Sorry not sorry your horrible customer service just lost you 1500 dollars in sales. Went to a local off-road shop and and they showed me in person different styles and sizes that would work. We went in to buy a new rim, were given a loaner until the new one came in. They never contacted us about it coming in, never called us about where it was, and never called us back when they said they would every time we called them. 3 weeks later, still no rim. We stopped in to return it, and the guy that said he would help us in just a second walked out the door and didn't come back. Overall, TERRIBLE customer service, and not a great business. I will never do business with them again, and I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

I took a tire in for a repair that had a screw in it. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and asked them to call if they had any issues. Upon arriving at 11a.m. the next day, was told the tire couldn't be fixed because it didn't have enough tread on it. When I asked why I wasn't contacted, the salesman just dropped his head. No communication, and no desire to help me was very sad, and this is coming from someone who has always used this shop for my tire needs. By the way, I dropped the tire off down the road at a major competitors and got it fixed with no issues. read more

The discount tire service was amazing. I unfortunately had a hole in a tire that couldn't be patched and needed 4 new tires (due to my vehicle being all wheel drive). It wasn't an ideal situation but they gave me lots of options and stayed after hours to finish putting the new tires on my car. They also gave me a refund for trading in my tires. Took my 2013 Subaru with 34k on the tires to have a nail removed and tire patched. They said there is not enough tread on the tire to patch it? And offered to sell me a new set...... No thanks, I'll have the guy down the road fix it!! read more

I started going to Discount Tire in Illinois and continued in Arizona because the service was amazing! This place is quite the opposite. Told me my tires would be in that afternoon but I be installed and no call. Called them and was put on hold for 10 min. No call back. Called the next morning and they said, "Yep, there here." Then barely anybody here and wait time is 1.5-2 hours. Other places, I was in and out in 30. read more

Great customer service. I had two new tires put on here last December, and my old (original) tires rotated to the rear. One of the original tires recently began leaking air, so I stopped by when I was in the area. They seemed pretty busy, but within an hour they patched the leak for free--on a tire they didn't even sell me! Above and beyond. read more

Lesson learned to assume most tire places charge around the same amount to change over to snow tires. Just paid twice as much here as I paid at a local owned business in the spring to get the snow tires taken off. Same balancing, valve replacement, etc. service at local place also. Will not go back. Just bought 4 tires for my wife's van. She had pot hole blow out and needed new tires anyway. Over the past 15 years or so I have needed tires for my vehicles. Always use Discount because of their price, knowledge and service. This time was no different. Years ago had a flat repaired and there was no charge for the repair. I told the sales rep. it wasn't one of the tires I purchased here. The sales rep. said "no problem" you have two of our tires on the front. Fast service, no up-selling. read more

Still waiting on center caps for the wheels that were replaced after the installer destroyed all four of my Sequoias wheels. This was back in the fall and it's now almost may. My O.E wheels were replaced be knock offs and now they can't find center caps to match. I've been in the store several times and have been told Mike would call me. I now think that's code for "we really don't give a damn go away." I just wanted some new tires installed and now have hours into having wheels being repaired, wheels being replaced and not matching the other wheels being installed. I guess on the bright side I'm only out center caps, a bunch of time, and have a good sense of why it's called DISCOUNT TIRE. If I could give a zero star rating it would apply here. read more

Probably the worst tire place I've ever had the displeasure of going too . They wouldn't rotate the replacement wheel I had put on my car due too road damage as "I didn't purchase tires" . Disgraceful customer service was told I needed tires when I had new ones put on not 6 months previously refused too rotate my now unbalanced tires which ended up costing me $40 down the road . Person I spoke too was unknowledgeable of the companies policies on wheel balancing and was very rude . Don't waste your time or effort at this place belle tires much cheaper ,much more helpful and much better more knowledgeable staff read more

Was in recently and Mike helped me, very disappointed to say the least. I had called and verified an appointment twice.... once 4 days before the appointment and also the night before. They said everything was ready to go for the following day. When I got there the day of my appointment, 5 mins early, he told me there was nothing in the records and was very rude about it. Then I waited 4 hours for TWO TIRES to be put on my car because I wasn't comfortable arguing with a man that was already being so rude. Would not recommend, horrible customer service. read more
