When we first saw Dirty Laundry online we knew we needed to make it a stop during a recent visit to Dallas. Walk in and you feel like you're at the laundromat! Peek behind that washer and dryer and you're transformed into a a soft smelling , dim lighted place place to grab a drink while that load finishes. A laundry themed menu awaits the cocktail lover but they do offer beer, wine, seltzers and full bar. Two hard working guy behind the bar provided excellent service through out the night. Been hearing about this place for a while but finally got a chance to go with my brothers the other day. What a great little establishment. It cleans up on the whole dirty laundry theme. They really play into it and I love that. The drinks are great too. The drink menu hit, brother. Great service also. This is such a fun little bar!! The fact you have to know how to get in makes it a whole experience. They definitely have taken the name to another level with the decor on the inside and their cocktail menu. I could see how it would get a bit crowded on a busy night, and might be harder to get a drink in a timely fashion since it is a single/small bar front, but we went after lunch on a Sunday and it was relatively empty. My husband and I popped in here after going to a bar nearby. I've seen this place on social media and wanted to check it out. We went during the day on a Saturday and it was quieter than a nighttime bar would be, but perfect if you are just going to check it out and want to chill. They have a nice concept here. The front part of the place looks like a laundromat with clothes washing. When you open the door, you step into the cocktail lounge. It's dim and cozy inside. There's just one bartender serving drinks. The drinks are laundry themed as well. They have drinks like Hot Iron, Fluff N Fold, etc. Cocktails are okay, but were a bit pricey, which is to be expected at this kind of place. I got the Horned-Frog Wash, which has Gin and edible glitter creation. It was a bit bitter-ish. It's not super big, so I don't recommend for large groups. This place is extremely cute and different. I love the concept. We came on a Friday after dinner but before the place was really crowded. There was security at the door check IDs. The person I went with had been here before so he knew which door to use to get in. After you open the correct door you enter into this awesome/dark/speakeasy vibe bar. There are different articles of clothing hanging throughout the place. It has a really cozy chill vibe. There isn't a lot of seating. There were 2 bartenders working that night and they were great. I had the Fluff N Fold which is their version of an old fashioned. Instead of using sugar cubes they pour the bourbon and bitters over cotton candy. It was a little on the sweet side for me but still delicious. I will say that this is not a cheap place to get drinks. Stopped by to try some drinks while a friend was in town. There was only one active bartender while the other looked like he was tied up with a group. Thus the line was pretty long. It was pretty dark inside with limited seating, but it seemed to be a place where people just come got a drink or two before moving on. So if If it seems packed, just wait a little while and it will be ok. Two out of the three drinks had no complaints. One wasn't a fan of the "heavy pour" of alcohol, so take that as you will. This is a speakeasy bar in the West 7th entertainment district, right near the Texas Republic nightclub. I've walked by this place so many times and never realized it was a bar. It looks like a laundromat in the front but if you look closer you can see that all the washers are actually digital screens with videos of laundry. You go in through the washing machine door on the far left, no password required. They have a variety of mostly sweet specialty cocktails plus a full bar. Honestly, it feels a bit more "manufactured" than some other speakeasys in Fort Worth, but it's still fun and I like it. I especially like that they are open until 2am every night of the week so you always have a place you know you can go to. The owner owns another speakeasy in the same area called Bodega West 7th which I have not visited yet. read more

After you find the door that leads you inside, you will walk into a wall of clothes and you can head straight to the bar to order your drinks. Let's do 3 stars. 70 people capacity. Saturday, 9pm ish I parked by Movie tavern, and walked. Less than 5 min walk. I didn't know there were parking spaces in front of the actual speakeasy. Diverse, but not many people like me. I couldn't careless, but some people do, so I wrote this. Security at door to check IDs. Purses were NOT checked. Cheapest drink $17. People kept turning around and leaving because of this. Very small on the inside. Limited seating. I would return for drinks later. My friend wasn't going to pay that much, so we left.
