Well, I was meeting him later in the week at Estes Park for an event and he had already left the area and to ask him to return would have not been considerate to him as the event was a business event and he was there to make money. He highly recommended Plus One and told me who to ask for at the front desk. I followed his advice. It turned out my tire had a nail in it. The tire was patched for a reasonable $40 and put back on. Stay away from this clowns…read more In April I replaced the tires on my wife's car, a month later she said that she had a wheel pressure icon on display and we stopped by them to check. The mechanic checked the pressure and said that the tires was over inflated and he corrected it out. A couple of weeks later, she said that the pressure icon had not disappeared. On the nearest Saturday, I used her car and drove past the Discount Tires shop and asked them to check the sensors, and it turned out to be; that on the right rear wheel the sensor was missing, It's just not there! Then I drove back to the Big Brand Tire & Service and asked them how so they didn't install the sensor. The answer was that there was no sensor there (My wife's car is always serviced at the Mercedes dealership) and the manager said not to install. And so: these clowns broke the sensor when replacing the tire,did not replace it, and did not notify me. After a short argument with the view that they were doing me a favor, the sensor was installed, but the TPMS refused to work and the mechanic said that I needed to change two more sensors because they fried. The mechanic is a complete liar because the sensors were tested 30 minutes ago at Discount Tires. After that I went to Discount Tires and they reset TPMS without any problems. Awful experience.

First time customer…read more I went to a few tire stores to see if I could get a TPMS sensor installed on my Toyota. It is very annoying in that the small screen gets useless as the warning keeps coming on. Anyway, the other stores, even the one I bought the tires from, said they only install on new tires. I stopped by to see what Gills could do. Lucas helped me out and tested all the TPMS and found the one that was bad. They even got me in the shop and out the door in amazing time. After a few blocks of driving, the problem went away. Lucas North is the type of person you want in front of customers. Friendly, no sales pressure or trying to fix other 'problems'.
