Upon waiting a day I called and asked about it and they told me the work order was never put in so they had to hurry and rush it in. After that the repair was done quickly and I was happy with the quality of work. The guys inside the shop did great. The only issue was after the work was done they charged me 23 dollars for the flat repair. I have no issue paying this for the service provided, but I was under the impression that it was complimentary.

Unfortunately, their prices have gone through the roof. Over $100 for an oil change. They quoted me $500 for rear brake pad. Brake pads are $25 in parts and less than an hours work. They charge more than the dealership for spark plugs. $65 for in cabin air filter ($10 part and 30 seconds of work). They wanted $500 more than a local performance shop for a clutch. I mean, why wouldn't you just go to a dealership that specializes in your vehicle? Anyway, I just can't recommend this place anymore.

A quick phone call and 20 min later, Alex from Les Schwab comes with a brand new tire. Replaced the tire and checks all the other tires on the freeway and gets us back on the road.
