The bride was having wedding day jitters on Friday, and she accidentally backed her SUV into the groom's pickup. She broke her passenger-side tail light; and it had to be replaced immediately that day, or there would be no wedding bliss. After looking him up on Yelp, I called up Mark. Although he was not able to supply me the part himself, he went the extra mile and told me where I could find it. The man is great. I went to Performance for a second opinion after a dealer's shop (which I had used for over 10…read moreyears) told my wife that her 9 year old SUV needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires for $3,200! Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate. They'll be getting all my non-dealer-required work for both my vehicles ftom here on out.
