This review is well overdue! I got a flat tire on my way to work back in October of 2025. I booked an appointment online to have the tire addressed for 430pm that afternoon. I had to wait in line, and then had to wait about 20 minutes before my car was taken in. However, I was out in an hour and able to drive across town and pick up my son before his karate class was over! This is a busy location- but these men work fast! I'll definitely be back!! Mark was absolutely fantastic! He was able to look up my previous purchase and recommend additional needed service (alignment) at another DT shop. Although I didn't care about what it would cost me (I just wanted the problem fixed), he price shopped anyway to ensure I would be happy. They have a lady in the shop that came out to tell me I was almost ready to go; she wanted to make sure if I wanted the spare put up or just in the bed of my truck. I brought a wheel/tire in for a nail repair and they assured me my wheel would be handled with care! I called to get a carry out price, as opposed to having them installed by Discount. The charge was in upwards of $100, I tried to bargain, but as good as I am they didnt budge. Cool, I took the tires to my neighborhood tire shop, Blackie`s, they mounted & balanced the tires for a whole $40! #WINNING My salesman, Baltazar was cool, listened & customer service oriented. I had done some research on tires I wanted but Baltazar informed me of some issues there might be since the tire appeared to be discontinued anyhow. He found me some Toyo`s for my Toyota, I later found out they had a $60 rebate not to mention I also got my 10% military discount, so I made out good. Double check their work. I took my vehicle in because there was a wire sticking out of a tire, causing a slow leak. When I returned for pickup they told me all four tires were good, no problem. I told the guy about the wire, we went out together to check and the wire was still there. Apparently they checked wrong tire so beware when they claim they've checked all your tires. read more

I booked an appointment 11:30am arrived on time, was quoted a completion time of 12:39. On the text message sent to me says I arrived 11:44-12:04 that's not true I arrived at 11:28. Now my truck is in the bay 12:39 and I look up to find several workers going through my middle console so I go up to register to ask what is going on?? The worker said they were looking for your key? I'm like ok, why didn't they ask for it? They have always asked me for it, never have I seen them going through my personal belongings. I am very mad!! Being a glass-half-empty type of guy, I'm always suspicious of anything labeled FREE. There's always a catch or some request attached, but I suppose good things can come without a cost, sometimes. For being a customer for years I didn't expect them to tell me my lug nut was already missing when it came in to replace my tire. I have a special tool to remove my rims so all they had to do was ask not break it off. I called them about it and they basically lied to me. Well that left a bad taste in my mouth. A few months ago my car had a nail in the tire and I wanted to get it fixed myself because my husband acts like I *put* the nails in my tires! (*Karma later put 3 nails in 2 of his truck tires:0) Went to Discount Tires because my tire had a puncture; the first thing they said is if they determine the tire isn't road worthy they "can't" put the tire back on--essentially you either buy one of their tires, put the tire *they* took off back on yourself, or you can't leave. I can only assume Discount Tires got sued at some point and came up with this car hostage policy--Instead, I think having you sign a document that says they have determined your tire is not road worthy, advised you to put on a new tire before departure, you refused, and they are only restoring your car to to condition it was in when you checked in, would be a better policy, though they don't seem to be hurting for business as it's alway crowded (it's advisable to make an appointment). Now I go to Big O Tires down the street; my tires are nail magnets so I think we're going to be good friends *My husband's truck is lifted, with heavy duty tires; Discount Tires couldn't loosen the lug nuts to get the tires off so he had to take the lug nuts off for them. read more

These guys are nice. I ordered four tires fir my Chrysler crossfire. Also two tire sensors. I returned the next day to have the tires and sensors installed. Turns out my car does not have a spare tire compartment. Had to reorder tires that have a 50 mile leeway if I get a flat. Added$300 plus . They got the tires ordered and I returned in a few hours to have them installed. Plus the sensors. The tires work, the sensors work but the tire light is still on. in the past discount tire has been my #1 go to place for tires, now I would not spend a penny more there, for over 15 years I was a loyal customer but it seems like now the management and tire technicians don't take the time to do the little things to help customers, for example like fixing a flat tires, took my truck there and the tire tech said he couldn't complete the job because it was possible I had 3 stripped lug studs, which I thought was absurd because I recently took my tires off to replace the rear rotors, so long story short I went down the street to a mom n pops tire shop and he removed my tire just fine and fixed my flat for $10, and the studs were not stripped at all! He did a very good job and rarely spoke english, it's sad to say I nor my family members will not ever step into a discount tire shop again, they sent me away with a leaking tire just because the tire tech assumed the threads on my wheel studs were stripped!
