Chase was very friendly and helpful from the start, and told me they'd take care of patching the tire. The service was quick, and when I went to check out, they showed me the metal they'd pulled out of my tire. Very honest and transparent. Exemplary customer service. I am absolutely locked on Discount Tire 100%. I will continue to purchase and have all my tire needs and services done at Discount Tire. Their service has always been great and always surpassed my expectations. I always replace my tires there and I truly recommend purchasing the certificate they have which is a tire warranty. It is so worth it. If your tire is ever damaged, they replace it with a brand new tire for free. There were a couple times where I had a nail in the tire and it damaged it and another time my tire was basically cut badly and Discount Tire replaced the tire both times with a new tire at no charge what so ever. They also do all the rotation and balancing for free with you tire purchase. Their service is great, fast and very professional. read more

Do NOT go here they are the biggest scammers just to sell you more tires! I went to them for over 10 years and I am DONE!! I had it happen before where I had them change my summer to winter tires before and they had packed up one tire that was different then from the set that I had bought all together a year or so before! I had it switch to be the same later on when it was brought to my attention from my brother. This year I went to change and put my snow tires on only one tire was a snow tire with damage on the side! WTF!! The other 3 tires were bald!! I swear my tires still had a ton of life left on them! I am beyond pissed!! Anyone reading this no matter where you go look at your tires take a pic and triple check them when they send you out. read more

After getting a flat tire and having to put on the spare, I quickly made an online appointment to have my tire repaired. As soon as I walked in the door, their staff were incredibly helpful. The best part was that they repaired the tire at no cost, even though they weren't purchased from Discount Tire. I will definitely be back. read more

I bought tires from Discount that were rated 90,000 miles and all four tires driven less than 60,000 miles. They were worn evenly and would not pass inspection so I went in asking for a prorated rate on new tires. They informed me that most tires only last 60,000 but I showed them on there paper work that they are rated at 90,000, then they said I need to prove that they were rotated. I in formed them that they were and ask them if they where not rotated regularly they would not be worn evenly. They said no to the proration so I said I would take my business some where else. I would stay away from Discount Tire if they don't honor there rated tires !! read more

Go out of your way to avoid this one. I've been purchasing tired from discount tire for years and years. Never had one close down three hours early for a company party when there was a national holiday earlier that week. Bad planning on their part and I will certainly go out of my way to avoid this particular branch since who knows when they'll actually be open. read more

This location is terrible, my wife and I have had awful experiences here. Today I scheduled an appointment there for a tire rotation hoping for a different experience than I've had in the past, I was mistaken. I get to the appointment 5 minutes early, the associate takes the keys and checks me in and tells me I'm the next car to be serviced since I set an appointment, after watching at least four other vehicles get pulled in and 35 minutes later my car was still not even out of the lot yet, I asked for my keys and it took another few minutes before they even found them. I was told I had only been waiting for 19 minutes, which at this point I had been waiting for almost 40 minutes. What's the point in making an appointment when they never stick to it. I wish this was an isolated incident but it wasn't, this happens every time. I can't wait for my car to need new tires because I guarantee I won't be buying them at discount tire. CHEAP! But not worth it. They don't stand behind their work. Installed tires. Tire fell off, lots of damage. Discount would not cover cost of repairs. Not even the cost of the lug nuts!!! Called all the way to the district manager and they still would not cover the repairs. read more

Fantastic service. I'll definitely be back to this location. I dropped by 15 mins before Sat. closing time to check air pressure. The guy found miniscule cracks in side rubber of two tires. He wouldn't let me leave on vacation w/my family beginning the next day, without first replacing those tires. FREE! They stayed open later to ensure I was safe. Typically I have liked Discount Tire. Good service, good prices and overall good experience...until today. I found out about a business tactic concerning their promotions. I purchased four new tires a while back and sent in for the $70 rebate. I was issued a VISA gift card. Knowing that gift cards no longer expire for years because of a new law we put it aside for later use. We recently pull it out and guess what it's expired. 4 months after we received it. My reaction was they can't do that, it's against the law. Well after further research what they issued was a "Reward Card" not a gift card. Reward cards aren't governed the same way gift cards are. It's their way around the law...a law that is there for consumers. This is a complete fail on Discount corporate. Just to save a buck they instigate this type of convoluted program where customers get duped into what seems like a normal rebate type of program. Before I would have recommended Discount to anyone, after this they have shown some of their true colors. The individual shops seem to be great but these corporate programs in one word....stink. read more
