One morning, I was getting ready to head out to the aquarium with my family, and the worst happened :/ I got nails in my back right tire from the day before that I hadn't noticed. After changing it to a spare, I looked up tire places near where I was. They were the closest and were just about to open. Knowing it was a long shot, I drove over there and waited. When they opened, Alexander was able to squeeze me in and they patched up my tire in no time. They also helped me put it back on my car. I contacted this business last week about a repair and received a quote for parts and labor. Because I have access to a parts supplier through a friend, I specifically asked whether I could provide the part myself and pay only for installation. I was told, "Yes, no problem," and was quoted for labor only. So I ordered the part, received it, and called back to schedule the appointment. Everything went smoothly until I was transferred to the on-site manager. He informed me that corporate policy prohibits installing customer-supplied parts. That would have been perfectly understandable; had someone told me that before I spent the money and booked the appointment. Instead of acknowledging that his staff may have given me incorrect information, he insisted I must have called another location and then accused me of lying. Apparently, customer service here includes rewriting your conversation and insulting you when their employees make a mistake. Policies can be misunderstood. Mistakes happen. Calling a customer a liar rather than taking 30 seconds to investigate is a management failure, and a spectacular way to lose someone's trust. If this is how the manager handles a simple phone conversation, I certainly wouldn't trust him to handle my car. I recommend taking your vehicle, and your dignity, somewhere else. read more

Maybe I'm just unlucky but this place is 0/3 for me. Every time I have showed up in the last few years to get something fixed or diagnosed they have told me they either wouldn't do it or didn't have time for it. Customer service is dogshit... Conversely, They have a location in Temecula where one of the guys actually dug through a bucket of wheel locks with me to find the one for my truck after I lost it. I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. I scheduled appointments on two separate days to have my trailer tires serviced, and both times I was refused service when I arrived. The staff (Alexander) told me their appointment system was "pointless" and that there were too many cars ahead of me. If appointments don't mean anything here, customers shouldn't be allowed to book them in the first place. I had to haul my trailer to the shop twice, only to be turned away both times. This was extremely inconvenient and a waste of time. A business that disregards appointments and treats customers this way is not one I can recommend. read more

I'll talk about my experience and observations, both wonderful encounters. I returned for tire rotation after purchasing tires here because they were the best price around. It's been 4 years, due to covid, I didn't drive much and needed a rotation. No problem, they jumped right on it, free! because it was included with purchase. Isn't that amazing? Four years later, still honoring warranty. Now my observation about a customer encounter I witnessed. Woman brought her car in suspecting battery or charging issues that morning, which I didnt witness. What I saw was when she returned. The shop found the issue was the push start button, NOT a battery or charging issue, and DIDNT CHARGE HER! Awesome, right? Great group of folks there, worth your business. read more

Don't buy the Warrenty, after 3 months had an issue with a tire from a pothole, road hazard. They refused to replace the tire under Warrenty. They claimed the tire wore unevenly. They have hardly any miles on them and are not unevenly worn, excuses excuses excuses. Not not buy the road hazard warranty, they will not honor it. read more

Tried up charging me for rotors when all that was needed was brake pads. Quoted 2 hours and ended up being 3.5 hours

They don't deserve one star Did not honor my Groupon. Though I had phoned prior to purchasing the Groupon to confirm they would. I noticed that the one dirty wheel was still on the driver's side front. They Did not rotate my tires, though he said they did. I was told 45 - 60 minutes. It was over 90 minutes. I was told they didn't have the oil filter in stock for my car but could have it delivered in 20 minutes. I question whether the oil filter was changed. The onboard diagnostic says the car still needs an oil change. I was told that their diagnostic scanner didn't work on European cars, so they couldn't address the check engine light. I will take it to another auto service place tomorrow to confirm if the oil change was done and filter changed. I won't be surprised if they didn't provide any service.. read more

I went to Mountain View Tires (36310 Hidden Springs Rd, Wildomar, CA) and spoke with Mike, who said they could install and program my Schrader TPMS sensors (part #33500) for my Jaguar. These sensors support both 315 MHz and 433 MHz. My car requires 433 MHz, but after their service the TPMS light came back on. The Jaguar dealer confirmed the sensors were incorrectly programmed to 315 MHz. When I returned, some dude and his technician claimed they had never heard of frequency differences. I asked for a refund, but the dude, who identified himself as the manager, refused. Another tire shop later confirmed the sensors can be programmed correctly to 433 MHz and fixed the issue. I was misled and charged for a service that was not performed properly. These guys have no clue what they are doing. read more

SCAMMERS!!! If you want to be taken advantage please come here. They did terrible job on my mother alignment, after 4k miles she needed new front tires on a car that only has 40k on it. They blamed her instead of warranty the alignment out. Then they took advantage of a grandma who was about 82yr. Charging her 1200$ for just rear brake on a 2012 Hyundai. Who does this. I called the Regional manager he/she could care less about it all. Very unprofessional. read more

I had snuck in for a last-minute fix on my drum brakes that I tried to fix myself (it didn't go well), the total came out to $567 as my drums had sustained some damage from the job I did, but, my brakes haven't felt this solid since I bought the car and my car brakes a lot more efficiently. Great service. I had my check engine light come on and flash with some pretty bad vibration in line with a misfire. They scanned my computer and found no issues and didn't make up a problem like other shops do and did not charge me for the scan. They also have me free rotation and brake inspection. My brakes were at 2 mil in the back and had them replaced at a decent price. I'll be coming here again. read more

This place and their "help desk" is absolute trash. Called the number listed on the Google page which takes me to a "help desk" or scheduler. We get everything taken care of and I asked to speak to someone to verify the tires were even in stock before dropping off the vehicle. They told me the manager was engaged with a customer and would call back. Never did. At 9am I go to drop the truck off. The door is locked, lights off, and a Tesla with a completely flat tire still in front, likely from being dropped off by a tow. I call said "help desk" again, they said they would get back to me. Two other customers with appointments are standing outside with the same issue. Never did I receive a call back and departed at 915AM with the store never opening. This is not customer service to not be open more than 1.5 hours after reported opening time and terrible to lie to someone and waste their time. Additionally seeing they have issues honoring Groupon, mine wasn't, I would steer clear of this place. Went down the street to discount tire. Spoke with Tom. He worked with me including searching down my tires, unfortunately discontinued, got me fitted with new ones, an alignment, and back on the road same day. If there was a zero star option, these folks would get that. read more

Showed up as a walk in on a busy Saturday morning. Staff was super helpful and communicative. They took my car in that same day to replaced all four tires on my car. I stayed and waited for the work to be done. It took a couple of hours and the staff was very communicative with the timing and update of getting work done on my car. I was glad that they were able to do same day work as I needed my tires desperately changed out and of course Im one of those that wait til the last minute to do things. Made an 830am appointment on a Sunday. Online clearly says they're open at 8 on Sunday plus it let me schedule an appointment on their website at said time. Showed up at 815, waited infront of the store with a slew of other people until 845. Nobody showed up, left us all stranded and having to find other means to service our vehicles. Stop calling around...this is the place Not only they quoted me a lower price than other shops for a new tire, the staff did their best to repair the tire after finding a large screw in it. Called every shop in the valley, even the dealerships looking for a specific tire. No one had them in stock so I had to order the tires and I went with Mountain View because Mark was the most personable and accommodating, taking the time to help me figure out what I wanted. The tires I wanted were supposed to be out of stock so I compromised and bought a higher end tire then when I showed up to have my tires installed they ended up being the ones I was originally looking for. It was a weird deal but Charlie took care of the logistics and got me credited back the difference right away and I left a happy customer.
