I knew what the core problem was and that the drain was physically blocked some distance from the sink itself, and I realized that I couldn't fix it myself. So after checking Yelp and finding the stellar reviews I just called Victor at 11.04 in the morning, and he picked up himself :). We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm. It got to about 8.30pm so I texted and he called back and said he could be with us in 15 minutes if it wasn't too late or he would come first thing in the morning. I said please come now and he did. It was Victor himself, a real gentleman who REALLY knows his stuff! 45 minutes later the sink was flowing again like magic. He cleaned everything up and took care to wear shoe covers and gloves.
