They used predatory tactics, damaged my vehicles, lied about leaks, and dangerously overfilled an engine to cover up their mistakes. 2015 Acura (Car 1): About two months ago, I brought this car in for a routine oil change. The shop claimed the drain plug was suddenly damaged and that I needed a brand-new oil pan. Oil pans do not randomly fail on the exact day you pull in for a service. They said to plug in a temporary, oversized plug to patch it. One week ago, I had to return to get the oil pan completely replaced, and they charged me $500. I bought this car only 6 months ago from the Land Rover Dealership. 2008 Lexus (Car 2): About two weeks ago, I brought my Lexus in for an oil change. They told me it was "too early for an oil change" and that they just "added more oil." As soon as I parked the car at home, fresh oil began leaking onto my driveway. When I brought it back to have them check the leak, the technicians claimed it was suddenly "leaking from 2 places on the engine." Mysteriously, when I got the car home again, the leaking stopped. When I pulled the dipstick to check their work, I discovered why: they had maliciously overfilled my engine by nearly a full INCH above the maximum dot. They stuffed roughly 2 extra quarts of oil into my engine to hide the fluid loss, completely ignoring the fact that driving a car overfilled by an inch will whip the oil into foam, blow out seals, and destroy a motor. This shop is dishonest. I keep a photo of the 1-inch overfilled dipstick as proof. read more

Josh was very knowledgeable about the upcoming promotions for customer appreciation day which is next week Friday and Saturday. You can received $15 off. When they finished, the gentleman said my oil change was $62 plus tax and I gave him my card. He asked me what kind and for synthetic it was $62!! He then asked if I wanted an air filter and of course showed it. I asked the price and he said $29.99 but he can give me a coupon for -$10 so $20. I agreed and he handed me a receipt. My total was $133. When I called to question how it got so high they had NO explanation and said the labor is part of the $62 but couldn't explain how it was $133. In todays economy it's a disgrace to have a business cheat like that. I'm barely making ends meet. They didn't offer to correct the total but I'm going through my bank for an unauthorized amount. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is just so disgusting- and I don't mean by physical appearance of the place- I mean the people and the establishment. They definitely take advantage of you, especially if you are a younger person with a luxury vehicle. This is what happened to me: My 2015 BMW stopped blowing out cold air- went to Express and they told me I need to change the AC compressor and needed a new belt. For labor, first they told me $135/hour and the cost of the compressor is $850. Okay, no problem- with this heat, I just wanted to get it fixed fast. Before making a final decision, I reached out to a few friends to double check if I'm getting the correct parts and service needed. Then I go back today and drop off my car in the morning. Not even an hour goes by, they call me and tell me "we don't have the part for your car, we ordered it and you can come pick up your car and bring it back on Friday since that's when the part will arrive." Ok, I went to pick up my car, just for them to tell me "you have to put down a CASH deposit of $900 because the part needed to be "special ordered." I said, $900 deposit!? That's excessive- the part isn't even worth that- and I was almost willing to do it via credit card, but low and behold- suddenly " WE DONT ACCEPT DEPOSITS VIA CARD, CASH ONLY." Hell no- I have never heard of a place asking for a cash only deposit for an auto part and $900!! MORE THAN THE PART! I knew immediately I was being scammed. The part they were ordering was $850- but I found it elsewhere for $270. So I said, I'll bring the part myself and just charge me for the labor. Obviously they got mad because I wasn't down to give them $900 cash deposit- so then he up charges the price of labor from $135/hour to $165/hour for bringing my own part! I realized this is just a way to get more money out of me- younger person, driving a nice car- literally profiled me for cash. Disgusting. I walked out of that place and knew their stupid motto of honesty, integrity, etc is a bunch of crap. Save yourself the time and energy- don't fall for their scam. Maybe from other reviews I've read a simple oil change is all they are good for. read more

Highly recommend this place. I was in a bind and needed my oil changed and car inspection. I headed over right after work and arrived 25 minutes before closing, fully aware that I could've been denied service (which is understandable). I offered to come back another day but Cris went above and beyond assuring me that it would be no problem to get both services done that day. He was friendly, thorough and provided the best customer service. He needs a raise or promotion and I will be returning purely based off of the customer service here. I usually get nervous taking my car to shops because I worry about being overcharged. I did not have that feeling at all here and felt like the pricing was fair. I've been a loyal customer since they opened years ago. I've always been treated with respect and kindness by all staff. They are efficient and quick. I love that I don't have to wait too long for annual inspections or oil changes. But while getting my travel trailer inspected, Terrance, went above and beyond! I came to this business for an oil change. When I pulled in I also noticed they changed brakes. When I asked for an initial quote for just the brakes rear and front the gentleman quoted me somewhere between 180 and 350 including labor. They actually charged me 700 total. I explained that was not the price they quoted me to begin with. I strongly believe they double charged me because I am a single woman. Additionally they told me my car would be ready before close. This business closes at 6:00pm. I am still waiting for my car and it's 6:30. I left my car here at 3:30 and they told me it would only take me 1 and a half hours to replace the breaks. TL/DR: Gave me a heads up on a transmission problem that wound up saving me thousands. I went here a while back and am literally sitting here for my second visit. These guys are amazing! Last time I was here they noticed some liquid coming from the transmission that seemed odd and told me about it during the oil change. I went home and got my husband's vehicle to do an oil change. They were honest about what they can and can't do. I told the manager that I would like a diagnostic test. He let me know that because of the time I was dropping it off that I would need to leave it. I agreed to go back on Monday. I appreciate their customer service and professionalism. I just got an oil change and state inspection. When asked which type of oil I wanted, I mentioned that I wasn't sure if I had synthetic blend or just synthetic. The gentleman tried to have me go with full synthetic but when I asked if I previously had synthetic, could I use the blend and he said yes. Perfect! I'll get that one. They charged me $91.20. $25.50 for state inspection plus $65.70 for the oil change. When I called and spoke with Patrick, he said there was an up charge because my needed a different oil type. Why was I not advised before or even after? This was not mentioned when I asked for prices. Yes, they changed my oil but honesty and integrity were words literally written on their wall. There was a tire issue that took days driving back and forth to different areas not knowing where the sound was coming from, until I went to them, the manager Terrance was very nice and specific with what was going on with my car. This location does a fantastic job. Very fast and efficient. I usually get my oil change at Firestone but they got really bad reviews so I decided to try this place out for the first time. Bryan, my service technician was awesome. He provided wonderful customer service and let me know what was going on after he finished my oil change and before he started my tire rotation. This place is terrible. Took my car in to look at the A/C, they kept calling wanting more money to diagnose it, but this money would not go towards a repair. I told them to stop went in and talk to the manager. Gave them the opportunity to make it right . They not only removed all remaining Freon , they damaged the threads on my a/c recharge port. Horrible horrible customer service and management. Never ever bring your car here. I got scammed and ripped off, you don't have to. Any other shop you go to charges 40-60$ for an a/c diagnosis , this started at 180, then wanted an additional 150, without even knowing what's wrong with it. Avoid at all cost. read more
