Highly suggest you wait at the store for your vehicle. Came in to get my tire patch store was busy so I was understanding that it would take 2 hours. I come back to the store 3 hours later for my vehicle to not even be looked at. I left the store the same time as other customers with the same issue who came 3 hours later than I did. I do live the company but this store in particular is far behind their other store is productivity. My car ended up with a big scrape and the egotistical manager denied because I didn't specifically **SEE** them and part of the scrape could be wiped away. I know I didn't have a scrape before I went there and now I have a scrape. Just because I have an old car doesn't mean I don't know what are existing scrapes and what are new ones. I am disabled I purchased tires from Sears before they closed and made the mistake of going to discount tires the next morning and when I got my car back my Continental tires were removed off my car and replaced with smaller tires and the tires I purchased word to the wise check before leaving any location take pictures of what you arrived with so this does not happen to you they are not honest don't trust anyone !!!!!!!!!! I just moved into a new apartment and had stuff stolen weeks after moving to another building then to buy tires and have the ones I purchased the day before removed and replaced with a smaller tire dont get taken like I did if you are disable they will take advantage of you especially if they see the handicap placard in the car !!!!! This location used to be one of the better locations but has went downhill in the last couple of years. The last 3 times I took either my car or my wife's car, they put the tires on backwards. Instead of making one trip, have to go back twice to get the job done correctly. Management needs to do better training or have a final check before finishing the car. My 17 year old went in to have a screw removed from her tread. The "boy" who helped her stated they could not fix the flat and she needed 4 new tires. she had an appointment and told her it would be 4 hours until they could change the tire. He also told her that they do not have Nitrogen and could not help her with her tire. she left and went to another Discount Tire on Evans and they said they could fix her tire with no problem. From downtown it took me 25 minutes I showed up at 5:21. They told me they were closing for the day and couldn't help me - I didn't even get out of my car. They had a ton of people working and open space. I told him about the guy on the phone and he had no response. So I called again on my 25 minute drive back and Garret hung up on me. Great experience here. All employees had masks and the waiting room was socially distant. No appointment, I just rolled up and Justice helped me out. Great service, bought 4 new tires, in and out in 45 minutes. Justice let me know about the Labor Day sales and saved me some money. Only gripe I would have is with the Discount Tire credit card. It saved me 10% for signing up, but be sure to look at the APR, it was 29%!!! I'll pay it off right away, but be careful if you don't. That's a huge rip off. Overall a great experience though. They were very cautious of COVID19 concerns - wiped everything down, wore masks, etc. You were able to wait in your car for an available bat and drive in and out when done so nobody else went in your car. Was totally impressed today with the service here. The shop was incredibly busy but because I had made an online reservation I was told my wait would just be 1-1.5 hours. Was having a nail removed and tire repaired. The work was done in just over an hour and I was not charged anything. Who does work for free these days? However, I made an appointment to change my tires over from regular tires to winter tires this afternoon, and ended up sitting in my car for over half an hour after my appointment time waiting for them to work on my car. Always a super positive experience with discount tire and the customer service has been 2nd to none over time and supporting the tires. Rotation and balancing had some issues with getting the weights to stick on a few occasions but they always reapply. I run nokian hakapalita r2 suv tires on my Acura MDX and the grip and sipeing has really lasted and they had the best price with negotiating anywhere in Colorado. I have run brigestone blizzaks and Michelin xice tires in the past but the nokians hold up best and last the longest of any with the quickest stopping distance in the conditions we normally experience living in the mountains at 9280 ft. Not dealing with the hassles and awful reviews of the tire dealers in the mountains has been a real blessing. Just need to adjust the air pressure when I get back to the mountains. I have been buying tires from Discount from decades, due to my dealing in the automobile business. Many sets over the years, they always took care of me....until my latest experience. I was told that my old Jimmy, 2001, tires were 'too old' to rotate or balance, over 10 years old, although they only had 37,000 miles on them and plenty of tread. (What's a guy in the car business doing with an old Jimmy? I keep this old Jimmy around for Winter and deep snow, it's hardly driven at any other time) I could not get any satisfaction from the Arizona corporate store either. Something else you should know, Discount Tire, that use to sell you a new set of tires INCLUDING BALANCE AND INSTALLATION, now Charges $23.75 per tire, or around $100.00 a set to put your new tires on the car. I won't be back to Discount Tire again, they have become just an Overpriced, 'one of the rest' tire stores. read more

Do not trust this location! Discount tire has been my go to for all things in that category and I've never had a problem. But the people at this location are idiots. Let's start from the beginning. I order wheels online, website has me schedule an appointment after the estimated delivery date. I go to the store for my appointment. I wait 20 minutes standing at the desks waiting to be helped, then they have me sit while they go check on my order. 30 minutes later they come back to me and say they haven't received them. So I'm already annoyed I just wasted 30 mins driving there and almost an hour waiting just for them to not have it. Then I finally get them installed. And they tell me the install kit was missing 2 black lugs nuts for my black wheels. They tell me they can order them and put them on my car. About a week later they call me and say they have them. I get to the store, wait about 40 minutes, then I'm told they're the wrong size. Edwin tells me he will personally pick up the lug nuts tomorrow in the morning from a different store. He gets them, I come in, wrong size. Finally the third time I got my lugs changed out. Then MONTHS later I am trying to figure out why my car is vibrating at higher speeds. I rule out a lot of things and when I get a wheel alignment and suspension inspection at Firestone. They tell me whoever put my after market wheels on did not put the hub center rings on. These rings are necessary when the after market rim doesn't perfectly fit , too prevent vibration. I then call them and asked if they have centering rings that fit my car because they weren't installed. He tells me to come in the next day to see if they can put them on. I go, they don't have the right size. I asked the service tech why they were not installed on my after market wheels. He gives me the excuse that 90% of wheels installed don't need centering rings yadayadaya. But then says nothing after he starts looking for centering rings and ordering them for my car. He knew they were necessary and did not answer my question on why they weren't installed in the first place. I have never been so annoyed with a car service. And have never wasted so much time at one shop. DO NOT TRUST THESE IDIOTS. read more

I stopped by this location today around 11:30am 11/18 with a tire that was clearly not good. I had pulled into work and realized something was wrong. I heard air going out. I drove to the location expecting help. I stood around waiting and then when I got help it wasn't the customer service I was expecting like I usually get. I had to ask for him to come look and at least put air. I advised I will drive to the Tower location but I wanted to know it was safe to drive on. He was like I don't hear any air so it's not a fast.
