Today I went in with one problem and casually mentioned another issue. I had originally went to Discount Tire because they're closer to my house and they tried to tell me my 2025 Subaru I bought in January needed 4 new tires because my tread was low. I didn't bother arguing because I knew I didn't trust them after that. I left and came here. Brandy immediately started checking my tires and told me my tires were perfectly fine and I only needed one new one because the tread was no where near low. She even taught me how to check the tire tread in the future. She was incredibly knowledgeable and validated my rage when I explained what Discount Tire said to me. They put my old tire back on my car filled up with air and told me it was the used one that I just…read morepaid for! The only reason I knew was because I asked for my old tire back and they couldn't find it because it was the one they just put on my car that they said was unfixable. (Because it looked like it was driven on after it was flat) that wasn't true at all. That's why I wanted my tire back. On top of them telling me that they weren't busy at all and could get me in immediately. Upon arriving approximately 8mins later, there were so many people that they couldn't fit in the tire shop. They had to sit outside the waiting area and he told me it would be very quick to check and see if it was fixable...It took two hours to tell me my tire was ready, when all they did was fill it up with air and try to put it back on my car! They had to admit that to me when they couldn't find my old tire and I told them you see how this is a really bad look? And he said he would take care of the tire. So at the very least they paid for a used tire to be put on my car, after they tried to scam me, but if I would not have asked for my tire back, I would've drove off with the exact same tire. I wouldn't trust them because I don't think this is the first time they did that. His name was Oscar and he was supposedly the manager, and he was the one I dealt with the entire time. From the phone call to him wanting my mileage when he didn't even touch my car, (only the tire) until they put the tire back on in the parking lot.
