While this location is super busy they are keeping you informed via text notifications. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I got informed the tire sidewall was punctured, and tire would need to be replaced. The staff had connection to the rental car fleet system. I've gotten Michelins and the cheapest tires and they've always been out to beat whatever price I get. I honestly do appreciate the professionalism and the workmanship! They are great guys! The issue I have is that they always use their tool to read the tread and say I need new tires . The fist time they did this I had only 9k miles on my car, I was just getting my tires rotated. I took my car to another shop and they said I absolutely do not need new tires. I did eventually go to Discount for 2 new tires much later down the road, I like the online, system and the service they provide. I just do not trust then when they are continually pushing tires when they are not needed and then giving me additional song and dance to sell me. I do wish they would just be honest because I will give them my business when it is warranted. I won't send my daughter there on her own because of these tactics. If you pull up needing air in your tires, they are always polite and professional while conducting this free service. Many companies make offers and then perform them begrudgingly. Came in just before noon on Sept. 20th with my work truck. The tire pressure monitor had come on for the driver's side, rear tire. Spoke with 'Justun', who was a bit rude, and told him I needed a patch or plug because the rear tire had a leak. He looked at the tire, came back in and proceeded to look up the fleet service and said he'd let me know when it gets approved. After 1/2 hour or so waiting, I asked him if he was able to get it approved and he said 'Yeah, you're 4th in line'. And that's the last time I saw him. No other update from him or anything. When my truck was done, I had a new tire, not a plug or patch. They didn't ask if I wanted the new tire, what type of tire I could get, NOTHING. They did the work WITHOUT my authorization or notifying me. If this is their standard practice for doing work, without customer approval, I will NEVER bring my personal vehicle here, let alone my work truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I've never had a bad experience at a Discount before until this location. I have an AWD Fiat hatchback with aftermarket wheels and tires that are a bit taller than the stock size that are new as of last year from a Discount Tire in New Mexico, and have been happy with them and with Discount until coming here. Don't get me wrong - customer service was great, they got me in and out within 40 minutes of my appointment time, but I'm pretty sure they messed up my tire and bent my wheel during simple patch & plug plus tire rotation and didn't say anything. I got my tire back with a different valve stem/stem cap so it's obvious that something went wrong during the repair, the young kid who handed my car off to me couldn't tell me what they repaired on it or where the repaired tire ended up after the rotation (I figured it out because it was covered in lube), and I have a pretty intense steering wheel shake since bringing my car to this shop that wasn't fixed after a rebalance at a different location... I have no way to prove that they bent my wheel during the repair and either didn't balance my tires at all after the rotation or balanced them incorrectly since I had to go for the rebalance anyway - but that didn't stop the steering wheel shake when I brake over 45mph or so I have to assume that this Discount Tire bent my wheel during a slow leak repair and didn't tell me (which I unfortunately have no way to prove so now I'm more than likely stuck with a repair cost for something they messed up/something that's 100% new after bringing my car here). I would avoid this location if possible, there are plenty of other options that I would hope do better work and are more honest. read more

I've been using Discount Tire for over 20 years, and have utilized their credit program for financing. We arrived at this location, sales person 24 pulled up our account, I had made an appointment online. Smooth so far, we told him the tires we wanted to purchase and asked that he put them on my Synchrony account. He asked if I had my credit card, I only had my ID available and asked if he could pull up the credit line with that information (like every other rep has been able to do for the last 15 years) He said he couldn't find the credit line and it may have expired but I can apply for another one. I jumped through the hoops to apply and was denied with a credit score close to 800. Salesperson 24 told me that Synchrony would mail a letter of explanation. Two weeks later the letter came and said that I was denied because I ALREADY HAD AN OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM! Sales person 24 was just completely lazy and uninterested in providing any level of customer service that might require some thought process on his end. We had to use our house emergency fund to pay for tires that would have otherwise gone on the credit account to be paid off during the promotion period AND I got a ding on my credit! I had gone in for a low air tire warning light and the tech check the tire and saw a nail so they took it out and plugged the hole but the he had paid enough attention to the wear of my tire tread which was deep on the inside and advised me of it to get an alignment and I needed some tires bad. Well I left and got an alignment but b4 I could it was discovered I needed new ball joints and a wheel bearing, " All because this tech noticed an uneven wear" So I went to the website and looked at what discounts were offered on tires and they so happened to have an $80 rebate on Nitto, the same brand I use. So I went back to this store and met up with" Bill " who worked with me to get my tires that had worn out pro rated for a discount on my tires and got me two rebates so basically only have to pay for 2 tires and installation!!!! In the hard times the economy is suffering due to the virus, this was so greatly appreciated! Thank you Mr. Bill. ! So they put the Nitto Motivo s on and they are absolutely awesome tires. Great handling and super quiet. The tech that installed them was super careful on mounting them and not scratching the rims. Great job. Shop was well organized and clean. They were taken all necessary precautions in disinfectant within the shop. I'll definitely come back when tires are needed. Kudos ! read more

I went in to get a tire repaired from a slow leak. My tires only have 38,000 miles on them. The guy told me he didn't see a nail in it and that my tires were really worn and needed replacing badly. He tried to scare me to even leave. But I left and went to the dealership. They said there was a nail in it and they fixed it. They told me I had about 10k plus more miles on the tires. read more

I've been to this spot about a handful of times to get the pressure check they offer since they do a great job,have a great attitude, they're fast and always remember to put the valve stem caps back. I first came here in June 2020 to get my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee's aftermarket wheels/tires balanced and rotated. I had zero issues doing this. Fastforward to January 2021: I have a nail on my driver's side rear wheel. I purchased a replacement tire and then scheduled an appointment here to get it switched out. Here's where the comedy begins. I get this super worker who comes, collects my info, and begins to tell me that he's not sure if my tire will work for my car. I ask him whether he sees the other 3 tires clearly working on my car. He then tells me "Yeah but the load capacity seems to be wrong and this possess a safety issue". I tell this genius the following: 1. My tires are 22 inches. They are not OEM (18") and thus will not follow OEM guidelines. A 22" inch tire is never going to have the same load capacity as an 18" tire. 2. I have had these brand tires for 2+ years and have gone on multiple interstate roadtrips with ZERO issues. 3. Multiple reputable tire/wheel websites, including tirerack.com, specify 265/40/22 Tires for 22" Wheels on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 4..My car had tire/wheel work here 6 months ago with no issues. 5. I am willing to sign any release or "safety/liability" waiver forms that can put the super workers at discount genius at peace. This genius offers his manager, who then comes and repeats the same ol' safety and liability stuff lol. He also adds "We weren't suppose to service your car last time. Not sure why it was" and goes on to offer "proper fitting tires" that they have in stock Lol. I went to another shop and had this tire installed same day and for cheaper. Great experience at this well organized tire store! I called and spoke with Corey, who gave me an amazingly low quote to install four tires I bought elsewhere. We came in and dropped off our Explorer, the store and garage were immaculately kept, lots of busy people working on cars. Taylor helped us in store, quickly writing up our paperwork and off we went. Two hours later we received a text our car was done and we picked it up. $90 for the install, mount, and balance, not bad! My wife had to get a new tire after a flat. This place was close and we've been to other Discount stores. Unfortunately I wasn't available and the question of the wheel lug nut lock location came up. Long story short Discount couldn't find it. So they went ahead and "cracked" the lug off and advised she had to get a new lock kit, which she did. So now here comes me back from travel, hear the story and then go pop the trunk and immediately locate the lock in a slot within the JACK kit. No one looked in the jack kit!!! They looked in the glove compartment and console storage. I excuse my wife from knowing this but this Discount tire store doesn't know where the jack is in an MDX!!! This was very inconvenient and unnecessarily cost us $54 at the dealer. read more
