After ordering $150 worth of Winn grips I received a paid invoice and my credit card company showed the transaction as complete. The order process was not exactly secure, but hey, the prices were the lowest anywhere. When the order had not shipped 2 weeks later I emailed and left a voicemail inquiry. After 30 days I disputed the CC order and notified DGC, which immediately kicked off a series of odd emails I can only compare to really bad phishing emails with poor grammar and spelling. Not sure if this dummy realizes that he has stated in emails that product does not ship out of Chicago, but out of Florida. Hard to keep track of the lies I guess. All the stories below are consistent with my experience; place an order, wait for an invoice, follow up, receive an invoice and request for payment, make payment....then nothing, no shipment confirmation, nothing. I ordered 40 items at discount which after 10-14 business days they sent it out. So far so good. Only 35 arrived, in 3 separate small boxes. He then complained about the cost. They could have all easily fit in a 1.5cu ft box. I tried for weeks to get the rest sent, and after emails and phone calls (where he just ranted about the state of the country) and text message I put in an honest review of what happened. He then texted me and said he would only mail them if I took down the review (this review is now back) which I did. He then told me he would only send them if I left a positive review on Google, which I refused to be blackmailed. See pic! I spoke with "Joe" twice on the phone and all he says is "What's the order number?" I'll call you back and he hangs up. I had one email that said they cancelled my order per "my request." When I replied they said that was a mistake and I should receive in a week. I have always been polite in my inquires but he no longer answers his phone or replies to emails. I highly recommend you stay away from this business, if you call it a business. I ordered 13 Winns grip (white) with installation kit. Sound like a good deal. But I did not received items until 4 months later. Here is where it got worse. Got 8 grips instead of 13, wrong color and no installation kit. Ok, fine simple mistake. Called them and they said send it back. However, I opened the package so return shipping has to be paid by me. Got screwed on that, how am I supposed to know if the item is correct without opening it. They received the item back in Dec. 26, 2023. It is now April 18, 2024 and no refund. Called them numerous times and they keep saying we need to look into it. Today they hung up on me over the phone. Case is still on going. Complete fraud. I was suspicious about this outfit after a week of hearing nothing about an order placed for 11 golf grips that were supposedly in stock. I was then certain this was a sham after several communications over 2 weeks where the owner kept saying that they take 7-10 days to ship, the the order was shipping, then shipped. I requested cancelation multiple times to no avail. Then my shipment arrived after 3 weeks. However, instead of 11 Golf Pride Z Grip corded grips, I received a single, yes, ONE cheaper Z Grip Align grip. This confirms intent to defraud. I demanded a refund and have not heard anything from this guy. As a result, I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC, a fraud case with the Illinois Attorney General, requested reverse charges from my credit card company and filed a report with my local police department. I received part of the order (3 grips) on OCTOBER 15th. I tried to call 3 times and have sent numberous emails asking this Joe to fulfill my order. My most recent conversation (October 17th), this Joe guy went off on my and went political, wanting to talk about "conspiracy theories". I said NO GO just fill my order. After this encounter, I have sent 3 more emails and one more call. My most recent email asked for a pro rated refund, if they are not able fulfil the order. NO response. So, today, I called Citi Visa and THEY are going to refund me the prorated refund. I have not had this bad of a customer service experience in a long time.
