Purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher recently and had a great experience with Alicia in the showroom. She helped me pick the right one for our familys needs and also gave a discount for small cosmetic damage. Delivery was easy and convenient, they fit us in the same day, put in our garage for us without an issue. Purchased the extended warranty and have had no problems at all with the product. Absolute piece of trash company. Deceptive liars. They hid the fact the right door is deformed, sagging so much lower than the left, causing constant condensation to build up only under the right door. The gap before the freezer is so uneven left to right. The ripped off ugly leftovers of a sticker inside is hiding what? It doesnt come off now. They damaged the floor dragging it inside. The freezer is supposed to close by itself but doesnt. They didnt do basic setup. You get what you pay for. Saving 1k on this supposed new fridge wasn't worth it at all. Did not agree to have an ugly deformed right door. read more

I bought a big bottom freezer fridge for 1,200 paid cash we agreed that David was going to bring inside house an install it but instead he just left our refrigerator in my driveway and drove away I called him to ask why he left instead he was very rude and didn't gave me a reason why he did that I don't recommend this place where they leave you hanging mean people read more

No accountability for damaged delivery items. This is our second time doing business here, first time we bought a fridge and everything went great. We decided to do business here again and bought a stove. The stove was delivered but never unwrapped during delivery so we left it as is where the guy delivered in our garage until it was ready to be installed. The stove was only wrapped in plastic wrap with no protection during delivery. The day we went to install it, we unwrapped the product where it was left and the cook top had been very damaged with a major crack on top. We reached out to them to notify of the damage (product can't even be used at this point) and they blamed us for the damage. Again the product wasn't unwrapped upon delivery, has not been moved or touched since delivery and they have no proof showing the product was intact when it was delivered. We paid $1,000 for a stove that can not be used and was damaged upon arrival. Be very careful purchasing from here as they do not protect the appliance correctly during delivery and will not accept responsibility of damaged product. They will not refund, replace or exchange. Very disappointed that this happened and I truly hope it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. read more

I saw one that I was interested, so I went to check it out. When I arrived I was assisted by Jenna, who vas very helpful and provided great customer service by answering my questions. My eye was set on the GE refrigerator [Steel Exterior] that was posted on line and I was taking the measurements so I can make sure it would fit. I did an inspection of the unit and was sold. This particular unit was Brand New, never used. The only thing that was noticed was the plastic wrap on the bottom portion was peeked off (Cosmetic). What made my decision easy was the price I paid for it. Went into the office and started the paperwork. Whet I really appreciated was the option of financing they have. Applied for it and got approved. After everything was finalized and amount was within my budget. I would highly recommend getting the setting up done. It is an extra cost and delivery is free. I set a date for the refrigerator to be delivered and Jenna made the whole process easy. The day came for the delivery and got to meet Max. He was able to bring the frig upstairs to my place and he was able to set it up. It was a perfect fit for the space and he recommended that the handles go on the other side, so I have room to open the freezer and bottom. I was open to the suggestion and was not an additional cost. I appreciate that from Max and it shows that he was honest. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Jenna and Max made my decision to do business with them the right choice. In my personal opinion, I would recommend appliances 4 Less, if you are looking for an appliance and are on a budget. They have different inventory, so check out the site first. This summer our dryer broke down, & we went through so many routes to fix it. In the end, it continued to cause problems, & we were looking for an affordable 2nd hand replacement. When we found Appliances 4 Less in the same city we live in, it was 1 hr from their closing time on a Saturday afternoon, & to hear that all of the items were brand new, out of box mark downs for cosmetic reasons, but that they all still came with a store and manufacturer warranty, we were sold! We found a model we were happy with, & James was willing to talk us through the differences between gas & electrical dryers, he helped answer questions about the different hook-up options, hook up the chosen machine to demonstrate its operation multiple times, & he stayed 1 hr after closing to help finalize our sale & help me load the dryer into my car! He was very reasonable about the 1 week store warranty, & making sure it worked well for us! He also let us bring back the old dryer to recycle/trash it at the store for no additional cost! Overall, our expectations were exceeded with the service, with the products, & we definitely learned that in the future we would've saved ourselves a lot of headaches & money if we had just come here first!! I just loved browsing through to see all the handcrafted items because you never know, you just might find that one thing that you absolutely need for your home or garden. The vendors are friendly and will answer any question that you may have. Don't forget to check out the food trucks as well. My favorite one is the Filipino one with their take on Filipino classics. You won't regret trying them.

Just moved into Redlands from Victorville and was in need of some affordable appliances. A neighbor had just purchased a new refrigerator from discount appliances and had recommended me to go and talk to David. The following day me and my wife went to go and see the appliances. We were hoping that they could get us out with our budget. When we walked in we had asked for David but was not there but his wife Alicia was there to help us out and answer all of our questions. They have a huge selection to choose from their inventory. Alicia took her time and answered all of my questions regarding the washer and dryer and gave me her sincere opinion of what type of appliances would work best for my family. After finally choosing the set and refrigerator that my wife wanted we agreed and purchased the appliance right away. After about 2 hours they called me letting me know their ETA for delivery. Upon arrival to my house one of the guys introduced himself as David and I was like finally we meet. I had mentioned to David that If he could help me get the appliances inside of the house. That's what we had agreed with his wife Alicia. David went above and beyond to help my family out. He helped me install all my appliances and took his time showing me and my wife how to use them properly. David also helped me with removing my old appliances and hauling them away!!! Five-Star Review for Discount Appliances in Redlands I came in with an urgent need and champagne taste on a beer budget. Alicia at Discount Appliances was not only extremely friendly and communicative, but she took the time to understand my needs without trying to oversell me. I needed an oven range with really limited funds, which seemed impossible everywhere else I went. As part of my job, I travel to various retailers and have access to 15+ appliance stores. I had priced out my range with almost all of them. Discount Appliances was hands-down the best! Alicia was able to not only find something within my budget, but she included expedited delivery and installation! Dave provided exceptional service during setup - he balanced the range perfectly, set the time, made sure I knew how to operate it, gave me all my paperwork, and even took away all the trash and cleaned up. Their prices are less than everybody else, and I was shocked at the value! When I shop, I shop things to death, and they were amazing in every way - from cost to friendliness to selection to delivery and installation. It was truly a white glove, red carpet experience from start to finish. I came in to look for a new stove and Alicia was very attentive and knowledgeable with all of the questions that I had she was very kind and honest regarding my budget which made it a swift decision process! I also met David who assured me that these appliances are top notch but are at the best pricing around! They came to deliver my stove and their delivery team was very professional maneuvering through my yard and into the kitchen where they hooked it up and tested it! These people deserve more than 5 stars. I buy a bunch of Appliences from them being a real estate investor and they always get me what I need asap with delivery. Sometimes I buy and they store for me once I get the ADU built. I highly recommen them if you looking for amazing service, quality, and prices.
