I have been going to this Discount Tire location for 8 years. They never disappoint. Today Greg and Jonathan got me in and out in under 30 minutes, and fixed my flat tire for free! I did get there 15 minutes before they opened, but that's just common sense. I wish all businesses handled their stuff as well as this store. read more

Made an appointment online last night to hopefully have the tire on my truck repaired. Came in this morning and they took me early and began work right away. Sadly they were unable to repair the tire, but we're thorough in explaining and showing why. Then they quickly found the exact tire as my other 3 and were able to offer a warranty on the new tire as well as the other 3. They were quick, professional, trustworthy, and nice. I came in to discount tire this morning and was helped by Rocky. He was very courteous and professional. I came in because I had a flat tire on a tire I had previously purchased and needed it either replaced or repaired. He didn't want to just sell me a tire, but actually took the time to educate me about what was wrong with each of my tires. He informed me of what was wrong and why it wouldn't be safe for me to continue to drive the car as is. I had a different size tire on each rim and wasn't even aware. I have been a customer of discount tire for several years and just moved to a new neighborhood so this is my first visit at this particular store. I felt like Rocky really cared about me as a person and didn't see me as just another customer. He went above and beyond for me today and helped me to get a really good deal on four brand new tires. He worked with my budget and made it happen. I am very grateful and feel really blessed for what he did for me. We need more people like this in the world today! Worst discount tire ever. Worst manager. Worst customer service. If you can go to another please do so. Its a big store bigger than other discount tire but its understaff. I went on a rainy day there were 2 open bays. I had to wait for 1hr for just balance and rotation. read more

I was helped by a man by the name of George and he took the time to inspect my tires and explained in detail about tire wear and how different grades of tires have their way of working. I love the fact that the employers care and give you their undivided attention to help you understand their products and safety information. I had a nail stuck in my tire, went to discount tire to get it repaired. I made an appointment online for 30 mins before closing. I arrived in the store which was significantly busy and had a long line. When it was my turn at the counter Rocky, one of the employees, apologized for the wait and handed me a cold bottle of water. This small action made a difference in my mood. Patrick, another employee, assisted me with my damaged tire. Both were surprisingly friendly given how busy the store was and that it was the end of the day. I don't carry my DT credit card with me but they were able to access my account to charge without any hassle. I purchased my tires and rims from DT about 7 months ago and thankfully purchased the warranty replacement which covered the new tire replacement for my visit. Overall I received professional service and genuine customer service, I plan to comeback to this DT location in the future. read more

I have been a customer for over 10 years ,yesterday I went to this location and bought 2 sets of tires for 2 of my cars ,spent over 800 dollars . Let me say this about this location. They have made mistakes before but took care of the issues right away, but not this time.....I was told by George my tpms valve was missing and that I would have to pay for a new one ,I try to explain that was not possible,if that were the case ,the tpms light would have come on .i also told him that discount tires is the only place that works on my tires , to which he basically responded we are not gonna mess with your stuff .......all of this over a 12 dollars part....the argument went on for a couple of minutes ,then he refused to continue talking to me , according to him I was screaming at him .....which I was not. Needless to say" I will never go back to discount tire ever again " I left feeling disrespected and regret spending my hard earned money there. In my opinion this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. P.s Called corporate,was told I would receive a call back the next day . It has been over 24 hours and nothing yet....not a good sign. read more
