Upon waiting a day I called and asked about it and they told me the work order was never put in so they had to hurry and rush it in. After that the repair was done quickly and I was happy with the quality of work. The guys inside the shop did great. Check engine light. came on Sunday the next day and a loud sound coming from the engine which was not there before we took the Ford fusion in to fire stone. Took the Ford fusion back on Sunday to firestone they put the car back on the diagnostic system and came back a misfire on the 3rd cyndiler. We are not happy with this out come when we paid for the 21 point inspection. I also reported this to customer service line. AFTER a second opinion come to find out there is radiator fluid in the motor. This is now a bigger bill. Never go to this location

A quick phone call and 20 min later, Alex from Les Schwab comes with a brand new tire. Replaced the tire and checks all the other tires on the freeway and gets us back on the road.
