They are always quick getting me in and out! The tires are good value and reasonably priced. I like discount tire a lot :)

First tip- get an appointment. This place is busy. I came in for a low tire, which was previously "repaired". It took an hour and a half for them to get to it. As a result, the repair did not take and they ordered a new tire for me. I come back and they said, ready for the new tire. Sure. More than an hour later and my car hasn't moved. They could have told me when I came in that this is going to be a while. I could have coordinated a ride home for a while. ----------------------------------------------- Note- winter visitors can make this place a little busy at times and that can be expected for good service, product, and good prices. Ask for a wait time and coordinate a ride if it's going to be a while. ------------------------------------------------ Update- Discount reached out to me to address the wait. You can't get more professional than this. They personally apologized, which is rare these days. There was a process to try and get this complete quicker, but sometimes things happen, and I understand. The tire was replaced at no cost with warranty still in place. That was wonderful. If a wait is planned, it's much easier to handle. read more

Just bad service. All the employees that I saw in the garage bay we're having a nice conversation. Obviously there was nothing to do.... I went in anyway to get my tires filled with air. They were at 36 psi when the tires are max 44. He scanned the barcode on the sticker on the inside of my door. He then told me that the recommended is 34 to 36 psi. Fact check!!!!!!!!! That only applies when you get the stock tires that car came with. This is called laziness or lack of training from the institution they are employed in!!!!! For my particular tires that are rated for my car, max psi 44. Recommended psi for my tires is 38 to 40. What am I missing....!???!! read more

I arrived at Discount Tire around 9am to have a tire replaced that was covered under warranty. I was told my tire had to be special ordered and I would have to come back later that afternoon. No problem. I scheduled my appointment for 3:30 at the recommendation of the person who helped me. I got off work a little early so I decided to just make my way down and wait. I arrived around 2:45 and was told my car wouldn't be taken back until closer to that 3:30 appointment time - which I expected. No big deal whatsoever. I was also told they would be able to get me out by 4:30 at the latest. Kind of a really long wait, but they're busy so I get it. My car wasn't taken back until 4:08 and that was a little annoying. During that time I just waited and watched my car sit there. At one point, I got up to ask when my car would be taken back but I didn't even have a chance to ask my question before I was told the by a staff member that they were a little delayed due to a couple other trucks that were taking longer than they anticipated. Now, he wasn't rude. But he also wasn't friendly either. He just spoke in a very matter-of-fact, nothing-we-can-do-about-it kind of attitude. I'm a very patient and understanding guy and I can normally forgive little setbacks like this if the customer service is good at least. It just made me feel like I was a burden so I sat back down and kept my mouth shut. BUT, my car was ready at 4:21 so that was really nice. Maybe it would be quicker if there was a dedicated lane for smaller vehicles so something like this isn't an issue? I don't know. I'll definitely be back, but next time I'll just go somewhere else to wait. read more

This location cannot be trusted. My daughter went in today to have air put in her tires. the tires on her vehicle were purchased in 2021, they have about 18,000 mile on them. She was told all 4 tires needed to be replaced. I told her to go back to the place where she purchased them and they said the tire were fine and needed to be rotated. I normally would not post stuff like this, but it happened to my other daughter about 4 weeks ago at the same location, the only difference was is she believed them and had two new tires put on. this is absolutely shameful. This store is usually a 5 star -excellent service and the staff is knowledgeable. Today's service man-o-man was not up to par. Just purchased a new/used car and we needed to upgrade the tires 1st thing. CAME IN the day I purchased the car to talk about tires, we decide they need to be ordered...no problem and said next day they will be in....cool! They came in and we had the appt. to get them installed. INSTALL - so I get my new tires (which were not cheap) and notice white stuff (glue) on my newly installed tires then the driver's seat mat was dirty! Really? Everything was super clean going in and now my tires look dirty/grimy (white stuff/glue) and then go into my drivers seat and the mats have grim too and my lower side panel has scuffed marks......So we go back and say hey look at the mats and side of the panel it's scuffed they did not look like this they when we brought it in. The employee did try to clean the mat. Still...looks dirty not like when we brought it in. The tires still have the white looking glue and now it's harden so not sure how to clean that off. I will update you on the scuff marks on my side panel on the driver's side later when I can find something that will remove it. Stay Tuned. Disappointed =-( read more

I am so done with this location. First they "forgot" to give me the prorated amount that I was due off on my tires. 450 bucks. Luckily I figured it before I walked off. Now you make an appointment and it doesn't really matter. Grabbed lunch and came back 45 minutes later. Car just sitting there Place isn't busy. Most bays are still open. I asked the guy why? I came in at 6pm freaking out because I knew they closed at 6. My tire popped and I had no spare and it took longer than I thought to take it off when I got off work and I really needed to get it fixed as I was borrowing a friends car and needed to get to work the next day. My tire pressures were down to 27 & 28 psi. I swear I'm not THAT irresponsible. The weather went from 106°F to low 80's in a couple of days! I saw Discount Tire in my peripheral vision and turned right in! It was around 6:20pm when I stopped in and the technician must've been Superman in disguise!! He was finishing up with another car. I can only imagine how elated he must've been to see me pull in as they were technically closed for about 20 min at that point, but he was kind enough to plump up my deflated tires in a few minutes (free of charge) and sent me on my merry way! I recently had tires replaced on a UTV. The rims are bead locks and went with the BFG tires. People have had issues with bolt length due to the bead thickness on the BFG tires. Asked about this and if they had issues and state no. Went to pick up my tires and rims after they called and stated the work was completed. When I arrived they stated they found a bolt that was striped by the previous people who installed the other set of tires. Told them they where the first to install tires on the rims other thanks the factory. There story then changed to blame the factory. I asked for the manager Joel, was told he was out of town. Asked that they leave him a message to call, this was a month ago. I called down today to inquire about tires for another vehicle, asked to speak to Joel and was told he was busy and would call back. This was early this morning, five hours later and still no returned call. Pricing is great, customer service and follow through are seriously lacking. Price thanks for the response, it will not allow me to open the link you put on your post. You guys have my contact number information and are more than welcome to give me a call. When an employee tells my wife our doughnut tire is bald when it was literally brand new, first time used, and less than 2 miles from where it was put on, is a bunch of crap. Also that hybrids eat up tires worse than any other vehicle, I've heard from friends that it's a sales tactic. Know your stuff before going to discount tire. read more

Shoutout to this location!! On Monday I stopped at this location around 5:30 (unknowing they close at 6). I was experiencing low tire pressure and they located a screw right away. The team fixed up my tire in just over an hour even with multiple customers also awaiting service (whom they also attended to). The staff is extremely friendly and evidently dependable! My husband was changing a tire on the side of the road for someone. I ran to Discount on Power and Mckellips. The guy who helped me was AMAZING. He changed the valve stem himself, warned me the tire would be wet and got me back on the road in 15 mins! I already give all my tire biz to Discount and this solidified why!! The best!! read more

At this Discount Tire location, the tire technician inspected all of my tires and noticed three nails on one tire and the other tires had sun damage. Arizona's heat can be brutal to the vehicle's tires. I replaced all four tires to a set of new Michelin's. I recently bought this 06' Odyssey from non-dealer, so I knew I'm going to occur expenses to get my vehicle back to my driving standards for my trip back to Seattle. Preston the store assistant manager made sure my vehicle will be safe to get back on the road. I got an amazing discount including a "mail-in rebate." According to Discount Tires database , I have been purchasing tires from them since 2003. 14 years. I always make appointments. Today was a simple purchase a new tire. I sliced the sidewall open on a curb. The front desk said 30 minutes it actually took 1 hour. In reality the drove my car in the repair stall 50 minutes after the appointment time. 10 minutes to replace the tire. This place in unprofessional and are not consumer friendly. Avoid this place at all cost. Compared to Discount Tires in Southern California these guys are really bad!! I'll go to their competition next tire. read more

This location again confirmed why I have trusted Discount Tire for years and will continue to do so. My 19 year old daughter unwittingly drove while her tires were below pressure and when Dad checked her tire pressure he saw some sidewall damage. She went to the north Power Rd location for a safety check. It would have been so easy for them to tell her she needed new tires and make a multiple hundred dollar sale. But what happened is that she was told her tires are still safe to use but will likely need to be replaced in the next several months due to tread wear and age. I am so grateful to the staff here for not taking advantage, and for giving her honest information that goes against their immediate financial interests. Amazing service today when I went in to get a tire replaced. I was immediately greeted and helped as I pulled into the parking lot. I was in the bay and getting service in about 30 minutes, and was driving home with a new tire and my older tires rotated and balanced 30 minutes after that. I was able to stay in my car and get work done the whole time. All interactions with employees where friendly and professional, and you could tell there was obvious 'esprit de corps' among the team members who were very fast and efficient. I've been a Discount customer for decades, and they just seem to keep getting better. read more

I have to say that I'm very impressed with this discount tire location. they've always come through for me getting tires and an expedited manner and their service is very good. Friendly, reliable and tires at a good price. I don't know what else you would want. One nice thing was the fact that, for my most recent visit, they gave me a free tire if I signed up for full warranty for all my car tires. As it worked out this was cheaper than getting a new tire, and gets me a lifetime warranty on all my tires. I don't know about you, but that's a good deal-- Certainly worth my loyalty. read more

This place is fine if you happen to get perfect tires, but if one of your new tires needs replacement, either due to a manufacturing defect or you were unlucky enough to have received a tire previously used as a loaner, then it sucks. I've been here several times, but the last time I came I experienced the worst customer service at any automotive related business I've ever had, including dealerships. I got two new rear tires this time; I only needed the rears because they wear faster, since my car is rear wheel drive. After the tires are installed, the car pulls to the right under acceleration. No biggie, new tires means I need an alignment, so I take it in. Nope, alignment is good, still pulls to the right under acceleration. Well it didn't do that before, what changed? Tires. So I swap the right and left rear tires. Loe and behold, now the car pulls to the left under acceleration. Upon inspection, you can see one of the tires is not new. It's very close to new, but not brand new, and unfortunately my car is super sensitive to that (sadly I can only ever purchase an even number of tires at once). So I go back to have a replacement, and this is where the bs starts. I get somebody from inside, explain the situation, and they offer to rebalance the tires. No. That's not what balancing the tires does, and certainly not when you're doing 30 mph, it's the tire. He then just stands there awkwardly, clearly not wanting to offer a replacement, I have to demand it. So we go inside, and the tires aren't in stock (this is normal, they're kind of oddball), but says there's a shipment, they'll be here tomorrow, and he'll call me - which IS odd because this location doesn't stock my tires but whatever, maybe I come here enough that I drove demand to the point they stocked them. So tomorrow comes around. No call. The day after comes around. No call. On the third day, near the end of the day, I call them, because I'd like to drive my car again. "Oh yeah I was just about to call you because our shipment just came in!" Uh-huh. Color me disbelieving. Then I get asked if I can be placed on a hold. Shockingly (not really) my tire is not there, and it is a different voice on the phone. I'm asked to explain the whole situation again, and then I get told how weird it is, because rear tires usually don't cause radial pull! Uh-huh. Have you really never seen a rear wheel drive vehicle before, or are you just trying to get out of replacing my tire? And of course now it's Friday, they've just called me back in the middle of writing this to tell me there's no more FedEx shipments today - because of course I waited too long for having given them the benefit of the doubt - and the tire will ship out on Monday so we'll probably see it on Tuesday. No. This ordeal started last Saturday, at this point I've been without my car for a week. I'll very slowly drive it on surface streets to a location that has it in stock, THEY will replace my tire, and then I will never again return to discount tire because they have obviously been trying to get out of replacing this thing from the start. read more
