They gave me a new one and replaced a second one because of a nail. 2 new expensive tires. They didn't even tell me about the second tire. What a great surprise. If your tire is under 10PSI "the air will be automatically disabled, as a "Safety" feature" This is not the proper thing to do, if it is a slow leak it should be inflated.. Worst Discount tire I think I've ever been to. For starters, they wouldn't patch my tire because I put a plug in it to get it there. Then, said they couldn't balance an rotate my tires because they needed to be replaced. I know they are not perfect, but I worked at a tire shop for many years and my father in law owned a tire shop most of his life. These tires have at least 25,000 miles before needing to be replaced. Of coarse they said they would give me a deal on new tires, but I will be going somewhere else 6 months down the road or so, when they NEED to be replaced... read more

Visited the Marble Falls Discount Tire this morning at 8:00 am. When the doors opened, the staff came out to say hello and ask how they could help! I had a nail in my right front tire. 10 minutes later the tire was repaired and the service tech offered to rotate and balance the tires. Total cost was ZERO!!!! Ok...I had to come in here to delete and COMPLETELY revise my review of these guys. I'm blown away! I don't really have the words for my crappy experience the last month with my truck. I don't even really feel words are adequate enough to describe the lengths Randy and Jake took to make my situation better. I've never, in my life, experienced the quality of customer service these guys showed me at every turn, on every visit. I'm in awe about the level of concern, the level of profession dealings, courtesy, respect, EFFORT, just to get me rolling with every issue that kept coming up on my truck. Great experience! I was warmly greeted by Cody. I showed up 5 mins before they were closing with a semi flat tire. The waiting room was clean and even had bottle water. All staff seemed knowledgeable and worked efficiently together. Anyways as promised in the beginning fixing my tire would be free and not a problem. They have great service and very friendly staff. I came in because I needed to buy a tire and fix a flat. The Ford dealer saif Discount Tire had the best prices in town. Its true they do, I was low on cash at the time and they fixed the flat at no charge as well as bargaining with me to price I could afford with a warranty plan which was much lower then the normal price. They have gained my trust and I go there for now on when I need sonething done or flats fixed. read more

I've used Discount Tire in MF for as long as they've been open, and I love how honest they are. The prices are good, but when I recently got fitted for two new tires on my van, the treads between the old tires and new tires were causing a sway at high speeds. Discount Tire upgraded the two tires I just bought at no additional cost and that took care of the problem. They were very helpful and polite. Love this place. read more

My Business is located in Austin but one of my work trucks got a flat in Kempner this morning. They put the doughnut spare on while I contacted Discount Tire in Marble Falls. I always have used Discount Tires off Slaughter lane in Austin; so I thought maybe they could pull up the info on the truck in Marble Falls. YES they could, Sent the truck over to them and they inspected the tires and called me back with the verdict. Had them replace two tires plus a regular tire and rim for the spare. Regarding appointments: What's the point of offering appoints? When you arrive at the Marble Falls store, there is no procedure for checking in for a scheduled appointment time. I just got in line and waited, but I would have arrived at opening if I'd known my "appointment" was going to be ignored. I thought making an appointment would be mutually beneficial, but all it did was get me in the store at a very busy time. So frustrating. read more

Thought I would have to pay $15-20 bucks for a tire rotation since I didn't buy my tires there. Very surprised and happy to find out that they not only did the work for FREE, but in no time at all and even checked the air pressure and inspected for corrosion after the tires were off. Kurtis and the gang took care of me as if I were a big-spending VIP. The whole crew is very professional, Jose had me ready to go in less than 10 minutes. If this is how they treat non-paying customers I can only imagine the service I'll get when I go back for new tires eventually! Traveling through marble falls had a slow leak wanted to get it fixed before long drive home. The salesperson at discount tire said he would not fix my tire but could sell me a new set. When I said no he said he would give me a great deal. He was trying to take advantage of my situation trying to get home I know I would need tires soon but not so soon on a brand new car. I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I got a reminder phone call by a person not a machine. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time I was greeted in the parking lot by young man named Nick selected my tires and I was out of there within 30 minutes. Very professional staff. Just wanted to let everyone know the wonderful experience I had with discount tire on Sept. 20th 2018. We are from Chicago and had rented a car from Avis at the Austin airport. While on a very busy highway we had a tire blowout on route 281 and had absolutely no where safe to pull over. Triple A came and put the spare on and we were on our way. Thinking we could switch out cars we were informed by avis that we could only do that at the airport an hour and a half away. I explained that was too far as we were in town to see my grandchildren so we asked if we could have the tire fixed ourselves. Avis gave us permission to fix or replace the tire. Then began the search to find a reliable tire shop that would be able to do the job. Luckily we had used discount tires in Chicago previously so once I saw not only was there a discount tire shop in Marble Falls, but it was about 2 blocks away we immediately made our way there. Bad news, the tire was beyond repair. Good news was that discount could replace it with a new one and we would be on our way in an hour. They were true to their word. Not only did I appreciate the reliability of discount tire but the young man behind the counter whose name was Jake was knowledgeable, gave us all the info and did so in a professional manner. So thank u Jake and discount tires for making the whole situation much easier to deal with! Hopefully we won't ever have to deal with tires again while on a trip but if we do discount is the place we will be patronizing. read more

If you go here make sure you watch them put your tire on. Wanted the front two tires replaced but they changed the ones in the back that were still in good shape. When we went back to ask them about it they showed me a tire that looked bad and said it was the one of my car. Couldn't prove either way so I advise watching as they change your tires. As for me I will not be going back. read more

We drove 20 miles to disount tire, the low tire light was on. I explained to them we where unable to change the tire if it went flat, we are senior citizens and handicaped. They put air in it said they could not see anything wrong with it. With in a couple of hours the tire was completely flat. read more

Coming from an honest vehicular shop, I don't appreciate the employee at this establishment who asked my girlfriend inappropriate questions followed by the lie about her tire tread being worn beyond legal limit, obviously selling her on unnecessary new tires for his for commission. read more
