I picked up a screw in one of them and they had me rotated and fixed before I could finish browsing a magazine. My 'vette needed new tires and I had heard horror stories of cracked rocker panels being cracked from improper lifting. I arrived 10 mins before they opened, and someone still came out immediately to my car. I told them I needed a tire to replace the flat one in my trunk. I was worried because I have an odd sized tire. They had three types in stock! It took all of 5 mins for them to get the tire on the wheel. They even wrapped it in plastic so that my trunk wouldn't get dirty. Excellent customer service, selection and speed. Just took car #2 in for a set of tires last Saturday. First transaction went smooth. This one was even better. Cody met me at the door. He listened to what I wanted and went over my tire options. He gave me the information I needed and let me decide which tires to get without the high-pressure sales pitch. Saturday morning they were super-busy!! I saw reps RUNNING back from the lot to help the next customer in line. Everything was going like clockwork. It took them about 45 minutes to finish my install which I spent wandering around Home Depot (aka shoe store for men). I have used DT for a very long time and this location since relocationg - they've always been honest, helpful and fast. Great service, friendly staff and affordable. I recommend calling ahead because even on weekdays the wait can be a little bit long but, still worth it! The wait here is smaller than my other favorite place i.e Costco Tire Center, so I prefer DT for most of my auto tire needs. read more

Told them I had a problem with my warranty at lambs and that my tires were wearing uneven after I paid for the alignment and extra warranty at lambs and that lambs wouldn't honor my warranty because I was outside my 6 month window even though I was told it was lifetime. So I came to discount just because I was upset I basically lost $150 on a fake warranty and discount checked my tires, fixed my TPMS (that were supposedly brand new from lambs) and rotated my tires all for free. Customer service here is top notch. Will be back to get new tires here when the time comes. read more

I was in need of some TLC on one of my tires. I went to Discount Tire because I had used them before and was pleased with the service. I made an online appointment but got there much earlier and was greeted and assisted by Aaron. I had done some research online and was prepared to have two back tires replaced as one of them had a nail pretty close to the sidewall. Aaron took a look at my car and said that it may be able to be patched, which was an excellent surprise. He did inform me, however, that the nail was in a spot where a patch may not be possible so he also prepared me for the idea that I may need two new tires and he educated me on the pros and cons on a couple of brands of tires. Once my car was done, all it needed was a patch, which was at no cost. Speedy and efficient service with a smile! I will be going back to this location when I need to replace my tires! Made an "appointment" for 3:30pm to have my tires rotated. After they gathered all my info and put it in the computer, they said they be able to get to my truck in about 45 minutes. I reminded them I had an appointment. They responded that with the appointment I only had to wait 45 minutes - walk-in customers would have to wait and hour and a half. An appointment is not a designated time to begin waiting - it is a designated time to begin working. I wrote the manager and he wasn't helpful - just said that was their policy. So just beware that their "appointments" are not really guaranteeing you a time for get something done - just a time to start waiting. read more

I called before I went in to set up an appointment. A man named JJ said just come in and he would take care of me. When I got there, he did just that. Gave me a good deal, and made sure I was in and out quick since I had two small kids with me. When they were finished, we walked out to our car and not only did they have my door open for me, but they also had both back doors open for my girls to get in their car seats. Discount Tire ROCKS! Yes, every once in a while I find a greasy finger/hand print. But, seriously, tires are dirty critters so no serious foul there. I've shopped at a number of DT locations over the years. Best prices, best tires, best service. If you make an appointment, they get you in/out before you can read a magazine. Just wanted to follow up with on my visit to this location. I have been here twice in the last two weeks as I was looking to upgrade my wheels and tires. The service was impeccable. I am not a super knowledgable tire person and any question I had or advice I asked for, they were able to get me the answer. On my first visit, Adrian assisted me in finding the correct information on the wheels I would like to order (Fuel). He said he would call me with pricing and he actually followed up with me a day later to make sure he gave me the information. I then asked him a question he didnt know the answer to and right away asked Keith (store management) for his opinion and help to get me the answer I needed. I needed to get a leveling kit done before I "upgraded" my wheels and tires. Keith recommended me to a shop that does good work for that. I then proceeded to come back after I scheduled my appointment for the leveling kit, to order my desired wheels and tires. I came back today (4/12/16) to get them put on and my experience was not any different than before. Adrian was there and was very helpful in making sure he followed through with me as a customer and the finished product was the bad ass look I was wanting for my truck. I really appreciate the help and attention to detail that this branch had, especially that of Keith and Adrian. I will definitely go back to that branch because the service was top notch. As you may be able to tell from my yelp history, I don't often review businesses, but when an experience sticks out as much as it did on Saturday, I had to take the time to submit a review. I won't go into too many details, other than they went above and beyond any autoshop/service station I have ever been to. When I went back to pick up my car, they greeted me by name, and handed me my keys and receipt and said I was good to go. No waiting in line or reminding them which car was mine. When I showed up, they knew who I was and I was greeted by name (based on my online appointment I had made a few days before). Very professional, well run, and great prices. My wife and I have bought at least two sets of tires for each of our respective vehicles from this location in the last 6-8 years. The staff is always courteous. Their techs are well trained, fast, hard workers. When I was half my age for 5 years I installed, repaired and serviced passenger and commercial size tires and wheels so I know how its hard work. Yes, you better get there early because its first come first served after the doors open. I've never been disappointed with the service after the sale too. I take my pick-up in every 5k miles to have the tires rotated and spin balanced. Had to go back one time when I still had just a slight shimmy on the front axle and they re-balanced it with no questions asked. Next time try 'em out. read more

Called here on a Monday afternoon and tell them I'm on the web, looking at a specific tire, and the site says they have four at that location, in stock. I want to schedule time the next day to have them installed. Guy says, tell me what tire it is, and I'll confirm we have them. So I tell him. He comes back and says, we only have three, but we can get the other one, later the next day. I tell him I see that one of their other locations shows having four, also, so I'll call them instead, thanks. In the meantime, I notice that you can actually schedule an appointment online, so I proceed to schedule for 9:30 the next morning, at the other location. So I thought. After I've scheduled, I notice that the online location had defaulted to the first place I called, where they didn't have four ... ugh. However, in boldface type, where you check out, it states that all orders are first verified by a professional technician, and that if there's any problem, like items out of stock, etc., they will call before the appointment and let you know. So, we decide to let things stand -- thinking that they'd either find the fourth that their inventory says they have, or go get it, etc. The next morning, hubby is pulling into their drive at 9:26, and his phone rings. They don't have all four tires. They'll get the one that's missing and call him back in the afternoon to come back and have them put on. Great. Did I mention we're 12 miles one way, away? Yeah. So, they call about 1:00 and tell us they've got the missing tire -- schedule a second appointment for 3:00. Hubby drives back down there, they install three tires, and come back out to tell him that the fourth one that the other shop sent over -- wrong one. So, now the car is sitting in their bay, with three new tires mounted, and the fourth off the wheel, car disabled, while they send a courier / runner over to the other location to get the correct fourth tire. Colossal waste of time and no apologies for short notice, mistakes, waste of time, etc. We'll find another source for tires in the future, thank you. Too bad, too, b/c we have two daily drivers in need of tires in the next month or two ... read more

But I must say, Trevor was right and sold me a set of Pirelli's that beat the pants off the Yokohama's I had on my Acura. They were FAST and I was out of there within a half hour. Hands down...the best customer service experience!!! I called to inquire about getting 4 new tires. Normally I have to special order & wait 3 days before I can have them installed. Discount tires in CP had them in stock. I spoke to Kyle & told him I won't make it in until tomorrow and without hesitation, he explained they can hold them for me. All he needed was my name & phone number...I'm thinking no credit card or pre-payment....WOW--I like it!!! Day 2, I show up to have the tires installed. That's when Michael, who obviouly saw me pull up, came out & cordially greeted me & offered assistance. I explained I had tires on hold with Kyle . Kyle was not working today & he said he could help...GREAT! Michael was so thorough and professional --ensuring I was made aware of how he was going to assist me with my new purchase. He went as far as comparing existing tires to new tires. I didn't feel pressure at any point while working with Michael. He was great at recapping everything & making sure I understood exactly what I was getting. The turnaround time for getting me in & out was great...within 45 minutes for 4 new tires. I called them to see how much it was to mount two trailer tires. It was $115 to remove the old trailer tires, mount the new ones and dispose of the old tires. I got the same thing done down the street at a local shop for $30. Buy your tires from Amazon or TireRack and have them installed at Dave's Auto. read more

Just came in with a concern that my wheel may have been damaged during a tire installation and the store manager came over immediately to address my concerns. He inspected the tire and found marks indicating I had hit a curb. Regardless, he said that he wanted me to be a life long customer and wanted to make sure I was content with the outcome of our conversation.
