    We were very excited at the prospect of getting a hot tub so we went to Lifestyle Outdoor. Though we could find the same model of Jacuzzi we ended up purchasing (and we bought a more high end model) for much cheaper online, the salespeople (who were great), warned us there can be problems with these things and their level of service is so much higher than we'll get elsewhere we really should pay the premium with them. Unfortunately for us, we got a lemon - which is not at all their fault. In the first year, the heater broke, the display went out, and now we have a leak in the waterfall. The service level we were promised has not been met. There have been multiple occasions where we've called and received no response, both my wife and I. Once we finally got a tech out for the most recent problem, it was discovered we needed another part for another failure. We were told the part would arrive in 7 to 10 business days and they would contact us. After two weeks of no update, we called to inquire about progress as the tub has been leaking out totally in about 3 days. We were told the part had arrived already and they had "called and texted" (they had not. Phone records are easy to pull up online). They then informed us that, though this was covered by warranty, the labor was not and we are out $150 to have a second person come and move the hot tub. When we stated our displeasure, keep in mind - no yelling as I know how hard that job can be- we were hung up on. When we called the store back and not the service line, the service rep called back to apologize. The "owner" of the store then called and told us there was nothing he could do. I found out later he was the owners son. He was short and didn't care for our trouble. He grew impatient and frustrated that I wouldn't raise my voice or meet his behavior. In conclusion: Find the tub you want and then buy online for cheaper. In the days of e-commerce, service is the only real differentiation. We've never had an issue with Amazon or Costco. Edit: To add to the wonderful experience - right after I posted these reviews, Lifestyle Outdoor actually took to my company customer service portal to post the attached. I haven't been "rude" to anyone. I haven't yelled, sworn, or really done anything except share the experience, all the truth, I've had with their business. Edit #2: Since I wrote this review, Jeff, the real owner, called me to try and bully me into taking down the review. I told him, calmly, as I yell at no one and don't swear (I live a very public life as seen as a business owner - I don't have time for this sort of thing) I'd be happy to remove the reviews once the Hot Tub was fixed four days later when we had scheduled a service call and had already given a credit card to pay for it. I don't have time for this stuff and don't want negative reviews up (as seen in my profile). He sent the attached email threatening me again. I just wanted them to fix the tub so I can move on somewhere else. His counter review, written today, is simply false. If I had to do it again, I'd just buy it online. I don't have any negative reviews about anything. I don't want to be involved in this. I'm tired of being bullied by these guys. I hope this is the end of it, but I doubt it will be. I'll never contact them or write anything about them again. If they continue to harass me in any way, I'll simply share it here.

    Class act products and service! Keith was very helpful in helping me to decide which hot tub would best meet my needs. He can to my house to make sure it would fit without needing to use a crane. He recommended I call Cesar Rendon to do my demo and concrete work as we had an existing hot tub that needed to be removed. The hot tub was delivered with ease into my backyard. Keith came to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Outdoor as my experience was excellent! If you need any hardscape done Cesar Rendon works quickly and neatly.

    We purchased an Endless Pool X2000 Swim Cross combination pool and spa a few years ago and supplemented with a deck that gives the pool an appearance of being an in ground installation..This was an excellent investment (also a solution to permit issues with an in ground pool as we're on a hill) and we've enjoyed countless hours of fun and exercise since then. The Initial sale and installation went smoothly with Marc Jolin's oversight and excellent plus trouble shooting / after sales service by Javier who is knowledgeable, friendly and professional - Jessica and Karina keep things flowing between the customer/ manufacturer and technical support. Now back to the water!

Kind of snarky/grumpy/not to helpful. The Newbury Park Leslie's went out of business. Bummer. I liked dealing with Mike the manager back then. Anyways, a tip trick I have learned over the decades is: when getting water results, don't impulse buy by following the Water Test Results summary 'treatment plan'... to 'normalize' your results. If you brush and clean your pool and it's basically clear, take baby steps and correct slowly. You will not only correct everything in time, you will have far less chemicals. Most times fixing one parameter that is way off will correct other minor irregularities.

He was patient and knowledgeable, which we really appreciated because my husband always has a thousand questions. Jake prepared us well for what to expect with the process, and his electrician recommendation was great. Delivery was faster than we ever expected. We got our jacuzzi almost a week and a half early. Because of the over hang in on our house we needed a crane for the installation, and the delivery crew was just as professional and helpful as Jake. Surprisingly the crane was much cheaper than I expected when I heard we might need a crane. We called around to compare, and Hydro Spa had by far the best pricing, especially with their 4th of July sale. They have been a family-owned business for 40 years, and you can tell these guys love what they do. We are sooooo excited! Thanks Jake & the Hydro Spa Team! Y'all are the GOATS!

We got quotes from several pool remodeling companies and Smart Swim came in right in the middle. We are strong believers on "you get what you pay for," and opted to go with them even though they were not the cheapest. From beginning to end, the guys at Smart Swim were easy to work with and truly wanted our project to come out great. After 30 years, it was time for our pool to have a remodel! Through the remodel, it was uncovered that we had many severe leaks, down to the rebar that needed to be fixed in some areas. Sam was great at making sure we understood the severity and that we were okay with any new costs that needed to be added. Not only did they do our pool, but also installed turf by the pool area and put pavers all around the pool and yard area. We also got the new gray gate installed from them as well, to replace the wooden fence in the yard (between the pool). **Noting that the perimeter wall/wooden top was painted black and sanded/stained by a different company. We truly appreciate their hard work and even when we had an immediate death in the family during their time working on our project, they were very respectful and gave us some space as needed.
