I purchased my tires at a different branch but I stopped by this location when I was having some tire problems. I was greeted in the parking lot and was immediately on my way to being helped. The price we got on our tires is the only positive thing about our experience here. They broke the censors in our tires and said they'd call when a replacement came. We never recieved a phone call. It affected the check engine light. When we brought back to them to correct, they made us wait a combination of five hours, offered nothing for the inconvience, and the cherry on top; we have to take it somewhere else to get fixed. We will never come back to this place. It isn't worth the discount. read more

Decent store, usual wait times and friendly staff. They should re-stock the coffee all day though or have a day porter doing it for them. Sitting in their shop with no WiFi sucks as well. When God closes a door, he opens a window. Discount Tire, thank you for being my window on Monday! The tire pressure light was on when I was driving in the afternoon. As an authentic Asian woman driver, I immediately pulled over and checked the manual to make sure I read the light right. Discount Tire is the closest tire store to my knowledge, so I put the hazard lights on and drove my car there. The staff identified the low pressure tire and told me it took an hour to repair it. It was a busy day, so I actually waited for an hour and a half. The long wait was not that bad, since tire issue does not happen everyday (finger-crossed). It totally deserves five stars, because it's FREE. Yes, they don't even charge for it. They are so good at building a good relationship with customers. Tire issue can be a bummer for drivers. Glad to know you can trust Discount Tire to solve the problem. BTW While I was waiting, I saw a staff running to get the job done faster. Devotion is beautiful. read more

The staff at the 120th store are very courteous. My vehicle has always been done when promised (if not before). We dropped by today to get new tires. The old tires had an 80,0000 mile tread wear warranty, and only had 42,000 miles on them. They prorated the cost of the new tires without any problems whatsoever. read more

They were helpful and pleasant from the moment I made the first phone call until i left with my 4 new tires... they quoted me a time frame of 45 min to an hour and it barely took 45 minutes. Normally no problems with discount tire and auto... I have been to many of their locations and I love the fast and easy service they provide. I understand they are always slammed with customers, they are incredibly popular and for good reason. However, I witnessed employees almost handing over the keys to a few different people that the car did not belong to... it makes me a little nervous and they tried handing me the keys to someone elses' car as well. It's easy for someone to say oh yeah that's mine on a brand new car and take their keys. The organization and not checking to make sure it's the right owner makes me a little leery to go back. read more

After extensive research and calling around town Discount Tire had the best price. I made an appointment for the following day and when I arrived Marc was there to help me. The tire I had ordered was damaged in shipping and three years old. Marc was honest and upfront about the damaged tire and how old it was, which I am very thankful for. After some more research I went with another tire they had in stock. Many times people are hesitant to trust automotive shops, because they don't want to get taken advantage of. I am very thankful that Marc and this shop are upfront and honest. I will be purchasing future tires at this store because of the service I received. Highly recommended. read more

I am not surprised to see all of the positive reviews for this Discount Tire. I will add that I can't say enough positive things about these guys. After an exhaustive search for tires for my Tacoma they had the best price. After purchasing the tires the installation was extremely quick. Within an hour the work was complete and they were very busy that day. After purchasing a new car I have visited this location to have my air topped off and a tire patched. All Free! I think the latter speaks to their integrity. I will definitely be visiting this location when my car needs replacement tires. read more

I ordered snow tires and made an appointment to have them put on my car, since I have an 8 week old baby and didn't want to wait hours to have snow tires put on. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early to get checked in. My appointment was scheduled for 11am, it is now after 12 pm and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. They have been taking the cars back in order of arrival regardless of if the individual had an appointment or not. I specifically made my appointment around my babies schedule, so that I would be home in time to nurse him. It is very unprofessional to ignore appointment times. I will NEVER be back and would discourage others from shopping at Discount Tire. read more

In Feb 2013 I was getting ready to move from Westminster to Springfield,Mo. I went into Discount tire to get my spare checked. They informed me that all of my tires were bald and needed to be replaced. They looked fine to me and passed the penny test but they insisted it was not safe. Being a single mom, I was concerned about driving 1000 miles with a 4 year old. I had also had a rim stolen and it had been replaced. They told me they could replace the rims as well so they matched. At $475 I figured it wasn't too bad. So 6 months and less than 5000 miles later, one of my "new" tires pops. Not from running over anything, the wall of the tired just cracked and ruptured. 1 month later another tire has a slow leak. The tires I had on before these were cheap-os from Walmart and lasted me 4 years. These things are not even making it through one! Also, come to find out, the rims I had on the car originally (from when my grandpa owned it) were CHROME. Expensive ass custom rims! They jacked them and replaced them with cheap ass plastic rims! I am so effing frustrated and disgusted by these people. DO NOT GO HERE! They will rip you off under the guise of being helpful/ concerned. Over-charged me for a crappy product and then stole rims they KNEW were worth money. Moral-less dill holes. read more

Just this morning, we were waiting in the parking lot just before they opened and a gentleman came out to ask what they could do for us. We had two tires replaced and we were done by 8:15! If you're a woman and want to be treated like a dummy, go here. Last week I had a nail in my tire and went to Discount. I waited over an hour because they are busy. I'm good with that, I understand. Saturday morning my tire is flat again. My husband took it off and looked at it where it was plugged. It was leaking. He tried to plug it himself after he found it was leaking. I took it in today and stood in line for over 10 minutes. Two guys working, three sitting in the back office. Ok, I understand that they need to have lunch. I'm one of five people standing in line waiting. They finally get to me and I told them my dilemma. I proceeded to tell him what happened and he pretty much called me a liar. He took the flat tire off and told me it was what my husband did. My husband tried to fix what they didn't. Kyle said it was a defective TPS. Then he showed me where my husband tried to plug it again insinuating that my husband messed the tire up. He said he would replace the tire with the warranty. I told him it's an all wheel drive and you can't just replace one tire. All 4 have to be replaced. He said they could find a newer used one. You can do that, it's not recommended. Sooooooo, needlessly to say, I needed up buying 3 tires. I don't have a problem with that, it's the fact that Kyle treated me like an idiot and treated my husband like an idiot is the reason I give them one star today. read more
