These guys really took care of me! I've been to this location several times over the years and I've never received the level of service and accountability that I got today. This new crew are the best! Taylo, Bobby and Jacob did their best to get me the best prices for the parts and service I needed and offered me solutions that work for my payment. I got a quote for inner outer left front tie rods of 343.09 then I called back a few months later to be told it's 1100.00 to do the same job I way quoted I was told it was only a quote and expires in 60 days I explained the part is 40.00 and the time to do it is an hour at most Can u tell me how it went up over 3x times the amount ? They think cause ur a womens ur stupid !!!! read more

I got a flat tire on my way to work and happened to be right by this store. I limped my car over and Wes was incredibly kind and accommodating. I was able to leave the car and they patched the tire for free, including cleaning out the fix a flat goo. The work gets done when promised of sooner. It is a clean store with nice people, even on those early morning drop-offs! I fully trust Big O to balance and rotate my tires and to align the wheels so that my drive is safe and efficient. During a recent visit they also professionally replaced tie rods to ensure my FJ Cruiser could be aligned and I also had them change oil. I will keep coming to this location. One note- they give a veterans discount which I only asked about after I paid for the service. My mistake. read more

Don't trust these guys. I asked them to look for a loud clunking noise in my front end. They wanted to replace struts and more - $2k. I had just replaced front end components 12 months earlier (struts/swing arm/etc). So I took it to another mech who replaced the engine mount and solved the problem. When I went back to Big O (different service writer), they wanted to replace front end components (again!) I already had this discussion the first time and said No (again). Then I explained that engine mount solved it - and he claimed that eng. mount was part of the previous inspection/quote - which it absolutely WASN'T - and said he had just deleted that from the report right before showing it to me. Wait -WHAT ?!? False ... not true ... wasn't in the report ever ... Why did he try to lie to me? didn't harm or help him either way but he wanted to make me think they knew about that possibility. I didn't argue. Bought my tires there and get free rotation, but I'm not doing any other business with Big O @Remington Pl. Might even go to a different location. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS ! read more

Big O Tires should be re named to Big O Rip Off! Horrible customer service! Will not back the defective products that they sell! Would not honor the 65,000 mile tire warranty when the tires only had 28,000 miles on them! Would not honor the road hazard insurance on the tires as well! One tire was replaced, and the poor manager almost lost his job over it! His District Manager Nick Beck did not back him and told me he needed remedial training and could lose his job over it! Nick Beck is the District Manager for all of Colorado! He wouldn't even allow his own wife's tire to be replaced because she hit a pot hole! Only a nail hole is covered with the road hazard insurance! Call Nick Beck at 303-656-8939 he can tell you how Big O will not cover anything and how proud he is of that! I see a class action law suit in Big O Rip Offs future! Go to Costco they have better tires and will back their products! Oh and Nick Beck doesn't work there! read more

My local location helped me fix up my 1996 Toyota 4Runner. It needed new control arms and a CV shaft fix. Not cheap, but they were able to do the work quickly and correctly. I climbed around underneath and everything looks good. The alignment document was included in my detailed bill and receipt. They were fast and communicative. I love the photo backup on the original bid. It really helped me to understand what concerns they were addressing. read more

I've tried to visit here multiple times to get my purchased, supplied snow tires installed. Every time, I make an 'appointment' well ahead of time to have my vehicle serviced while I wait. Every time, I show up and the counter guy tells me that I'll need to drop my car off with them for multiple hours and then proceeds to prioritize the other walk-in customer vehicles. Seriously??? What's the point of making an appointment weeks ahead of time for a simple install and then showing up to be given the runaround. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Don't even bother. read more

These guys are just plain great. We had bought tires from their main competitor, which wore out way before the warranty. We were sliding all over the place! When we brought in the vehicle to get replacements. We were told that we needed to wear our tires down another 1/8" before they would replace them...in the winter, the week before we were to drive up the mountains. Instead we went to Big O. They gave us a great price for replacement tires and had the vehicle completed in a couple of hours. Today we had to take our daughter's car in because it had picked up a screw and was leaking air. They said no problem. Fixed it super quick - at no charge. This is a company who cares about their customers. Don't go to the other guys, they'll give you excuses. Dropped my tire off at 9am-ish. Did not get it back until 5:15pm. I was told that they had to get the tire delivered to the store. This was not explained to me when I dropped the tire off. No one even offered to maybe take off $5/$10 for the unexcused inconvenience. This Probably going to Firestone or Costco next time. Should have adhered to the 2.0 yelp rating. read more
