Had to wait a very long time to get the Cooper tires mounted for pickup. When I walked out I got in the truck and everything was fine until I realized they had mounted 2 HTPs on the driver side and 2 Cooper ATPs on the passenger side. IDIOTS, never again will I be back. read more

Don't bother making an appointment, they don't actually honor those times. If they made appointment to wait in line to tell the employees you have an appointment that may be helpful. Employees are not knowledgeable of rebates available. Employees were friendly and clearly working hard but their appointment/walk in system clearly isn't working for the customer or the employees. read more

They told me they could get 4 tires from Asheville store in three days.Made the appointment and they never heard of me when I got there.Had great service in Clermont,Fl. store.After this experience I am done with both. read more

Nice people. Two things..when you are told you have a lifetime warranty and replacement on the tires, they may or may not tell you it is 25.00 per tire. I didn't notice till I got home and liked the bill over. Extra 100.00 gone. 2nd, an appt time does mean that you will be serviced at that time. It means when room becomes available, you are in front of customers that walk in the door. This may work out for you, but in my case it took 25 minutes to get in the bay. Appointment is a loose term. I really like the glass windows and that you can see into the service area. All the employees were nice, and helpful. My husband and myself both got a nice new set of tires that we are grateful for. The atmosphere is clean. There have been a steady flow of customers in and out since we have been here. I will continue to come here when I need tires again. read more

The staff walked out to greet us, were incredibly helpful and nice, fixed a road hazard at no charge and had the car done in under an hour. We are ready to move out of Florida! Holy cow.. Outstanding service. Brought my new truck in for a slow leaking tire. Left it for the day while I went to work... Forgot it was there. Called 5 minutes to closing time, with no way to get there fast. They brought my truck to me! AND, no charge to remove the nail from my tire, or to plug the hole. The computer said the store had the tires we wanted,but when we go to the store they were out. They called me back in bout 2 hours to tell me they had the tires we needed. Had them installed & left. The car had a bad vibration about 35-45 mph. Two wheels had no weights, & two had about 3 1/2 oz on them. Took the car back to get the tires re- balanced , they added more weights to all the wheels !!! Still had bad vibration !! Took the car to a different tire shop and had all 4 wheels re- balanced & found out we were sold a set of blemished tires!! Lots of extra rubber all over the tires. Very disappointed in our experience !! read more

I shopped around quite a bit for agreeing to spend $800 on a set of 4 new tires for my 2011 Ford Flex. Discount Tires was the best rate with everything included for the life of the tires. I went in to the lobby and was immediately greeted by Marlin Brown. The place was super busy but the atmosphere and feel of everyone in the room was positive. Once Marlin got to me (about 3 minutes of waiting) he immediately greeted me with a smile and super friendly attitude. We went out to my vehicle to get all necessary information and he told me all the options that I had. He explained their Tire Certificate program to me and though it sounded like a great thing, I hadn't budgeted the extra funds. He worked with my budget and I left there with a Tire Certificate for each tire. I was also on a time crunch as I wasn't expecting them to be so busy and had to leave no later than 5p to pick up my kids. Marlin promised me they would get it done in time. I was really starting to worry when at 4:23 my car hadn't moved yet to be serviced, but Marlin went and checked and updated me that my car was next. Sure enough, 2 minutes before 5p they came out with my paperwork and keys in hand. They were SO NICE, helpful, informational and understanding. They have won my business forever now. read more

This place tried the old bate and switch with me . They told me they had my tires , got my car in the shop , then told me they didn't have it . Then tried to sell me four different tires at a much higher Price. When I refuse to buy the higher price tires they kept my car in the shop for almost 2 hours just to put two tires back on. After he saw that I was serious about putting my tires back on my vehicle so I could leave he offered me a Nother set of tires at about $500 less than the tires that he was going to sell me initially. If I were in hell and the only place to buy ice water was discount tire I would be thirsty. The only reason I'm writing it all one is because it wouldn't let me leave a lower than one. read more

I've always used the big guys like Firestone etc. for tires and typical vehicle maintenance but really got tired of the wait and over charges for everything. That's even if they will make eye contact with you after standing there for 15 minutes. I decided to use Discount Tire in Arden to see if I could buy some new tires without having to drop off my car for days. I was immediately greeted upon walking in the door and a very knowledgeable technician advised me the tires I should get. They took my vehicle in within a reasonable time and got me out with a set of quality tires and good prices. I also had an issue with my Tire Pressure Monitoring System in my Tahoe and again greeted immediately and had me out in a half hour after I got there. They act like they want your business and I love that. So, to the management please keep training your staff to immediately speak to the customers as they arrive as this is very important for continued business. I have already recommended your store to many friends. I love not having to wait for hours while sitting in a waiting room with 16 other people watching the Weather Channel or CNN ( I hate CNN) on a small TV while it seems everybody else is more important than you. I have an older Mercedes that is due some new tires and this is where I'm going. I really like this store and its staff! read more

I was in the store yesterday to buy a specific set of premium tires. Another premium tire was of interest but $30. more per tire. They offered to split the difference creating a reduced price for the premium second choice tire in stock or to order the less expensive first choice to arrive in 2 business days. No getting my car on the lift then telling me the tire that I wanted was not available or pressure to buy any tire. I ordered my first choice but was pleased with the young man's efforts. After a quick visual and depth gauge inspection, they also gave me a fair price for a slightly used tire on my car as I will be replacing the set of 4 tires at the same time. They were busy but I walked in, was promptly greeted, and this exchange took place. I paid the order deposit and headed home. read more

They fix flat tires for free (those that can be fixed). Will check your air pressure too at no charge. Friendly service, reasonable wait times. Honest staff. They also offer tire warranties on tires they didn't sell you! read more
