Bought new tires and a front end alignment for our truck that we use to tow our travel trailer. This intended use was expressed multiple times during the tire selection and service consultation. New tires were dangerously under-inflated, all four had less than 35lbs. Les Schwab returned this vehicle to me in an unsafe and unroadworthy condition. All four tires being this low while towing a trailer could have led to a catastrophic equipment failure and accident. Under-inflating tires causes premature tread wear and early tire failure. No amount of explanation is going to overcome this complete failure of quality in service from this location. read more

I had a flat tire that needed a patch so I called them up and asked them if they could repair it. They told me to bring it in and that it would just be a complimentary repair. Upon waiting a day I called and asked about it and they told me the work order was never put in so they had to hurry and rush it in. After that the repair was done quickly and I was happy with the quality of work. The guys inside the shop did great. The only issue was after the work was done they charged me 23 dollars for the flat repair. I have no issue paying this for the service provided, but I was under the impression that it was complimentary. read more

Took in my 4Runner for alignment they said I needed new wheel bearing on left side had them replace but the damaged the right side inner tie rod and boot while doing the alignment and said nothing when they finished after closing time do not go to this place for any repairs or alignment they are hacks unskilled parts changer read more

I was told that I could stop by and rotate the tires. No appointment is needed. However, I asked if 10 am is a good time. The woman on the phone said yes. Needless to say, when I showed up I was asked if I had an appointment, or if I could drop my car and come back afternoon. Been a valued customer for over 30 yrs. Always bot tires from them. Took my truck in for tire rotate&oil change. Was there @ 8am. My truck sat in the bay for 1 hr. before work even started. Once they started it took about 40-45 mins . WTH? read more

If there was a zero star I would have chose that every vehicle we have we took in for alignment and they need new in and out rods so we looked ourselves and NO SURPRISE they were FINE ........of course would not recommend !!!!!!!! read more

If you don't like money, then shop at Les Schwab and give it all to them. Of course they have friendly and helpful service; your making them rich. I went there to get a quote on a 15 inch tire and balancing for my 1998 Honda Civic and they wanted to charge me $240. I went across the street to Walmart and I was charged 75$ for the exact same tire and service. read more

I went in for a flat repair. Initially I was very pleased with my service. They called me when it was my appt time so I didn't have to wait (it was a 3hr wait that day). They got my vehicle back quick, found the problem and fixed it. BUT... they came out and told me they found some issues in my front end, "something" was loose, they said they would come out and give me the details once they finished looking over it. After quite a while (2 very friendly employees came out and gave me non specific updates while I was waiting) a 3rd employee called me to the counter. He gave me my keys and said they would call me later with an estimate.... So I asked if he could tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. He seemed very annoyed and said "it probably needs a new tie Rod and the sway bar was loose but I'll call you with an estimate later". I HAD TO ASK if my vehicle was safe to drive (zero eye contact was even made my this employee)... he responded with "it should be fine for now, but I'll have to look into the estimate and call you". I completely understand not being able to provide me with an estimate immediately, but I wasn't given ANY specifics on what was wrong, or if it was safe to drive, or even if I should be driving it. And to make it worse.... It has been almost 4 weeks and I have NOT received a call. I will NOT recommend this Les Schwab to anyone, they clearly have zero regard for their customers and gave the impression that they only cared about the profit they could make... that was until they never even called. For all I know I could be driving a very unsafe vehicle- or there could be nothing at all wrong. Absolutely the worst feeling ever from this place! read more

Took my truck there after 68th aligned it because of a horrible noise and they can't figure it out I explained that after looking into it a bad alignment can cause the wheels to track and cause tire noise they can't fix so now my new truck is messed up because of these guys beware read more

So unprofessional here. Literally tried to take back my tire chains 8 times. Every excuse in the book to not let me. Manager was "too busy" to talk to me. Would give it nothing if I could 1 star is to nice. To be the one to mess up my sister's car and then ruin the donut tire and replace with full size tire that won't fit in under the car where a spare goes. Yeah great job guys please work on my car. I went into Les Schwab to get 2 new tires & this Worker lady was trying to charge me $460 dollars for ONLY 2 TIRES!! When a year ago I got them for $220. So Watch Out for BLANCA !(Old lady , Glasses, Face shield) She will scam you and try to get more money off of you . She had a whole entire disrespectful attitude towards me & my sister. As a lifetime customer, I felt comfortable to ask them to test my AWD before attempting Snoqualmie pass in near blizzard conditions. I had a recent incident that made me doubt the AWD was working properly. I am glad I did that, as their test said that it wasn't working. They don't work on AWD, but I knew to drive through Portland instead to be safe. Tread is good, AWD test failed... no charge. read more

Took my car in to have pads checked, turns out I needed rotors and calipers... took work truck in about 3 days later with same diagnosis... took girlfriends brand new f150 in, less than a week after work truck, and once again needed calipers and rotors.
