I only got the regular chocolate chip stuffed cookie because HEY ..... who can mess up a chocolate chip right?? I loved it and the cookies are nice and chewy... the box will tell you to warm them up and the temperature to use and it's PERFECTO bestie!!! Now the rest of the family got fruity pebble and cookie and cream and I forget the last one BUT all were delicious and I would DEFINITELY buy again. The price is reasonable for a cookie.P S will be back Besie

Late night snack cravings led me to find this hidden gem! The two workers (I forgot their names) were super friendly and walked me through their rotating menu. Went with the dozen so we could try them all, and man we weren't disappointed! All of these were delicious, with the protein one being my favorite. Highly recommend giving them a try and hopefully they get some support from the community!

food review #280- Dirty Dough order- 7 Layer Bar, Kickin' Berry Cheesecake, Brookie, Reverse with Reeses This is going to be a fun one ladies and gentlemen. Dirty Dough was an EXPERIENCE. And I had a photoshoot. Just to set the stage for these descriptions: Dirty Dough specializes in STUFFED cookies. First off we got the classic 'Brookie'. A Brookie is the love child of a brownie and cookie. This ooey gooey thing was filled AND drizzled in caramel sauce. Ridiculous. Up next we have the 'Reverse with Reeses' creation. This cookie needs a full proper breakdown: it has a fudge filling wrapped in a chocolate cookie, then TRIPLE wrapped (yes, TRIPLE WRAPPED) with a peanut butter cookie and topped with chocolate drizzle and crushed Reeses. For my Reeses lovers, you'll love it. Now let's move on to the specialty cookies they were offering that week: Thirdly, we conquered the '7 Layer Bar' cookie. This one was a graham cracker cookie with coconut, pecans butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips mixed inside. It was stuffed with sweetened condensed milk and coconut, drizzled with sweetened condensed milk and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs. I had never heard of a 7 Layer Bar until now and I'm glad I discovered it. This cookie was insane. Lastly, we tried the 'Kickin' Berry Cheesecake' which was a dense cheesecake cookie stuffed with cheesecake filling and raspberry jalapeno jam, then rolled in sugar crystals. Are you kidding me? This cookie was unlike anything I had ever had before. It was sweet but did have a spicy kick that was complimented by the sweet cheesecake dough and sugar. This one took you on a journey.

First time here. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, took time to explain their variety of cookies they sell. I got the box of 4. The cookies were warm & baked fresh. I love that. So I've never tried a cookie stuffed with cookie dough inside. Not my cup of tea! The cookies taste delicious, it's inside the cookie that I did not say like wow! Cookies are almost $5 each. With that being said, my cookies were Not stuffed like the menu suggested & I would work on that for those preparing. Some other's reviews show their cookies stuffed. The quality is good. Give them a try. I wish this business all the best!

Instead, they offered a promo where if you buy a cheesecake jar, you got a free drink. Score! I tried the tres leches cheesecake, and it was delicious! It wasn't too sweet, which was great. I do wish the layer of cake was a bit taller. I do love how the cheesecakes come in a glass jar so I can reuse it, but you can also save them and give them back when you accumulate 10 for a free jar of cheesecake. As for the drink, I got a dragonfruit strawberry matcha latte. It was pretty good, but I felt like the strawberry was a little overpowering and I couldn't taste the dragonfruit. The cheesecake + matcha for $7 is a great deal! The workers were so nice, and I really love the logo of this place. Great local business to support!

The place itself was nice and clean and the setup is cute. There are only a few seats inside but I think more meant to take on the go. The ladies there were very nice to us and explained the different cute cheesecakes they had in these little mason jars. They do have glutten free, sugar free options too if you are the type of person needing to watch what you eat. They all looked really cute but settled on a tiramisu. I wont lie I did get thrown off on taste at first since my thought keep me thinking it wasn't a cheesecake but it tasted good. I did bring it home to chill it more and tasted even better. I also had this mix berry match that was good as well. I think this place is definitely worth trying for any cheesecake lovers out there. Good coffee drinks too.

They have a storyline to create a plot for the "dessert" creations. The pastry chefs interweave sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and umami throughout the evening AND is also paired with a drink per dish. They tell you how to eat the dish for maximum enjoyment of the desired taste experience. They do an excellent job of creativity, presentation, and combination of flavors. Such an intimate setting. After it's all done, they do part you with a BIG fortune cookie with a handwritten fortune! This is the time where you are allowed to pull your phones out. I'm vegetarian and pregnant so my menu had to be modified but I was so blown away by the fact that they were able to accommodate for me and took such care in making sure my plates met the caliber and intended feeling/taste of the non vegetarian dishes. Same with the drink pairings, although mine were non alcoholic, it wasn't just a blah substitution, they really put a lot of care into making sure the drink matched the energy and vibe of the alcoholic version. My husband and I loved the story telling that went with each dish that described the chef's intentions and the products used for each bite. This was our first fine dining experience and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We were celebrating my husband's graduation and they even had a little card for him signed by the chefs! So cute! I'd definitely recommend checking this place out for a special occasion, or if you're just curious about what a Michelin Star dessert restaurant is all about.

We ordered: the Alamo Burger: a 8 oz wagyu beef smash burger , served with a fried egg, caramelized onions, cheese on a crispy croissant bun. It was incredible and worth the 15-20 minute wait! Luckily for me, I went the day after memorial day so the lines weren't that bad and the red carpet laid out in front of the restaurant was all clear. I grabbed a menu before it was my turn to order. It's a lot to choose from and without pictures it's difficult to tell what most of the items are. Especially for a first timer. So, I ordered what the gentleman in front of me had which was a plain croissant with butter. It looked better than it tasted. I chose not to use the butter because the croissant was cold so butter wouldn't take to it well. I also ordered a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and avocado. The eggs were delicious, cooked well and flavored nicely. But my avocados were oxidizing so the presentation wasn't appealing. My husband's breakfast scramble was filled with eggs. cheese, and turkey, but wasn't filled with flavor of any kind. It's a lively atmosphere. Great for large groups. There's seating outside so if you're feeling like sitting amongst pedestrians walking by, it's perfect. The service was slow. Really slow. I overheard they were backed up so by the time my macchiato was delivered I was almost done eating.
