Service was very friendly! When I picked up my car, the man at the register explained the estimate to me, recommending what items on my car I should prioritize. There was absolutely no sales-pitch to this...just a friendly explanation. Based on this experience alone, I will come back here when/if I develop issues with my car. With the way that I was treated, it felt like I was recommended by a family friend. I've only been to a few other auto places, but this one definitely stands out. I will write another review when I go back there to fix wherever my transmission fluid is leaking from.

I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. On my most recent visit, the technician removed a tire that had a slow air leak, tested it, told me he couldn't identify a leak, and reinstalled the tire with no charge. In the course of the tire inspection, he had apparently taken the tire off and on the rim. The leak that had resulted in a decrease in tire pressure from 32 psi to 20 psi in a week was resolved. The issue, we had with this location, they have been overcharging my mother for years on things they have already fixed. The last time she visited this store; she was complaining about a noise underneath her car in which the store manager and the supervisor (Brad) mechanic advised her that it was the axis. So of course, my mother got the services done, not knowing that she had already got the axis replace two times prior to 3 time being replaced spending well over $1500 to get it replace. After, she got it replaced, she told the store manager that she still was still experiencing the same problem with the noise. He told her since she has an "older" car that is why she keeps hearing the same noise. So, we decided to take it to another mechanic for another opinion, they told her it had nothing to do with the axis, it was something completely different. After we got a second opinion, we decided to go the store and discuss with the store manager on why the axis was replaced 3 times with 2-year period after we reviewed all the paperwork on the services that my mother has received since she has been going to this location. He told us the store can't guarantee their parts and didn't want to refund the money that she had to spend on the axis that they had already made her replace 3 times. When I ask for the store manager, regional manager name, he refused to give that information and proceeded to CONTACT THE POLICE. After the police was called, I was able to get the regional manager information and report number for small claims court. Luckily, we were able to get ahold of the regional Manager Bob to rectify the situation. The Regional Manager was so nice and kind. However, it still has left a bad taste in our mouth especially since my mother has been going to this shop for over 5 years now. UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE BEEN WARN, THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.
