What began as a relatively good car buying experience deteriorated as time went by. What was more troubling is some of the accessories listed on the window sticker, and that were in the vehicle during test drive and pictured on website, went missing once deal was done and they took car back for detailing. I eventually got them back after asking about them but it required a return trip to dealership. The only thing keeping this from a one star review is the finance department was low pressure and was a smooth, and accurate process.

I called to schedule service and was able to go in the next day. Leo was welcoming, courteous, and attentive. The oil change, tire rotation and alignment, and a thorough inspection were done in a timely manner. I used a discount code I got in the mail, but they also offer AAA and military discounts. If you don't have the money for repairs you can also pay with Affirm and if approved you would make monthly payments. This is a great option for someone on a tight budget. The one thing I did not like is that I know the AC needs repairs, but they would have to do a diagnostic before any repairs which will cost you almost $200 alone.

Paid $6700 for a whole new engine, transmission, and transfer case. Took over a week to do. Got it back, drove it for under a week and started running rough. Check engine light came on and was running in safe mode. Wouldn't go over 25 mph. Took it back 3 times and he said couldn't get it to run funny. So he gave it back to me. Did that 3 times. How can I say this charitably? Apparently, we just…read moreabsolutely had to buy x car ASAP because there were several interested buyers. A week later the car is still available on the website. I'll spare the individual's name we worked with, but to put it simply, he was full of it. He talked really fast. Continuously made it feel like he was doing us favors and like this was the opportunity of a lifetime. It wasn't. He has several salesman awards and it makes sense. It seems that his tactic is to make you feel like the demand is high so you'll feel pressured to buy and then you eventually do, thus making him an extraordinary salesman. It's so unfortunate in today's economy. If we didn't have good judgement, we'd probably be in this vehicle having paid $1k-$3k more than it's worth because we felt pressured. We inquired about the price over the phone and let's say he told us it was $35k then miraculously upon reviewing paperwork the price jumped to $36.9k. Nearly a $2k jump, and like nothing. Needless to say, we will not be back. If you go to this dealership, don't feel pressured to buy anything. Don't believe them when they say they have several interested buyers and do not make them rush you to make a decision. Stay away if possible. They employ many predatory sales tactics.
