When my low tire alert came on, I scheduled an appointment with them online for the next morning. I added a tire balance on top of it. Someone came out before I entered the building, asked what he could help with and immediately checked my tires. They were busy but they got me in right away. It took less time than he estimated. We buy our tires there along with the warranty so there wasn't a charge for the nail in my tire or the balance. Very nice when you need it. Tire fixed. My SUV rode smoother than it has for a long time. Very pleased with them. read more

Not even 6pm and I showed up asking yo check my tires as I have a tire pressure alert and get told sorry we turned the machines off earlier and we close at 6, it was 555pm when I drove up. I get it. it's Friday BUT you're open to 6 so WHY did you turn equipment off? with a customer in the lobby I might add. I asked where might I find an air station? lady I don't know we are closing. lazy rude incompetent means I'll never do business with Tire Discounters. this isn't my first experience with one of these franchises sadly it seems this is a common theme. read more

Never will I ever spend my hard earned cash at tire discounters. I had tire rotation done from my tire package and also ask for a inspection of the front end and was told was going be 947.00 for repairs. I said not today , and they charged me 25 for inspection. I was unaware there was a fee for a inspection. ( Do they not charge u 25 for inspection if I would of got the 947 repair?). I nicely told the salesman, "You should tell the customer there is a fee for a inspection up front" and his reply was " Well did u ask?" What a rude person! I know if I ran a company I wouldn't want him at the front desk or an employee for that matter. I shouldn't have to ask if there fee for inspection. Should always be told up front. read more

Front desk employees seemed only concerned about collecting a check, no warm greeting upon arrival. Desk employee argued with potential client while i was there over a easy to fix issue. Only came here because my tire was low and not holding air and place was closest. Spoke with regional manager who didn't seem too concerned. Hopefully other locations have better employees. Went here to get an oil change on my brand new jeep for the first time. They broke the undercarriage cover for the oil. They told me no problem go the dealership and get it replaced. The dealer told me it was not a defect that they didn't know what they are doing and broke it. I returned to tell them how much it cost to replace it with was almost 300 dollars. The manager said no we will fix it. I said I want it done right because it's a new jeep. They tried to rig it and while talking to me it fell off. I asked for dm phone number or Corp number the manger refused to give it to me. I looked up and called the customer service number the manager said leave now or he will call police. This is while on phone with customer service. I would never go here unless you want your vehicle damaged and the police called on you because you exited it to be fixed. Worst service ever read more

After calling a few places to see if they repair John Deere riding lawn mower tires I called Tire Discounters and spoke with Dave. He said he would be glad to take a look at my tire and see what he could do. He got me in right away. After about 10 minutes he came back and said he was not able to find any leaks but filled it up and said to watch and see. He also said if I would need a new tire where I could go and purchase one. I put the tire back on the mower and so far so good. Kudos Dave for the magic touch. read more

I was very disappointed with this shop. I took my car in for a shake and they tried to tell me i needed four new tires, a new tie rod, and some belt. Took it to get a second opinion and it was actually a bent rim. Replaced the rim, problem solved, saved hundreds of dollars! Stay away from this shop, they will try to pull one over on you. read more

I dropped my truck off at approximately at 130pm on Wednesday without an appointment for new tires, oil change and brake inspection. Was told that I would get a call before 4pm for a report of the brake inspection...the call never came. I called the shop around 430pm and was put on hold for around 8 minutes and finally hung up. I called back to the shop about 745pm to see if my truck had been serviced yet and was told that they couldn't find my phone number to reach me...now mind you, I have been their customer for over a decade with the same phone number...a little disappointed with this. When I picked up my truck the next day I wasn't to happy with the attitude from the guy that checked me out..I think his name was Nicholas? I was asking about the brake inspection and what all was involved with the inspection since I was charged $25 for this inspection. I was told by Nicholas that it was a "visual inspection of the brake pads and rotors." In which I replied that "it sounds like the free inspection that you offer" and he said "yep." I asked what I was paying for and he said that I should ask James, the person who wrote up the original work order. I didn't mind paying the $25 for an inspection of the brakes since there is approximately 158,000 miles on my truck and these are the original brake pads and rotors and what I suspect is a brake fluid leak . I just thought that the inspection that I paid for would be a little more intensive....maybe an inspection of the brake lines, test drive, parking brake that is way out of adjustment, or maybe to see if the rotors are warped. I still have road noise that I thought would go away with the new tires. I've bought a lot of tires and wheels over the years at TireDiscounter, but this may be the last time I use them. read more

This place is friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. I went in because one of my tires was low because I had a nail in it. They patched it for me and check all my other tires and got me in and out in a timely matter and they where busy. They ended up complimenting the cost of service to hopefully to have me come back to replace tire(s) and it worked. I will come back because his recommendation for the new tires was not there most expensive ones, but one that fits my needs. read more

Now an hr later than scheduled appt im still here car has not even been looked at yet. Asked about the long wait for a scheduled service. Was told they would get to it when they could. Steve did me a serious solid. I bought 4 new tires and shortly thereafter the right rear tire was losing air. I took it in, and they diagnosed it as a very tiny leak from the rim itself, which happened when they had to grind off the valve stem that was frozen in place. Total honesty, I would not have known that this was the cause. I am a customer for life. read more

They seemed more interested in getting customers in the door than checking out customers who's cars had been completed and were ready to go. My car and another customer that got there around the same time i did-our cars were completed around the same time and sat in the parking lot for around 30 minutes before they finally called us to the counter and checked us out to go. Meanwhile they just kept checking new customers in one after the other instead of taking care of either of us. Regarding the free alignment-well it seems to me that the price of their tires is slightly more than other places probably to cover the cost of the alignment. So is it really free? But on the positive side at least you get it all done at one stop. Several tire places around town don't even do alignments. read more

I had my son take my truck in to have tires rotated and turned. When he drove out a couple days later he mentioned noise; I drove it and immediately took it to my mechanic. Those idiots forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the rear tire. When I spoke with manager he told me that is impossible. Those folks are lazy idiots. I destroyed my card as I would not patronize a business who made a careless error, but, when brought to his attention denied the probability of occurrence. read more

Best service! These folks have a great sense of humor that will make you laugh even when you are broken down on the side of the road. My son and I were in the middle of a 12 hr road trip between IL and NY and we had a slow leak in one of our tires. James (the manager here) fit us in straight off the highway, close to their closing time. Then, if that wasn't enough, they stayed late and finished the job for us. Really top-notch place with excellent people. Thanks to James and his crew, we were back on the highway within about two hours. read more

I called them to set up an appointment and was told, "we don't take appointments you need to drop your car off and we get to it when we can." They wanted to sell me something I didn't need. I brought the car in for a tire rotation and alignment check. My wife thought the car was pulling but I didn't think so so we asked TD to check the alignment. Well, they said the alignment was "way off" on my 2012 car to the point that I needed a $40 caster kit to fix the alignment. I was skeptical because the car drove normally to me, so we said no to the alignment and caster kit. Took the car to the dealer and they said the alignment was fine. Like I said, the car didn't drift or pull so I wasn't surprised the alignment was OK. Were they trying to pull a fast one at the Huber Heights Tire Discounters? Probably not but I'm always skeptical about unexpected charges from repair shops... read more

bought 5 tires from tire discounters in huber heights,ohio but was told that the free alignment could not be done because of repairs that first had to be addressed. I took my car to my mechanic and was told that the $400.00 in repairs I was told by tire discounters was wrong. So if you don't get your car repaired at tire discounters you don't get your free alignment and you don't get your warrenty. Sounds shady read more

Went in for 2 new tires, thinking it'd be about $200. I get a call saying one of my tire rods is bad, now it's $600...I can have them fix it or shop around. I say, go ahead and fix it. I get into my car, and now there is a braking issue. Every time I would hit 10 MPH while slowing down to brake (to an eventual stop) my ABS system would active, my brake pedal would fall to the floor, my brakes would still work but would make an awful noise. It's EVERY time I hit 10mph when braking. I get home, and call tire discounters (on brandt pike) ask if perhaps they left something disconnected, or damaged something while changing the tire rod. Oh nooooo, we never touched the brakes. Very defensive, took no responsibility, and offered no help or insight to what may be happening. Be very aware before taking your car to this location. It may cost you a lot in the end. read more

I bought new rims and tires here. Had them put them on too. They look great. But they were a pretty penny, for sure. Probably not the most "discounted" place to get new tires and rims. I was told it would take an hour and a half for the new wheels to be put on. It took 3 and 1/2 hours. The lug nuts that matched my rims were not delivered with the rims, so I not only had to return at the 100 to 150 mile point to have the lugs tightened, I had to return to have the correct lugs put on when they were available for pick up and then return again to have these lugs tightened. After all of this, a friend asks, " Did they give you a spline key?". Of course they didn't. So I had to return to ask them for a spline key. (This makes 3 unnecessary trips back to this place that I should not of had to make). And when they rung me up after the original 3 1/2 hour wait, I thought it seemed quite expensive. They failed to apply my $150 deposit. So essentially, if I had not caught this, they would have over charged me $150. Obviously not very organized or thorough with their service. I would NoT recommend this place. Too much of a hassle when one is paying a lot of money for new rims and tires. read more
