Immediately following the repair, within hours, the waterfalls gradually stopped working and he refused to send a technician back or even listen to me. He's incredibly rude, immature and unprofessional. I own a business and would never speak to a customer in such a manner.

The first time we came in was told they were two or more months out on service . Therefore we Called another company who came out promptly . Then after like three months pass I get a random call from Robert (who initially laughed in our faces in his showroom) SOLICITING SERVICE! Are you so arrogant that you think we waited on YOUR RUDE A$$ to show up after you laughed at us? Get over yourself!!! I worked in commercial construction for over 30 years so I know building code, I know what jobs cost and how to treat contractors AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS . if you want obstacles and stop signs and just plain rude service patronize this store. We wanted to keep our money locally but some business just don't want your money . You are not the only spa store in this area and there are so many more contractors that will appreciate our business... just ask anyone who works for us. You lost a potential loyal customer who treats their contractors with respect and warm hospitality when working in our home . I doubt you are ever offered lunch, drinks, snacks, use of the homeowners restroom or gotten a christmas bonus from your clients. ya that's what we do for the regular contractors who work for us. We treat them more like guests in our home . You might learn something from this .

Before moving forward, we met with 3 different contractors, and Mike was the only one who really understood our vision. We didn't want to tear out our existing concrete or patio cover, which made the project more complicated, but he was able to design around it and still deliver exactly what we were hoping for. That flexibility was a big reason we chose them. We broke ground on 9/15/25 and everything was complete by 11/10/25!!! It was crazy how fast everything went and he definitely did an amazing job coordinating all the teams to finish in a timely manner. We went with a custom setup that included a raised spa, Baja shelf, and two illuminated sheer descents, and everything came together really well. The spa might just be one of the biggest in town! The water features at night give the whole backyard a clean, finished look, with the lights. We also added the iAquaLink system, which has been super convenient for controlling everything from our phones. Like any build, there were a few minor things that came up along the way, but nothing major, and Mike has been responsive when we needed him. What stood out most is that he didn't disappear after the job was done-- Mike continues to be helpful when we've had questions or needed small adjustments. That kind of follow-through matters with a project like this, and it's a big reason we'd recommend CATAK. They say the results indicated I needed chlorine. Asked if they had a test kit for calcium hardness and total dissolved solids. "No, but we can order it for you." Ended up going to the store down the street, had my water tested (it was fine), got the test kit I needed, and info about a pool sweeper. Lesson learned: don't go to Leslie's in Simi Valley.
