Not a place I would trust purchased 4new tires due to a nail in one when purchased we asked that the old tires be returned to use and the employee (Liam)told us it wouldn't be a problem. After the vehicle was finished and we got our car back and not out tires the employe(Liam) told us he "accidentally" sent them off in a storage container he told us he would get them back to us. A few days later I received a phone call saying it would take over the weekend to get the tires of the can't I'll get a call back and they would replace the tires with ones of equal value. This was a month ago the staff there assured us they aren't the type to do this people but it was a lie they completely blew us off not a trust worthy establishment. read more

I had a slow leak in my corvette Z06 tire. After taking it to discount tire, they discovered the wheel itself had been cracked and poorly welded by the previous owner. I got a replacement wheel online and they swapped the tire over for free. Everyone was on top of their game and helped. I had new tires ordered, put and on one was damaged, which ended up blowing out on my way to work (21 miles south) sending me swerving across the highway causing me to almost hit 3 others. I called the shop as soon as they opened and asked for the manager. Mark Magee not only immediately apologized, and rectified the situation by replacing the tire for me, but offered to come down from Northglenn himself to my place of employment in Aurora to do so- giving me his personal cell number for any other needs. This was all sorted out and done within 2 hours and the completed tire done by the time I left work for the day! I was IMPRESSED to say the least! He ended up working it out with another store locally to have them come out and get the flat, replace it and bring it back to install on my car! I was nervous to drive due to this near accident with just my kids and I so far away, so he asked that I come in that same evening to look at the completed work, and the others as well and assured me that my road trip would be safe! He was not only incredibly sympathetic and attentive to the issue and making everything smooth and right for me, but also empathetic as well in regards to safety concerns & kids! I went back a couple weeks later and had two more tires done and he remembered my face, and asked all about our vacation and took the time to chat! Super friendly and caring man! Worst service. Horrible communication. I purchased tires from here and had to return back three times because my car would not stop shaking. They said nothing was wrong with the car, even though the tire light kept turning on every time I left. .. a couple months later I ended up on the side of the road with a busted tire... I had to go back in and try and it replaced in which they told me I had to purchase a new one and I had "no certificates". I couldn't afford a new tire at the time since I was looking to buy all season tires soon, so I had asked if they had a used one for now. They said they did not but they would within a couple hours since it was a common tire and for me to wait and they would get it switched out. I asked several times if I should try somewhere else or even check other discount tires and I was assured I didn't need to. They had me waiting all day for the used tire. I canceled all my appointments only for them to inform me they did not have one and tried to sell me a new tire yet again. They are thieves and we're completely rude the entire time. read more

I have been going here for years and always get good service along with free air and tire repair. I went in today and it was almost closing time but thought I could get an estimate. My tires were worn before the 60,000 miles they promised so I got $100 off my purchase plus a free Broncos Jersey! They took me in right away and I pulled out 10 minutes later with new tires. I brought it to their attention, and they were happy to fix them. Mistakes happen everywhere. But I can't tell you how amazing the professionalism here was. Be very careful when you go here or you might get taken. I researched the tires I wanted, and made an on-line appointment with this shop after checking their on-line inventory to see if they had the particular tire and size I wanted. The morning of my appointment (which was the following day), I called them to verify that they still had the tires I wanted. The employee told me they didn't have those in stock, and he quickly tried to talk me into buying more expensive tires. When I told him that according to their on-line inventory the had those tires that I wanted, he immediately back-peddled and agreed that they had them. Once at the shop, my total was quite a bit higher that their website said it would be. I checked the itemized invoice and I found that the salesman had added a $17 charge PER TIRE for some type of a road hazard coverage. I never asked for that, and he wasn't going to tell me that he had added it on until I questioned him about the extra charges. No issues with the actual installation of the tires, but this shop has some substantial ethical problems, and you'll need to be on your toes to make sure you don't get scammed at this place. On a positive note, they were fast. They had me in and out in less than an hour. That was fairly impressive. read more

I went to Discount Tire a while back to buy a new set of tires, an alignment, plus a full-sized spare. First, they didn't align the front passenger side tire properly, causing it to rapidly wear out and go flat. Second, when they gave me the spare, they put the wrong wheel rim on it - intended for five lug nuts, when my car has four - even though they had the existing wheels for reference. So when the tire blew, I got the added joy of discovering that the expensive spare I bought did not fit. I had to get someone to drive me home and get the crappy doughnut spare that came with the vehicle. This is the second time I've had a problem with this place, and I will not be going back again. read more

Great service! I went here after I got a flat tire to see if they could possibly repair/patch it. Well they couldn't and I had no money to buy new ones. They gave me a used tire to replace mine for free so I wouldn't have to be riding around on my spare. Again, no charge. I told them I would be back soon to buy new tires. Months later. I came back and bought 4 new tires for a good price. I really wanted to give them my business after they took care of me for no charge that first day I stopped by and was broke. Wow, what a surprise! I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed and upon arrival the technician took my information and key then said they would be right on it. I watched as the next technician drove the vehicle into a bay, jacked-up the truck, removed the tire, repaired the tire, and put it back on the truck. He then pulled the truck up to me and handed me what I thought was a bill. No problem. Well, it was a receipt with the total charge of $0.00. I said, I did not make any payments so this must be a mistake. The technician said that they (Discount Tire) is concerned with safety and tire repairs are done at no charge. WTH? Really? These guys go over and above to make sure the customers are happy. I have usually bought my tires at discount tire on all of my vehicles for the past 10 or more years. This time I had flirted with the idea of buying them on tire rack.com and using somebody else to install them. Tire rack includes a two-year road hazard warranty with their tires and it is unlimited mileage but it is limited to only two years although it is a 100% tire value replacement. Discount Tire came up with the same price as tire rack for the initial quote. I thought what the hell I took it into discount tire because I'd rather go local if that's the case. When I got there I was informed that the Discount Tire road hazard coverage was $26.75 per tire for an unlimited road hazard warranty although it had no cap on the timeframe. I was ready to then go with the Tire Rack tires because I also discovered that there was a $70 rebate from Michelin through tire rack. I called discount and said yeah we better hold off so don't pull my car in and do the tires yet. A gentleman at discount tire said oh don't worry about it we will handle the $70 for you. SOLD! Even though The road hazard warranty with discount was not as good and ended up costing money. I still went with Discount Tire anyway just because of their excellent customer service. I should know better than to try and buy my tires somewhere else besides Discount Tire. All the guys in here know exactly what they're doing and the front end sales guys are super knowledgeable and super friendly. read more

So this was going to be a 1 star review but I changed it. How can a 1 star review turn into a 4 star review? Well that takes some work on the businesses part. I am going to explain, but I will leave some particular details out because I don't think it would be fair to the store. I got a big shard of metal in one of my tires last week. Tire ruined. Good thing is, the tire was worn and needed to be replaced anyway. So I called the closest Discount Tire to my house, which is this one. I have bought quite a few sets of tires from Discount over the years and have always found the service to be pretty good. I talked to a sales person and he said that he could get two of the tire that i have on the car. 2 days later I called back and set up an appointment for the next day and he said the tires would be there that day (yesterday). When I got there this morning they did not have the tires in the store, nor did they show that there were enough at the warehouse or any other store. I was so mad that I actually walked out of the store and went home. I am one of those people that believes that when you tell someone that you are going to do some thing you should do it. I run my business that way, I expect other companies to do the same. Once home and after my wife calmed me down a bit I called the store and told them just how mad I was about what just happened. The store manager, Paul, talked me into coming back and that he personally would rectify the situation. Like I said at the beginning, I am not going into the specifics of what they did to fix the problem, but I will say that I walked out of there with tires on my car and I am happy with Paul and Nick and how I was taken care of by them. Overall, I have to say that if you need new tires on your car. Call this store and talk to Nick or Paul. I think they will treat you right. Brought in a flat tire to see if it was repairable. They told me it was a run-flat tire and could not be repaired. He recommended I buy 4 brand new tires for my Audi. I was pretty sure that wasn't true (the car was my fathers prior to my taking possession - he said he did NOT have run-flat tires), and the internet tells me that Michelin Run Flat tires have a 'ZP' icon on them. Ugh, stopped at Sonic for a drink and the Tire's Plus was still open and their sign said," free tire check."
