Let's do 3 stars. 70 people capacity. Saturday, 9pm ish I parked by Movie tavern, and walked. Less than 5 min walk. I didn't know there were parking spaces in front of the actual speakeasy. Diverse, but not many people like me. I couldn't careless, but some people do, so I wrote this. Security at door to check IDs. Purses were NOT checked. Cheapest drink $17. People kept turning around and leaving because of this. Very small on the inside. Limited seating. I would return for drinks later. My friend wasn't going to pay that much, so we left. Very cool concept. You walk through the out of order washer dryer door. Dark and cozy inside with lots if of cool decor. Very small bar with lots of laundry themed drinks. Not great for large parties. My only issue was the bartender. We ordered Bloody Mary's and he put his head in his hands and was bemoaning the fact that he hated them. You I don't really care if he likes them or not. Not his place to tell me , just make the drink and keep your likes and dislikes to yourself. That being said they were very good although pricey. $30 for two drinks. Although the bar keep was a downer the place is cool and worth a visit. read more

Had 4 different drinks between us. Only one was good was the Key lime pie. Two was okay, the signature old fashion was not. Bartender seem new and doesn't feel like he knows his craft well enough. This may be my new favorite bar! Oops! I mean speakeasy. The only craft cocktail bar in the west 7th area. Such a cool concept. Ben - bartending that night - was great. They have different specials each evening. Martini Mondays - whiskey Wednesday to name a couple. If you're lucky you'll be there when sweet Rosie the bar puppy dog visits. Laundrymat opens at 4pm. Restrooms are gender neutral and clean. Parking can be challenging but worth it. There is a small private parking lot. The street parking allows 2 free hours but you still need to register at the meter. read more

Interesting little speakeasy, you go through the out of order machine to enter. There was a line to order the drinks at the bar, only 2 bartenders when we went so it took awhile to get the drinks, 2 little rooms with limited seatings. read more

Bartender decided to give himself a tip on my card after we left the bar Closed tab at $70, yet ended being charged 85.15 And then a separate transaction for 17.32 The money isn't a big deal to me cause I make more than enough, it's the principle that a business is being deceitful If he closed my tab, I shouldn't have additional purchases from a bar, where I didn't order again or represent my card.. I loved the concept of this speakeasy. Once entering, the machines on the far left open and you enter this vibey atmosphere. The ambiance was really nice. I went on a Monday night and they had 70s/80s music playing which I really enjoyed. I ordered the "Figetaboutit" and if you enjoy sweet cocktails like I do, that's one of the better sweet drinks on the menu per the bartender's suggestions. Speaking of the bartender, he was dope, great service all around. It wasn't crowded when I went so there was plenty seating. I really enjoyed the experience. read more

This little tucked away bar was so cool. You walk through what looks like an actual laundry mat and then behind a secret door is this dark bar with laundry placed around. The drink menu is eclectic and the vibe was really chill and laid back. The bartender was very knowledgeable and had the gift of gab. This location deserves lots of repeat visits. read more

One of the coolest concept cocktail bars in west 7th. I have a good feeling these guys will be getting lots of my money in the near and distant future. This place takes on the vibe of a speakeasy, but there is no code or anything to get in. Just walk in the door the doorman tells ya and enjoy the neon lights and decor. Met a group of friends here this past Saturday. I got there first, ordered a Mocktail, was charged $5. Another person from the group arrived, was not charged for her mocktail. Last person to arrive in the group ordered a mocktail was charged $2.68.....these were the same drinks. Get your pricing right please. Other than that, pretty cool spot. read more

Speakeasy? Not really. Small place with a fro-yo kind of feel. I seriously think there should be frozen custard dispensers on the wall. Kind of cliché. Drinks are VERY pricey but good, BUUUTTT be prepared to wait. There are two bartenders but a drink takes FOREVER to make. There are scuff marks on the wall, cheesy Christmas lights, and a Roku-like home menu lazily scrolling on the TV. Got assaulted by the security guard. He shattered my boyfriends phone and leg (we are in an Uber to urgent care) because I went to the bathroom with another girl (apparently girl code is severely against the rules here). Wish I was kidding. Called 911 because of how bad the worker was to me and my other girl friend. Hope y'all know I am not kidding this was bad. Cute bar with a interesting theme. Walk in making a video go the entrance and then make fun of everyone else doing the same! A friend and I walked In and after opening the most obvious laundry mat door revealed a bland bar with mini somewhat private rooms on the right hand side it was just blah. The music wasn't jumping but this was Friday night at about 8p. After that first impression we walked out. I wasn't impressed not sure if il go back. Went for the first time, kind of a cool place, drinks were good but kind of expensive for what I got. Added drinks to my card that I didn't have and in that they also add their own 20 percent gratuity, in with the items they charge you for, then give you the bill with the normal place to add a tip at the bottom. Kind of deceptive in my opinion. And I am quite capable of determining what gratuity I'll add, depending on the service I get. The tip is for me to determine, not the business. My advice would be take cash or double check your bill if you give them a credit card. They did make the bill right, but I had to call them out on it twice to get it corrected. read more
