We took our dually RV for front tires and to possibly remove tire pressure monitors from the stems. We spoke to John and he told us that they don't usually work on dually tires. We agreed that if they looked at it and we're not confident then they should not work on it. When we arrived in the afternoon they said they were able to remove the monitors and move the stems for access. We saw a long stem hanging off one tire, which we had not seen before (it may have been tucked behind). We didn't think that was right but we're not "tire experts." Shortly after we headed out for our first trip after they worked on these stems, and we made it to Binghamton NY where both tires went flat. This happened to be Fathers Day and all roadside service providers wanted to change more than their 2 hour minimum @ approximately $150 per hour. We slept in the CVS parking lot and got service the next day. The issue was the UNSECURED stem had come loose. The roadside service replaced the stem and SECURED the extender. We were able to complete our trip to Bar Harbor and back. Upon our return I reached out to John and sent him the invoice. He said he would review it and get back to me. Three weeks later I had to call him and he said he was on vacation for a week and then just forgot about me. He feels they have done nothing wrong and said they would not have left the stem unsecured. I have a photo of it right after we left their shop. I was sold 4 new tires and a warranty. Soon after started having tire pressure issues and had to put a little air in tires once a month. I thought it couldn't be the tires because they are all brand new. I thought maybe there was an issue with my rims. Finally went back to Tire Masters and had them look at the tires. They said, "These have plugs in them and the plugs aren't holding and they need repaired". They did the repair as warranty but insisted we put plugs in them. When we explained we never put plugs in them, we were given an attitude and told we had to have done so and didn't remember! We never put plugs in those tires! The repair doesn't hold either!!!! I can't prove that they put plugged tires on my car as new by mistake or otherwise. What I do know is....new tires don't come with plugs, and their company was the only one who ever worked on my tires! read more

Bought 4 new tires and whoever did the balancing was terrible. they put weights inside the tore and left the ones on the rim. All it took was for another shop to figure this out. Good people, bad service. would recommend to a friend that needs oil changed but thats it. read more

I have been taking my family's 3 cars to Tire Masters for years. They are hands down the best in Mooresville and in the area. Very reasonable prices, and always does an awesome job. They not only install tires and brakes, but do a great job with other automobile issues. They just replaced my dome light assembly on my Kia Optima, and saved me hundreds by avoiding the dealer. Even though I do most of my own work on my cars (5 of them). Tiremasters is the only shop I trust to do work I can't (like tire changes) or occasionally don't have time for.. I've learned over the years that even a simple oil change, if not done correctly, can be a disaster. A couple of weeks ago I took my wife's performance sedan in for an oil change since my lift was tied up. 2 of their technicians took 5 minutes to very carefully get the car up on a lift since it sits so low and then did the oil change and checked the tires as I requested.. I took my truck to tire masters after getting a referral from a neighbor and seeing there reviews. I did have a few things wrong with the truck that I wanted do get fixed (parking brakes, header gasket leaks, check fuel system and a couple more things) all of which they told me over the phone they could do! I was told it would probably take several days to complete. After 2 days they called me to tell me my truck was ready. When I asked if all the repairs were done I was told that they really weren't set up to do the repairs but they had replaced the serpentine belt (which I did not ask for). I told them that the only time I could get there would be late in the day Friday and I was told that would be fine. I took off work several hours early to get there before they closed at 6:00 according to there website and the sign on the door. When I arrived at 5:20 they were already closed so I had to take more time off work to go back later. When I did get back they charged me $115 dollars for the belt that I could have done for $30! Save your time and money DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! read more
