Upon waiting a day I called and asked about it and they told me the work order was never put in so they had to hurry and rush it in. After that the repair was done quickly and I was happy with the quality of work. The guys inside the shop did great. The only issue was after the work was done they charged me 23 dollars for the flat repair. I have no issue paying this for the service provided, but I was under the impression that it was complimentary.

They are a business, they have to make money. You need to do some research for whatever job you are going to have them do. Call 4-5 different places, get some quotes and figure out what is best for your situation. You need to remember that most of the work the suggest is simply preventative. Now, often times people who don't know much about cars will fall for some of these tricks, but you gotta remember they are as business. Actual people work there and they need to make money. I, personally would rather pay a little more more insurance, liability and job longevity. Dont be afraid, call a friend, call 2 other Auto care places and see what they say. A quick phone call and 20 min later, Alex from Les Schwab comes with a brand new tire. Replaced the tire and checks all the other tires on the freeway and gets us back on the road.
